Really a 4.5* Room was very clean and the quiet. Room was on the 4th floor and WIFI had a weak signal Only major complaint was the elevator needs a flooring with some texture and a rug at the main floor entry. Guests (and their children) use the pool then use the elevator to their rooms. I saw one child slip and fall and an adult guest nearly fall over my one night stay. We hope the elevator situation is addressed prior to our next visit.

Good. Comfortable place to stay on the road. Charged my cc for parking without my permission. If they're going to do that they really need to make it clearer. Esp. for a roadside hotel.

Breakfast was good. Overall the place is ok. But the biggest negative was that we found hair under the bed sheets. The bed looked like it was just made but not washed after the last visit... Pretty gross.

The included breakfast was great. We made our own waffles and had sausage, egg and cheese omelet, activia yogurt and a mandarin orange. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower pressure was great. Unfortunately, our room had a bad smell, the comfoter had visible stains (small spot of blood stain, we flipped it around) and the shower caulking around the floor could've been cleaner. Overall, it met our needs but could've exceeded our expectations had room cleanliness been improved.

I found the staff at the front desk ambivilant. Had to ask for a receipt. The carpet in the room was very smelly. Musty and dirty smelling. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Very comfortable room which was clean and spacious. Bathroom had wonderful shower and hair dryer. The bed and overall amenities made for a perfect stay. Convenient off highway and front desk staff friendly and helpful. Definitely would return.

Bed very uncomfortable. Pillows very small-size of decorative couch pillow. Pullout couch very thin and no extra pillows for it. Other guests smoking marijuana on 3rd floor-hall smelled so strong, it was terrible. Expensive..$200 for what?

The front desk staff were very personable and professional. We have stayed at this hotel twice now and both visits have been good. We had a room next to the elevator this time and there was some noise, but other than that, our stay was very comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This hotel met our needs perfectly. We needed a place to stay east of Toronto - just a quiet, comfortable sleep in a cozy, clean room, and this hotel delivered in spades. The bed was extremely comfy and despite there being teams of youngsters staying here, all was quiet by 9 pm. Couldn’t ask for more.

Overall decent, nothing special, night experience awful, no carts to bring in luggage or product, no options offered and said no carts of any type in entire building. Just didn’t want to help. Definitely had the choice of going above and beyond or doing the bare minimum and did the minimum, I won’t return, I would not recommend.

Great place. Very good breakfast. Staff is fantastic and everything is well maintained and clean. Unfortunately, right beside 2 car dealerships, and a highway on ramp has a steady stream of big Riggs Noisy by around 5:30 on.

Expensive for what you get. No water glasses in room. Toiletries were tiny and not good. Curtains in my room wouldn’t close fully so the lights from the industrial area outside shone into my room while I was trying to sleep. Breakfast had limited options and the food was gross. There wasn’t a single healthy breakfast option except fruit in a bowl, which looked old. The cutlery was plastic and depressing. It felt like the owners were putting in the most minimal effort to make the stay pleasant, spending as little as possible. But the bed was comfortable and the staff was nice.

The breakfast was half an hour later on the weekend and I came down 20 minutes early and they wouldn’t open it. Coffee Wasn’t ready and they didn’t have ice to fill my travel mug so I went across the street to get my breakfast

We needed a place to stay for the night on our way home to Ottawa from visiting relatives in the area. This place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was also quiet. Those are my top three priorities. The breakfast was terrible, but pretty much what seems to be the standard in this type of accommodation. Lousy coffee, nothing gluten-free and so much sugar! Also, they use everything disposable and nothing much is recyclable which I feel really, really needs to change.

Our checkin was great! The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. We required additional bedding and were essentially told to “get it ourselves” from the laundry room as the only staff member was busy assisting someone else. There were no towels at the pool area. Our breakfast was not good, they were out of all hot items as well as juice, cream cheese and jam. The woman running the kitchen repeatedly asked diners to leave the buffet area so she could tidy up. There was no one at the front desk when we checked out. The area is great! Lots of really convenient dining options within walking distance!

The staff were all very courteous and friendly. They kept the hotel as clean as possible, considering there were many construction crews staying there. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the downside. We were there for three days, and eggs with cheese were everyday fare, with alternating bacon and sausage. There should be a variety and a conscious effort to consider food allergies. Both my husband and I have dairy allergies, so cheese everyday had to be scraped or cut out of the egg. Also, I had no gluten free options, so I brought in my own breakfast.
