We like the large quiet room with a larger tv. Clean hotel. 1991 Kitchen has great food with excellent service. The hot tub is like a small pool! It's huge and very aesthetically pleasing! Also a huge pool. The whole hotel is very very nice!

Was very clean, kept up, up to date, smelled good no cigarettes smell food was fantastic in dinning room restaurant. Only bummer we had was pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance. And my app didnt say anything about that, we probably would have stayed somewhere with a pool

Pool was ice cold, hot tub was closed. Attempted to go get food at plums, was told the fryers were put up for the night at 10pm. Valet is permanently closed, kids quest and arcade is non exsistent. Overall was a disappointing stay for a quick night away and waste of our reward points.

Liked the room conditions. Didn’t like that elevators that were on our side of the hotel only 1 of the 3 elevators worked. Made it hard to get to room and to casino.

There was an infestation of Asian beetles in our room. Called the front desk about it and they sent up someone to vacuum them up. Problem was they kept coming back. When we asked the supervisor to switch us rooms he lied and said they were booked even though during check in they said they weren't booked and we could choose a room on any floor. So we were forced to stay in the same room and they kept having to send maintenance in all night to suck up bugs couple hours. The wifi was also really bad. Dont think we'll ever stay there again.

Will not be returning. Was horrible. Got to our room to find it full of Japanese beetles everywhere and Dirty towels. When went to the front they said oh the most we can do is have maintenance get rid of those but wouldnt address the dirty towels then the room next to us was so noise and crying kids. After a 12 hr shift at work just wanted to be able to take a decent shower snd relax and get a good night sleep. Went to take a shower and there ws dirty and hair all over the back of it. I would have rather just went in slept in my vehicle. So Gross. And they dont do anything

The casino was fun, food was great, but the WiFi was totally messed up on a bunch of floors, and the front desk basically told us “sucks to suck” saying we could use it in the lobby. That’s true, but kinda defeats the purpose of “free WiFi”

We had a terrible experience. We were promised a 4 PM check-in and when we arrived, we were told that the systems were down and we cannot check in. We were not able to check in until after 7 PM. There was only one restaurant open. There was no bartenders available. We were told several times that the location was understaffed. There was construction being done in multiple areas. There were some spots that had no lighting or poor lighting. It seemed Like it was in need of repair and and not taken care of very well at all. The casino seemed dirty and welcoming. The first bedroom that we got when we finally were able to check in smelled like old smoke. They subsequently gave us another room on the same floor not even three doors down. That room also smelled like smoke. We were told that the building was no smoking, but I do not think that’s true. it was very inconvenient. They were doing construction in the front entrance towards the parking lot where we parked our vehicle. We had to take all of our luggage and walk another 5 With all our belongings, we were not offered any compensation or any kind of perk to help with the issue that we had and we would never stay there again and give them very low recommendations

I liked the property but check-in time was supposed to be at 4pm and our room wasnt ready until 5:15pm. It disrupted our plans, plus we had less time to enjoy the room but still had to pay the same amount. I think we should have been given the opportunity to check out an hour late.

Hotel was very nice, Only issue was booking through Expedia and the hotel. I booked the hotel, and went to check in. There was some issue with some note the hotel manager must have wrote on the reservation. At least that’s what I was told. It took about an extra 10-15 minutes for them to fix the problem. Not a long wait, but when you are wanting to get to your room it seems like forever. All was taken care of with an apology.

We absolutely enjoyed our 14th anniversary on Valentine’s Day. It was wonderful thanks a lot. Will be going back. The hospitality was wonderful. The rooms were clean. Oh omg they have wonderful staff. The housekeeping was excellent. Yes, we will be coming back.

Check in was supposed to be at 4:00pm for my reservation and I showed up at around 3:30 and was told would be a little while for my room which was fine. But I was not able to get into my room until almost 7:00pm. And there were dozens of other guests also waiting for rooms from anywhere from 3-5 hours and staff was unprofessional and would not give anyone a time frame for their rooms.

Everything was nice with room. Dining options were very limited. The service at Plums was not good. Cashier would not look up or greet us...2nd cashier asked for my husbands id even though we ordered 2 slices of pizza. No one else was having their ids looked at.

We loved the large swimming pool and hot tub with massage jets. The swimming area was open until 1 a.m. for adults, which was a nice surprise. We were able to relax and didn't have to rush. For breakfast, we had the wild rice omelet, hash browns, and pancakes. All were delicious. The server was spritely and efficient. Being a true Minnesotan, she said: "You betcha!" The hotel room was modern and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.
