Pé na Areia - Guest House

The location is good for us as a base for daily trips in the surroundings. There is a garden with a pool, a living room (also the breakfast room), and a kitchen to be used. We find the kitchen very useful to make some own snacks or dinner, no need to dine outside everyday. The room was simple but enough for us (mainly for sleeping and spent the day outside). The breakfast was simple, probably related to personal tastes or habits, what was missing for us is the fresh vegetables/salats, it was too much sweat and not much fresh stuff, except a small amount of fruits. In general, a good place to stay!

Room was clean, only had one towel but was quickly replaced by attentive staff. Easy check in process, contacted Filomena by phone who was at the property straight away.

The staff made you feel at home.

I had a fantastic stay at this quiet guest house. The room was modern and very clean, providing a comfortable retreat. The breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection each morning. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming; while they didn't speak fluent English, they communicated brilliantly using a translation app to ensure all needs were met. The cherry on top was the perfect location within walking distance to Monte Gondor beach. Highly recommended!
