Everything was top notch. Felt safe and luxurious. Nice bed. No make-up mirror or light at standing mirror. But these are minor issues. Gym was clean and had good assortment of equipment. Could do with a better aircon, because it was very hot in there. And why no changing rooms, shower or toilet at the gym? Also lighter weights like 1 a 2 kg is little investment, but all the comfort for women.

I stayed for 2 nights at the Asti Hotel before catching the ferry across to Japan. So I was looking for a hotel close to Busan Station and Busan International Ferry Terminal. The Asti is ideally situated (30 metres from Busan Station and well within walking distance for the ferry terminal - accessible via a covered walkway from Busan Station). All the hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite. I was in a corner room on the 14th floor. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. I didn’t eat in the hotel. But I did use the fitness room. This offered running machines, static bikes, various dumbbells and weight machines. Due to its location close to the station, the many shops and restaurants. The Asti also offers an ideal location for accessing not only the rail network to Seoul etc. But also with the very efficient buses and metro. It is cheap and easy to to all the tourist attractions and beaches in Busan. When compared with other similar hotels, the Asti offers great value for money. I hope to return to Busan and will look to stay there again.

This is 2.5 stars hotel max. carpet of the hallway and room are dirty and have strong mold smell. The 1st room's smell was so strong that caused headache. I requested room change. 2nd room's smell was lighter. The room was humid but no dehumidifier. AC didn't work . It's more like fan then AC. Shower water force was weak. Mold on shower tiles and stains on the door. Housekeeping only reload tower and water. They didn't clean shower or counter at all.

ホテルの場所は駅から近くて飲食店も多いエリアに有りとても便利で部屋も広く使い易くて良かったです。が清掃はちょっと雑です先客の使った割り箸がソファの下に残っていたり部屋角に埃が残っていたり…歯磨き用の紙コップも交換してなかったり宿泊当日にサービスの水が無かったりと不満な点も有りました。我慢出来なくない範囲なので又、宿泊したいと思います。

Front desk staff were helpful and nice. However. The cleanliness of the room is questionable. Some leftover fruits from previous guests were left in the fridge, toilet was clogged. Front desk sent the maintenance and he did not even take off his dirty shoes to go in the bathroom. The whole hotel is dated and needs some upgrading (pictures on website is misleading)

The reception desk is at level 3, you will be a little lost if you do not enter the property via the front door or missed the directional signs. Check in was a breeze and the staff who handled us explained everything in English. The room was slightly bigger than expected. Loved the seaview especially during night time. Liked the idea of having the vanity sink outside the bathroom and it was really easy for us to get ready in the morning. The hotel is located just next to the KTX and Subway stations. There's many eateries within walking distance. You can easily grab cup noodles from the convenient store nearby if you came back after the shops are closed. The only downside is that the pillows are too soft, not very comfortable for side sleepers,

Room was very nice and convenient since it is right by the busan station. The beds were comfortable. It could be better with noise insulation but it wasn’t bad that I couldn’t sleep. The showers were inconvenient as there is a small tub with no curtains. Water got everywhere and I nearly slipped getting in and out.

Right next to Busan station, very convenient for KTX travel in and out of Busan. Can also get a decent view of the city harbour as the cruise terminal was right in front of the hotel. Since it’s next to Busan station transport is not an issue. Great place to stay. Would recommend.

I would like to thank the reception gentleman (Koo, if I remember correctly) who helped to change our room to be away from the lifts as I'm a light sleeper. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Busan station and has a few good eating places around.

I read a lot of positive feedback of Asti Hotel in Expedia, and thought that this is an excellent hotel. However, I’m a bit disappointed in my stay this time. I think cleanliness is an extremely important element of a hotel, however, my bed sheet had stains, not only one, but three stains. Although the staff promptly arranged to change the bed sheet after I raised the issue, the overall impression remained unsatisfactory. Additionally, one night the hotel experienced a false fire alarm, and the staff's handling of the situation was quite inadequate, startling two elderly Japanese women in the room next to mine. It was only after I directly approached the front desk that the staff informed me it was a false alarm. In summary, while the hotel's location is excellent, its service leaves much to be desired. There are likely better options available near Busan Station.

The check in staff was slow and unefficient. Even though we confirmed two special request for my in laws that were checking in later in the day, the clerk forgot to take note of it since he had to call our roon to confirm. In the end, he still did not get it right.

The property was very clean and conveniently located right next to Busan station. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating. We forgot our charger when we checked out and they kept it for us until we were able to come back to get it. We would stay here again

Location of the hotel is excellent, being nearby the metro station, the train station, the taxi stand, and the bus terminus. The staff were helpful and friendly, and can speak fluent English. The room was clean, spacious, and well provided with all necessary facilities. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan

Somehow, there was a double booking, probably due to some mistake on the booking website, and I was asked to pay double. It took a long time to talk it through, and after bringing the upper-level staff in, I was told I don’t have to pay double. I just had to pay for the room we will stay in. I don’t know if they felt bad about it, but they upgraded our room for free to a suite. That part was so nice of them. But talking with the staff for over an hour was tiring and challenging.

Fantastic best service especially Mr Evan Kim who handled the missing item in our laundry quickly and efficiently n we managed to hear that it was found the next day. Although we upgraded our room the hotel was gracious to waive the extra charge for the inconvenience of our missing laundry. Excellent customer service!

Hotel is very conveniently located in between the train station and the subway station. 10 minute walk to either station. Room was comfortable and quiet, breakfast was good, great view to the harbor (in our case), we arrived 2 hours before the 3PM check in, so the front desk graciously checked our luggage in the meantime, until we came back later to check in to the hotel. Easy to get around the public transportation from the hotel. We will again choose this hotel if we come back to Busan.

Hotel is right next to KTX and subway/bus station. Location is super convenient, but also noisy and smoky (exhaust, cigarette from outside). We paid extra for the Maru Suite. Love the extra room and layout, but the room felt humid. Wallpaper wrinkly (from moisture?) and room had a bit of dust. We often opened the window to air out the room. Overall, we did love the convenience of the location but next time would just book a normal room.

Fairly good stay. Good breakfast. Room with good view of port and bridge. On day of check out, I realised at highest level, there is a workstation, and you can take nice views from the high floor. Do not miss going up to this highest level for the wonderful views.

The sea-view rooms on the high floors are really awesome - beautiful view of the iconic bridge and the ships coming and going out of the ports. The rooms and building were quite modern and clean and functional. The hotel's restaurant wasn't the best for dinner - but the view was fantastic and would make a good backdrop for drinks. Also, the breakfast options were quite good if somewhat pricey. The best part was the location, right by trains and a key subway line. And plenty of places for food & snacks nearby - not high-end but many different options.

Value for money with good seaview. Close to KTX and tube station. The bath room set up is not good and floor is easily flooded. Breakfast is not included by Hotel.com and cost extra 22000won. Not too bad but no change for two days.
