Sensational. Everything about Biblos subtly says "luxury experience" without being ostentatious. Clean and well organised, this resort has some of the best amenities I've seen anywhere in the world. The white sands of the private beach are sublime, every pool has enough space to relax, unbelievable facilities for kids (I wanted to go in the soft play myself), and the underground pool/spa/gym is perfect. Each restaurant provided its own unique experience as well, though expensive. Great for families, and couples if you don't mind being around well-behaved children. Looking forward to going back!

We had a lovely stay at Biblos. However there is not enough « activities » for adults. For example, a lounge with a pianist or with some soft jazzy music where we can have a coffee or a drink. This would have been really appreciated .

The resort itself is incredible, super clean, great food and facilities especially for kids. The town of Cesme was a disappointment, the people weren’t very friendly and we felt uncomfortable.

It is a beautiful property, love the pools and the close proximity to the beach. The staff was great, the food amazing and overall stay was just perfect. I would highly recommend staying at Biblos if you're on vacation with your partner, family and/or friends. It's definitely a one of a kind resort.

Sezonun kapanışına denk geldiğimiz için olabilir 2 konu hakkında geri bildirimimiz oldu; 1. Servis yavaştı ve Miso Restorandaki akşam servisi lezzet konusunda beklentiyi karşılamadı. 2. Bizim kaldığımız odalar deniz tarafına baksa da diğer tarafa bakan odaların bulunduğu yerde otel dışı bir lokasyonda gece düğün/kutlama gibi bir şey vardı ve sesler geç saate kadar yankıyla otelin ön cepheye bakan odalarının olduğu kısma ulaşıyordu. Bunun haricinde güzel, temiz, huzurlu bir otel, sezondaki kalabalıkta spa ve restoran kısmı hizmet ve doluluk oranını karşılayabiliyor mu düşündürdü.

Otelin atmosferi ve odam çok güzeldi. Ancak üç restoranın da yemeklerinden memnun kalmadım. Kahvaltı da dahil olmak üzere her yemekten sonra midem saatlerce rahatsız oldu. Açık büfe kahvaltı olduğunu bilsem rezervasyonu bir kez daha düşünürdüm zaten. Bir iki garson dışında işini doğru düzgün yapan birini göremedim. SPAyı oldukça beğendim. Masaj ve cilt bakımı yaptırdım, buhar, sauna ve iglo odalarını kullandım. Kaldığım çoğu otelin SPAsından daha iyiydi her şey. Plajı benim için yeterliydi, eylül olduğu için fazla kalabalık olmadığından rahat ettim. Plajda ve havuzda hizmet daha iyiydi. Bir odanın temizliğini sürekli aynı kişi mi yapıyor bilemiyorum ama sandalyenin üzerine koyduğum yatak örtüsünün ilk gün perdenin kenarına yere koyulup ikinci gün yatağa tekrar serilmesi pek hoş değildi. Henüz yemediğim makaronların atılması da. Yani girişteki karşılama, hizmet, yönlendirme ne kadar iyiyse geri kalan günlerde ve çıkışta o kadar yetersizdi.

1 Stern – Nie wieder! Schon am ersten Abend war das Zimmer unerträglich heiß – die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, obwohl das Problem bekannt war. Nach mehreren Beschwerden wurde uns erst um 1 Uhr nachts ein anderes Zimmer gegeben – und das auch noch in schlechterer Kategorie. Mitten in der Nacht mussten wir im Pyjama umziehen – ein absolutes No-Go. Beim Abendessen wurde uns trotz Reservierung ein Tisch „weggenommen“, weil eine andere laut wurde – unfassbar respektlos. Nur dank Ibrahim Bey, der sich wirklich gekümmert hat, war der Abend zu retten. Außerdem: Keine Minibar im All-Inclusive, kein Heineken, kein Beylerbey Raki und noch vieles mehr war nicht inkl – selbst billige Hotels bieten da mehr! Keine klare Infos, keine echte Kundenorientierung. Für uns: ein Reinfall auf ganzer Linie.

Onun dışında olumsuz yanlarina gelecek olursam; biz her sey dahil konsept olarak konaklama sağladık, a la carte restoranda bir menu getiriyorlar, her sey dahilin icinde olan yani ayrica ücret ödemeyeceğiniz ürünler var, bir de işaretli bazı ürünler var ki onların yanındaki euro bazinda ücreti ekstra ödemen gerekiyor. Bizim kaldığımız odalar deniz tarafına baksa da diğer tarafa bakan odaların bulunduğu yerde otel dışı bir lokasyonda gece düğün/kutlama gibi bir şey vardı ve sesler geç saate kadar yankıyla otelin ön cepheye bakan odalarının olduğu kısma ulaşıyordu. Globally the whole stay has been a great experience. From the reception to the room, from the breakfast to the spa, the pools, the linen, the landscaping, the staff… everything was amazing! We are used to this level of hospitality but Biblos has reached much more than our expectations. We will recommend our friends to visit Biblos. Otelin atmosferi ve odam çok güzeldi. Ancak üç restoranın da yemeklerinden memnun kalmadım. Kahvaltı da dahil olmak üzere her yemekten sonra midem saatlerce rahatsız oldu. Açık büfe kahvaltı olduğunu bilsem rezervasyonu bir kez daha düşünürdüm zaten. Bir iki garson dışında işini doğru düzgün yapan birini göremedim. SPAyı oldukça beğendim. Masaj ve cilt bakımı yaptırdım, buhar, sauna ve iglo odalarını kullandım. Kaldığım çoğu otelin SPAsından daha iyiydi her şey. Plajı benim için yeterliydi, eylül olduğu için fazla kalabalık olmadığından rahat ettim. Plajda ve havuzda hizmet daha iyiydi. Bir odanın temizliğini sürekli aynı kişi mi yapıyor bilemiyorum ama sandalyenin üzerine koyduğum yatak örtüsünün ilk gün perdenin kenarına yere koyulup ikinci gün yatağa tekrar serilmesi pek hoş değildi. Henüz yemediğim makaronların atılması da. Yani girişteki karşılama, hizmet, yönlendirme ne kadar iyiyse geri kalan günlerde ve çıkışta o kadar yetersizdi.

Sensational. Everything about Biblos subtly says "luxury experience" without being ostentatious. Clean and well organised, this resort has some of the best amenities I've seen anywhere in the world. The white sands of the private beach are sublime, every pool has enough space to relax, unbelievable facilities for kids (I wanted to go in the soft play myself), and the underground pool/spa/gym is perfect. Each restaurant provided its own unique experience as well, though expensive. Great for families, and couples if you don't mind being around well-behaved children. Looking forward to going back!

It is a beautiful property, love the pools and the close proximity to the beach. The staff was great, the food amazing and overall stay was just perfect. I would highly recommend staying at Biblos if you're on vacation with your partner, family and/or friends. It's definitely a one of a kind resort.

Otelin atmosferi ve odam çok güzeldi. Ancak üç restoranın da yemeklerinden memnun kalmadım. Kahvaltı da dahil olmak üzere her yemekten sonra midem saatlerce rahatsız oldu. Açık büfe kahvaltı olduğunu bilsem rezervasyonu bir kez daha düşünürdüm zaten. Bir iki garson dışında işini doğru düzgün yapan birini göremedim. SPAyı oldukça beğendim. We had a lovely stay at Biblos. However there is not enough « activities » for adults. For example, a lounge with a pianist or with some soft jazzy music where we can have a coffee or a drink. This would have been really appreciated .
