The lady working at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean. The TV did not work as it only had one channel and that one channel kept freezing. There is no breakfast in the morning. For similar price points, you can find a hotel that has cable and breakfast so I suggest adding those if you want to be competitive with neighboring hotels.

The ladies at the front desk were very sweet. They were knowledgeable about the area, and answered all of our questions. Our rooms were clean, and updated. The hotel is in a safe area, and conveniently located A few minutes from downtown Nashville. My only complaint is that they no longer have their pool. My family and I have stayed there several times, and lived the pool. This trip my daughter, 2 granddaughters and I got into our swimsuits and went to the pool, only to find out it was no longer there. We were all obviously disappointed. The pool was the main reason I had booked this hotel.

The Seasons had a great room for me and was right there by the concert venue when I attended a performance Tuesday nite. No negatives other then no food service and no pool( of which I was looking forward to a swim). The promo showed a pool and when I arrived, I was told it was removed.

Great location for a concert we attended at Brown County Music Center right across the street. There was a free shuttle to and from the show. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Great value. Would stay here again.

We booked this hotel because of the location. It was close to the Brown County music center. They offered a shuttle to and from the concert. We chose to walk home after the concert, and it was an easy walk. The restaurant; however, is a different story. We tried to get a table at 5 o’clock and were told that it was reservation only, Even though there were numerous empty seats in the restaurant. We were told we weren’t even allowed to eat at the bar. So we tried to call and get a reservation, and we were told there were none. We had planned on eating there, because it was listed as an amenity, not saying that reservations were required or recommended. The staff was cold, not rude, just unwelcoming. The room itself was fine, and it was clean for the most part. It was older, and it showed some signs of wear.

The hotel is outdated and definitely needs upgrades. The public areas - restaurant/bar/lobby were fine, restaurant food was great. But the rooms were dark and kinda shabby. The hotel still uses bedspreads instead of comforters, and theyre probably never washed. There was a big centipede in my bathtub the first morning. Nonetheless, the beds were comfy, and i liked having a balcony.

The beds are really comfortable and the room was large. We had a nice hot shower every morning, too! You might ask the cleaning crew to check for cobwebs. We had a large one in the corner of the ceiling above one of the beds. In addition, one of the lights did not work. We weren't sure if the bulb was out or the lamp was faulty. But, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thank you.

1st Room smelled like it had been smoked in previously and they tried to cover it with air freshener. Found bugs in the bathroom. Showed the man at the desk a picture of what was in our room. He said what do you want me to do? If it was him he’d just kill it. What did I expect we were in the country! After being told there were no more rooms available he did find another right next door that we were able to move to. Not what I expected from a hotel that was rated 8

The coffee pot in my room had burnt on coffee at the bottom of the pot that was starting to grow mold. YUCK!! Made me question the cleanliness of the entire room. Beds were OK but the TV was really small.

It was very clean! The room was spacious. We were able to walk to the music venue, which worked well. Only problem was with the tv. We couldn’t get network station- cbs, nbc, abc, etc. The staff couldn’t figure it out either, I’m afraid.

Very disappointed in this hotel. The moldy/musty smell in the room was terrible. We were even on the "new" side of the hotel. We couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was full. The pillows were just flat rectangles. We were here for a concert across the street at the Music Center and the Music Center offered a free shuttle which was really nice.

The room was very nice. I was surprised there was no microwave or frig. We didn’t really need it. I just thought that was fairly standard everywhere. Would have been helpful if there was a tv guide. The ice maker was close so that was a plus! I would come back!!

Loved our stay at The Seasons Lodge. The view was amazing!! The shower pressure was great, sorry folks but that's important to me. The only negative was the TV was a 32 inch and my eyesight isn't what it used to be. Other than that it was great!

The room is very dated. Wall next to tub was water damaged. Bugs on the bathroom floor. No refrigerator or microwave. Next door neighbor was smoking on the deck, so we could not sit on the deck or have the sliding door open. Overall, just not real attractive or inviting.

The room we were in was old. It needs new doors, new shower head, new hair dryer, and new outlets. The outlet by sink would not hold the plug of my curling iron. There needs to be two outlets by sink, and they need to be GFI. The shower head is shot. The thermostat needs to be replaced. Very blah decor. Hated flooring in hallway. Mattresses were awful. Add a mattress pad to mattresses. We could not see the entrance to parking lot at night. Add lighting.

This wS our second time staying at Seasons Lodge. We have stayed in the updated rooms both times. This trip the thermostat was not working propand our room was extremely hot. We ended up turning it completely off and opening the balcony door to cool the room off. Other than that we have no complaints. We will definitely stay here again.

While the price is affordable, the rooms are outdated specifically with wall outlets so old and loose that your plugged in posts fall out. CPAP users-- the bed plug outlets are exactly behind the middle of the bed. You'll need extention cords and to move the bed to reach the outlet.

Went to a concert at Brown County Music Center, and didn’t have time to check in beforehand. Even though they were changing shifts when we arrived, we were checked in quickly and courteously. Room was too warm for me, the patio door that led to a small, private balcony took care of the problem!

It is in walking distance to the music center and shopping. The free shuttle was appreciated in the cold temps and snow! The morning front desknstaff was so kind and helpful- I cannot say the same.about the evening check-in staff.

We were happy that they upgraded our room to the newer rooms for free. Provided a free shuttle to the music center also. The woman running the desk that night could use a little coaching on how to answer questions from guests without being condescending in her tone. All in all a great experience.

This was amazing! The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was wonderful!!! The restaurant downstairs delicious!!! 10/10 for the whole experience! We enjoyed sitting on the porch outside of our room. It was beautiful.
