Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Sehr leckeres uns abwechslungsreiches Essen. Gutes Angebot an Aktivitäten und Shuttles die über das Hotel gebucht werden können. Der Aurora-Alarm ist sehr zu empfehlen.

自然とオーロラを見るのに素晴らしい場所です。スタッフはフレンドリーです。シャレーなな泊まりましたが広くてキレイで居心地がよかったです。サウナがついてるのも素晴らしい。何もないを味わえます。

こちらに滞在していただけで一生忘れられない体験ができました。朝晩の食事のビュッフェも美味しく、部屋にサウナがあるのもオーロラ鑑賞で冷え切った身体を温めるのにありがたかったです。日本人率が大変高く驚きましたがまた再訪したいと思うホテルでした。

Perfectly located hotel, really scenic. The aurora cabins are great, breakfast and dinner as well. For some reason, internet is only available in the main building. Staff is friendly and provides all necessary information. The sauna with lake view is definitely worth a visit!

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert! Wir hatten das Wilderness Zimmer und das hat auch vollkommen gereicht, da die Polarlichter sich bewegen und man sie „jagen“ muss :) Das Essen war super, wir hatten Halbpension und es gab aber auch mittags was warmes zu essen. Alles hat super geschmeckt. Es gibt viele Ausflüge, diese sollten aber gleich nach der Ankunft gebucht werden, da sie sehr schnell ausgebucht sind. Wir empfehlen auch, das Gerät zur Meldung von Polarlichter zu mieten, da die Polarlichter oft erst gegen Mitternacht erscheinen. Die Kleidung (Overalls), Handschuhe und Schuhe kann man dort kostenlos ausleihen. Nur Thermowäsche sollte man selbst mitnehmen.

We requested round-trip airport transfers and had no issues at all. Everything was planned in great detail from check-in to check-out. Meals were served three times a day, and the food was delicious at every meal. There are many activities available at the hotel, all very well organized. We joined the husky tour and the Northern Lights hunt. Our room had a fireplace, and they provided unlimited firewood. The rooms were clean. Our only bad luck was not being able to see the Northern Lights because the days we stayed were cloudy. Thank you for everything — we hope to come back again.

Our Aurora cabin had the best location, right on the lake. This cabin has no internet or tv, which we knew ahead and that was fine with us. But there is also no space to unpack, zero storage. In the bathroom no hair dryer or racks to hang towels. We missed a table by the sofa, nightlights by the bed, a bench at entrance to sit and put your shoes on, maybe a small fridge (medicine to keep cold). Or why not place a shelf at the stairs outside to put things? The restaurant was clean and the staff very friendly. We booked breakfast & dinner and on the webside there are pictures of nice ala card dish. Not included. We got a no-choice dinner each night. We did not mind because the quality was very good, but that was not what we expected. At breakfast the scrambled eggs came from a bottle and bread toasters and waffle toasters were the kind for home use. Always people waiting in line for both. The worst thing about the cabin was the heating. It was not very cold during our stay, +2/ -3 celcius but the blower was blowing all the time, 24/7. I got a headache and sore throat as result, the noise was like a washing machine. They seem pretty eager to get (more of) your money, and that becomes slighty irritating. Other hotels may offer free cancellation, transfer to and from the hotel. None of that! You must pay ahead (50% at booking, the rest a month before), nonrefundable. Transfer was €110 each way, and on the way back we were in a bus with12 others!

Gut: Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und hervorragend, Qualität sehr gut! Täglich 30min kostenlose Sauna mit Blick auf See! Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Aktivitäten kann man gleich in der Hotellobby buchen. Gratis Fahrräder (2Stk Fatbikes) zum mieten Schlecht: Handtücher für Sauna fast nie bei Empfang vorhanden, mussten aus Zimmer mitgenommen werden. Duschwand in Bad etwas zu klein dimensioniert.

