The stairs are in desperate need of railings! My check-in instructions arrived through Hotels. Com. It will be ideal if they arrive through my own personal text. It was difficult finding signs of the hotel. When arriving at night, there was no permanent light to help newcomers reach the door and staircase. Lighting was dismal when trying to retrieve room key from lock box.

First of all, location is great! Ivana was very helpful anytime I needed something. Room had all the amenities we needed, and whatever was missing was in the facility, it was very good! Highly recommended!

Está muy bien situado y es bastante cómodo. Las managers son muy atentas y amables. Volvería sin duda alguna. Llevar equipaje ligero ya que son bastantes gradas que subir o bajar para llegar. En general dubrovnik tiene muchas gradas que subir y bajar.

Very convenient location just outside of old town 5 minute walk to Pile Gate. Lots of restaurants and shops within a very easy walk. Room was clean and safe and the Star Wars theme was a hit with my boyfriend. There is no front desk on site & you have to text your passport info which is a little strange. View out of the window was a lovely rooftop view with distant water view that was beautiful. Only negatives were that the rooms are not soundproofed so unfortunately we were woken up 2 nights in a row to the sound of our neighbor getting sick. Also, we were in room 6 and the bed was extremely hard, there was a spring that was popping up on the far side of the bed that made sleep difficult and there was only 1 very flat pillow per person.
