The hotel was clean as can be, the staff was amazing!! Shout out to Staci, she helped me out in a time of need (hard boiled eggs, she knows) :) great breakfast, smiling team and the gym was nice! 10/10 would recommend if in Athens!

Stayed in the King Suite on the 4th Floor and was very nice and clean, having 2 55" TVs was also great to have so my wife and I could watch one asnd our kids had the other one. My wife and kids were hoping to use the pool, but front desk said it was closed temporarily due to inspections. Overall though, the stay and hospitality was to our satisfaction.

One bed had blood on the comforter. Other bed had blood on the sheets. Kids fell asleep on top of the sheets so they didn’t notice it. In the morning they woke up under the sheets and found blood. No one had a cut or blood on them. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in multiple places and the room had a weird smell.

I had a terrible experience, after 10 hours of driving I was really looking forward to a nice shower and rest with my disabled husband. However I got out of the shower to a gigantic cockroach on the wall. I alerted the front desk they didn’t seem too concerned, they didn’t have another room to put me in said they would leave a note for the morning manager. In the morning they said they never received a note but still didn’t seem concerned. I barely slept all night after having to move the dresser to kill it. I have a photo and identified it on google bug finder. I didn’t expect to have this for the price I paid for the room. Highly unsatisfied.

Tosha was at the desk when i got there , she was AMAZING… helped me out in every way , went out of her way to be nice and i had a problem with the remote to our room, she fixed it Immediately herself … SUPER Good employee!! she is a asset to your hotel! you should give her a raise!!

We arrived at about 11 pm. Went to the first room and the tv didn’t work. We were moved promptly to a second room which was fine, this room had not been cleaned since the last guests. Unmade beds and dirty diapers. It smelled terrible. We were moved to room 3, it was 12 am at this point. All of these things were tolerable. Things happen. The issue here was we were told we would receive a discount at checkout for the inconvenience. Upon checkout I was told, we’re sorry, we can’t give you a discount now? That to me was the unacceptable part of the situation. The hotel overall was clean and nice.

Stay was VERY nice. Property was like new, very clean, employees were kind and helpful and we would definitely stay here again. I was particularly thrilled that the breakfast included eggs, bacon, fruit, almond milk and prepackaged UDI’s GLUTEN FREE blueberry muffins in addition to oatmeal bagels etc etc. overall great place for the price.

Wonderful stay! Very comfortable beds with lovely linens. Breakfast was fabulous. I was most impressed by the lengths the desk clerk who was on duty for both afternoons of our stay. She went the extra mile to make us comfortable while we were playing cards in the dining area, noticing my husband's water bottle was empty and offering to turn on the lights when it got dark outside due to a storm. We felt so loved and cared for!