オーロラを見るために、9月末に5泊しました。お天気にも恵まれ、湖面に映る素晴らしいオーロラを見ることができました。 滞在は言うことなしでした。窓からの景色を楽しみながら朝からたっぷりおいしい朝食を食べ、昼は稲荷中心地のスーパーやトレイルに行き(女性一人でも安心して歩けました)、夜はレストランで美味しいディナーを楽しんだあとはオーロラ見物…夢のような滞在でした。 一番安いカテゴリーのお部屋だったので、洗面所が狭く使いにくいのが難点でした。シャワーブースから水が流れ出てトイレや洗面台のあたりまで濡れるので、工夫が必要です。また、カーテンを開けると向かい合わせの棟の部屋が丸見えで、日中はお部屋でくつろぎにくかったです。かわりにホテルの居心地のいいロビーでゆっくり過ごしました。湖畔のサウナは人気があるので、早めに予約したほうがいいです。 レセプションの人たちはみんな親切で、より良い滞在にするためにいろいろ提案してくれました。初日は24時頃チェックインだったのですが、鍵の受け渡しについて事前にやり取りをして、きちんと受け取れるようにしてくれました。すてきな滞在をありがとうございました。

Stayed at the hotel during the winter and had a wonderful time. The chalets are very modern, stylish, clean, and cozy (much better than in the pictures). The main hotel building is really cozy and the food was simple yet very well made and tasty. The service was overall really friendly and catered to requests promptly. Finally, the surroundings of the hotel are really beautiful. Walking over the frozen lake and snowmobiling to a campsite to see the northern lights were unforgettable experiences.

Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Besonders der Lobby/Restaurantbereich mit Blick auf den direkt angrenzenden Inari See ist unheimlich gemütlich und lädt mit ihrem gemütlichen Einrichtung zum Verweilen am Kaminfeuer ein. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und auch das Abendessen können wir empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig.
Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. 4泊しました。湖のそばにあり、部屋を出るだけでオーロラウォッチングができます。ホテルの周りは他の建物が無く、明かりが少ないのが良かったです。オーロラが見えるとホテル側も照明を落としてくれる配慮があります。この時期ならではの湖に映るオーロラを見る事ができました。 客室内は清潔でゆったりと自然を感じながら快適に過ごせました。外の景色を楽しみながら、朝食も飽きる事が無くおいしくいただきました。2日に1度の掃除とタオル交換でしたが必要充分でした。 ホテルまでの交通手段の選択が少ないので、私はレンタカーで移動しました。車で数分でスーパーまで買い物に行くことができ、イナリやサーリセルカ、ウツヨキまでなどドライブを楽しみました。 またイナリに行った時には泊まりたいと思わせてくれるホテルです。

The hotel is new and very typical. We had a wilderness room which was spacious, comfortable, clean and warm. However the bathroom, although new, seemed basic. I would appreciate a screen between shower and toilet, lack of screen means the toilet gets wet. The cleaning of the room is every other day. However we stayed three nights and the room was never made. I think to ask 25 euros for a WhatsApp message for the aurora alert is ridiculous, it should be complimentary. Food choice is reasonable but of very good quality. Sauna needs to be booked but it is a very nice experience. I would add a water fountain rather than taking the water from the toilet

Traumhotel direkt am Ufer des Inarisee. Unsere Holziglus waren klasse, bequem und sauber mit riesigen Fenstern zum See. Tolles Restaurant mit super Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Perfectly located hotel, really scenic. The aurora cabins are great, breakfast and dinner as well. For some reason, internet is only available in the main building. Staff is friendly and provides all necessary information. The sauna with lake view is definitely worth a visit!

Stayed at the hotel during the winter and had a wonderful time. The chalets are very modern, stylish, clean, and cozy (much better than in the pictures). The main hotel building is really cozy and the food was simple yet very well made and tasty. The service was overall really friendly and catered to requests promptly. Finally, the surroundings of the hotel are really beautiful. Walking over the frozen lake and snowmobiling to a campsite to see the northern lights were unforgettable experiences.

The room is clean and modern, however the building of wilderness room is like a motel or apartment. It uncomfortable to check the condition of the northern lights, we had to all the way to go out side each time. In addition there were only a few groups in the building however another guest wa next our room. It was unhelpful.

Our Aurora cabin had the best location, right on the lake. This cabin has no internet or tv, which we knew ahead and that was fine with us. But there is also no space to unpack, zero storage. In the bathroom no hair dryer or racks to hang towels. We missed a table by the sofa, nightlights by the bed, a bench at entrance to sit and put your shoes on, maybe a small fridge (medicine to keep cold). Or why not place a shelf at the stairs outside to put things? The restaurant was clean and the staff very friendly. We booked breakfast & dinner and on the webside there are pictures of nice ala card dish. Not included. We got a no-choice dinner each night. We did not mind because the quality was very good, but that was not what we expected. At breakfast the scrambled eggs came from a bottle and bread toasters and waffle toasters were the kind for home use. Always people waiting in line for both. The worst thing about the cabin was the heating. It was not very cold during our stay, +2/ -3 celcius but the blower was blowing all the time, 24/7. I got a headache and sore throat as result, the noise was like a washing machine. They seem pretty eager to get (more of) your money, and that becomes slighty irritating. Other hotels may offer free cancellation, transfer to and from the hotel. None of that! You must pay ahead (50% at booking, the rest a month before), nonrefundable. Transfer was €110 each way, and on the way back we were in a bus with12 others!

