Everything was spot on. Room was cleaned whenever needed. Wish the pool was heated or at least have a gender neutral hot tub. Overall enjoyed the stay

Amazing hotel. Very clean, nice room, great view and great location. So regret taht i forgot to include breakfast upon booking. I would like to stay again and everytime of my visit.

Been 5 times now, great value, great view from the pool floor, onsen and sauna are great, breakfast buffet is really good. Shuttle service to bts aswell. Cant fault it
