Beautiful place, run by beautiful people. The only thing that could be improved is the air conditioning in the room, and the ability to have drinks by the pool. Really struggle to find anything wrong with this place.

We stayed in Villa 3 which was huge. There was a large communal living room but as there were no other guests on that floor we had it to ourselves. Our accommodation consisted of a large double bedroom and large sitting room and a modern en-suite bathroom which had a shower. The rooms are all period style with lovely old furniture. Good air conditioning. Pool was very nice. The restaurant is a fish restaurant and doesn’t seem to be part of the establishment. Very good buffet breakfasts. Excellent value for money. Mostly female staff were very pleasant and helpful. Grosseto is about 10km away, a medium sized town. Would definitely recommend for couples or older people.

Excellent agriturismo in maremma. Wonderful rooms and very friendly staff. If at all, breakfast could be richer (no croissants) and there is no bar or restaurant service at lunchtime so that you have to take your car and go outside if you want to eat something.