Amazing place to stay and view the aurora. Breakfast was exceptional! Our upgraded cottage was quite expensive but we enjoyed watching the northern lights from the heated windows. We just wish there was a sliding glass door in the shower to avoid getting the toilet seat and whole toilet floor wet.

Great hotel and buffets. Location is fabulous! However don’t expect much service and our room sauna doesn’t work properly and being remote there is nothing the hotel can do to fix it. So you can gamble on paying extra for the chalet without the proper facilities!

朝のビュッフェはワッフルも焼け、サーモンもおいしく毎回しっかりいただきました。シャレーのキッチンはポットだけで食器もコップとマグカップだけでした。食器洗い用のスポンジ、紙皿、海外用の加熱器を使用し自炊していました。サーミミュージアムのランチは値段も手ごろで日本人の口に合いました。スタッフは親切でチェックアウト後のこちらのミスに丁寧に対応していただき感謝しています。

Magnifique hôtel avec une excellente qualité de service. Accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons fait 3 activités avec l’hôtel. Toutes étaient très bien organisées avec des animateurs d’une grande gentillesse.. mention particulière pour Freddy ! Très bon niveau de service. Excellent petit déjeuner , et le repas du soir était aussi très bon avec du choix et raffiné . Excellent endroit pour voir les aurores boréales sur le lac . We stayed the first two nights in one of the Aurora Cabins and then moved to a Panorama Chalet. Both rooms have been extremely great just like the whole hotel. Everything looks very great, the staff is super nice and we also enjoyed the food. There are a lot of activities that can be booked directly via the hotel. We did the husky tour, the reindeer farm visit and the snowmobile tour and all of those activities had been just perfect. You can reach Inari by foot and in winter you can also walk across the frozen lake. At night time there is only a little light pollution so it‘s also a great place to see the aurora on clear nights. We would totally recommend this place and will definitely be back!

SWe wanted to see the northern light and we got our wish. The wilderness hotel is an awesome place to stay. Inari has a lot to offer in sightseeing and hikes. Would highly recommend.

We requested round-trip airport transfers and had no issues at all. Everything was planned in great detail from check-in to check-out. Meals were served three times a day, and the food was delicious at every meal. There are many activities available at the hotel, all very well organized. We joined the husky tour and the Northern Lights hunt. Our room had a fireplace, and they provided unlimited firewood. The rooms were clean. Our only bad luck was not being able to see the Northern Lights because the days we stayed were cloudy. Thank you for everything — we hope to come back again.

We joined the husky tour and the Northern Lights hunt. Our room had a fireplace, and they provided unlimited firewood. The rooms were clean. Our only bad luck was not being able to see the Northern Lights because the days we stayed were cloudy. Thank you for everything — we hope to come back again.

Our Aurora cabin had the best location, right on the lake. This cabin has no internet or tv, which we knew ahead and that was fine with us. But there is also no space to unpack, zero storage. In the bathroom no hair dryer or racks to hang towels. We missed a table by the sofa, nightlights by the bed, a bench at entrance to sit and put your shoes on, maybe a small fridge (medicine to keep cold). Or why not place a shelf at the stairs outside to put things? The restaurant was clean and the staff very friendly. We booked breakfast & dinner and on the webside there are pictures of nice ala card dish. Not included. We got a no-choice dinner each night. We did not mind because the quality was very good, but that was not what we expected. At breakfast the scrambled eggs came from a bottle and bread toasters and waffle toasters were the kind for home use. Always people waiting in line for both. The worst thing about the cabin was the heating. It was not very cold during our stay, +2/ -3 celcius but the blower was blowing all the time, 24/7. I got a headache and sore throat as result, the noise was like a washing machine. They seem pretty eager to get (more of) your money, and that becomes slighty irritating. Other hotels may offer free cancellation, transfer to and from the hotel. None of that! You must pay ahead (50% at booking, the rest a month before), nonrefundable. Transfer was €110 each way, and on the way back we were in a bus with12 others!

Excellent staff who arranged early checkin both days on my stay as I arrived early the first day and needed to change another type of room on next day. Seamless move! Very happy for their absolutely tasty dinner and breakfast provided! Unforgettable experience !
