Foi uma agradável surpresa, pena as fotos não mostrarem o que é na realidade. Tem uma sala de estar onde servem o pequeno almoço muito gira. E uma pequena piscina que é um bônus. Achei os espaços cuidados e limpos. O único senão foi o cheiro vindo do WC(não era esgoto). Muito perto da praia, dá para ir a pé.

Nice place, basis breakfast, but enough to start your day off. Yoghurt, bread, jam and marmalade , cheese and ham. Tea Coffee and Orange juice. Swimming pool in the garden. Easy and free parking outside on the quiet road. Only close to one cafe bar restaurant. Suitable for drinks and snacks. Had to drive to find other places, but only 2 to 3 km.

Had a little breakfast in the morning. Pool was clean but we didn't have time to use it. We would have only liked better TV and Internet connection as it was spotty and kept going out.

Chambre très agréable avec la climatisation et un balcon avec vue sur la piscine. Le salon est bien agencé avec assez de tables et chaises, ce qui est très convivial et permet de se retrouver pendant le petit déjeuner. Je recommande cet hébergement si vous allez en Algarve !

Lugar adecuado para ir con amigos y para los que tengan que madrugar pues dormir hasta tarde es complicado ya que a partir de las 8.30 que empieza el desayuno hay mucho ruido. Dejan utilizar cocina, nevera, comedor ...

Prima plek om te verblijven. Redelijke bedden, als je van zacht matras houdt. Ontbijtje is eenvoudig, maar ruim voldoende. Wel alle dagen hetzelfde in keus. Ruime kamer met zelfs balkon. Badkamer gedateerd maar prima te doen. Mooi zwembad! Er zijn 12 kamers, waarbij ook voor gezinnen. Dus met ontbijt soms wat druk, wel gezellig. In nabije omgeving strand, maar stad toch wel op ruim 3 km afstand. Wij hebben fietsen gehuurd bij ruiz bikes in monte gordo, 5 euro per dag, kun je prima stallen bij guesthouse. Kortom heerlijk verblijf !

First impression, it was difficult to reach the contract to gain access and then it was done over the phone, no personal face to face meeting. Small room, squeaky bed, small bathroom were my wife nearly fell into the shower only I caught her because there is no room between the door and shower tray. The walls are paper thin and the people next door talked late into the night preventing us sleeping properly. The smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor outside the room was nasty and some of the breakfast dishes were stained with food and the tables not cleaned from the previous users when we arrived for breakfast. The breakfast selection was fairly decent and the house is nice place, nicely designed just a pity we got the basement with the paper thin walls and tight Location is convenient for VRSA, Monto Gordo getting onto the A22 for Spain or Faro. Overall I think if I was there at the different time and had a room on the upper level I'd have scored differently.

There several key issues that having been aware of these I would not have booked this property. For clarity, I stayed in economy no. 2. Firstly, it was not straightforward to get the code to access the property. Having called the number as requested I was told to message, having already done so that morning without receiving a response. Several messages later I was able to get access to the room. Second, on entering the room there was loads of ants coming from the ceiling and making there way under the bed. To the credit of the owner the issue was sorted whilst I was out. However, this was so clearly evident that this should have been dealt with before my arrival. Third, the room had a shared bathroom. At the time of booking (and writing this review) the economy rooms have shared bathroom which is not stated at all on the room description. Fourth, the room was not secure. The sliding door did not have a lock and the outside screen does not lock either meaning the room can be accessed by anyone who can access the balcony. Fifth, the bed in the room is very old and squeaky. Both me and my partner ended up with back ache due to the bed. Lastly, the breakfast is well below par but to be expected given the price range. However, the other issues really aren't acceptable.

La chambre était petite, matelas et literie ayant trop vécu. Pas de housse de couette. Pas une fois le balai a été passé en 1 semaine. Petit déjeuner décevant manquant de choix et de qualité y compris le café. Même pas la possibilité d emprunter un sèche cheveux. Salle de bain et parties commune avec des poils pubiens. Aucun nettoyage même vider la poubelle il fallait demander. Fuite dans la salle de petit déjeuner ...un fiasco et une mentalité pour la patronne de l établissement plus que désagréable. Grosse déception. Nous avons préféré partir et ne pas finir le séjour

The arrival was terribly managed. After I booked, I was sent a message to contact them 30 min before the arrival time so someone could come and give me the keys. I contacted them 1 hour before my arrival. When I got there, there was nobody waiting for me. I kept sending them messages until 40 min later the person that should have been here calls me. She tells me that I should have contacted her 30 min in advance. I replied that I had contacted her 1 hour in advance! In the end she explained me how to get the keys from a box, so in reality there was no need for her to come! The house is nice and the room too, but my bathroom stunk of sewage. Really bad smell. I had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times.

Insonorização muito má, internet não funcionou e os quartos não têm WC privativa. O quarto em si é bom e o ar condicionado bom. Se for só para dormir, é bom. Mais do que isso, não aconselho.

the only thing was that the walls were a bit thin, so when lots of guests are present you will know that. it didnt take away much of the fun. thank you

We had a great staym the room was comfortable and the price was excellent. The only problem was that we were in room 1 and we could hear the couple in room 2 very clearly. Then they took a very long time in the shared bathroom. The walls could use some insulation for the noise. The breakfast was great! Scrambled eggs, toast with a variety of things to put on it, cereal, juice, coffee. Next time i will book a room with a bathroom. But i plan to return. Great place overall.

Atienden con educación y muy dispuestos a solucionar los problemas

Il y avait des personnes dans les chambres voisines mais très discretes, j'ai donc beaucoup apprécié cet hébergement et très bien dormi. Le problème n'est pas l'isolation puisque tout à été refait, mais plutôt des touristes irrespectueux. Très bon rapport qualité prix, avec un excellent petit déjeuner. Un grand merci à Filomena pour son accueil chaleureux. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir.

L'atención de Filomena fue muy buena, ya que nos proporcionó desayuno para llevar, pues teníamos que salir pronto por la mañana, además pudimos preparar nuestros propios bocadillos para cenar. Calidad precio muy correcto.

D’un bon rapport qualité prix. Petite note il serait bien qu’il y ait un petit kit de toilette gel douche etc même si on peut trouver cela dans la petite boutique à proximité. Mention spéciale notre avion étant très tôt départ de l’hôtel à quatre heure du matin ils ont eu l’amabilité de nous laisser un box comprenant ce qu’il faut pour faire notre petit déjeuner

Il y avait des personnes dans les chambres voisines mais très discretes, j'ai donc beaucoup apprécié cet hébergement et très bien dormi. Le problème n'est pas l'isolation puisque tout à été refait, mais plutôt des touristes irrespectueux. Très bon rapport qualité prix, avec un excellent petit déjeuner. No geral a estadia foi bastante positiva. Não vou enumerar os pontos positivos, pois foram bastantes e só me resta dizer "mantenham assim". Vou apontar apenas um ponto negativo, que servirá como crítica construtiva: o pequeno almoço deixa um pouco a desejar. Se não for dos primeiros a chegar, não restará muita variedade. Voltarei.

C'etait super pour une escale d'une nuit. Petit dejeuner varié et bon. Tres bon rapport qualite prix.
