Perfect size for what I needed. The house was clean and cluttered free. It did have an “old” house smell, the bed was too tall for me but I found a convenient step stool. A night light would be nice in the kit, shower wasn’t my cup of tea. Great location and nice size.

Its cozy! Parking is on the street & a challenge when there is a ballgame down the street. Quiet neighborhood & I felt safe taking walks.
