The property is good but not upto the standards of a 5 star stay. Probably as they were over booked. Also, the sea view rooms aren't as one would expect to experience a sea view, the distance from the sea is great & the price one pays for the view, is not worth it ... So, better to go for the normal rooms n avoid the disappointment. If not, it's the best property around that stretch.. If not, for the above mentioned reasons.

the physical hotel, room etc..were excellent, clean and high end. the service was very poor throughout, more 3star standard despite there being plenty of staff

Restaurant experience was very poor. Got sick after lunch. Rooms were spacious and clean.
