I average about three hotels a month for business and this hotel has been my favorite for at least the last 2 years. Well run, fantastic staff that was truly interested in the customer experience over following a set of rigid rules and regulations for the hotels own benefit at the expense of the human experience. Special thanks to Erica and all the staff for friendliness and always being ready to help. First class!
