This was the second time we stayed at Moonwaters and we love it. We particularly love the view over the forest from the porch and the Little River walk trail right below the cottage that goes along the inlet shoreline.

We enjoyed our stay but felt the furnishings were outdated and the bedding certainly could be improved.The bathroom was a big disappointment and needs to be modernised. Mould on the ceiling not a good look. The instruction booklet was not very welcoming and needs to be updated with clearer information, particularly regarding the tv operation. With a little more attention to detail, this could be a better accommodation option.

McIntosh Road Nature Reserve and William Bay National Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Denmark Chocolate Company and Bartholomews Meadery. Surfing/body boarding and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and hiking nearby.
