Yes, the casino was lively. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very nice and the bars were well set up.

One elevator was out so made it slow getting to upper hotel rooms.

Checked in fine. Only one elevator was functioning. No problem. Got stuff to rooms on 4th floor. Went to work a job and returned around 2:00 am and both elevators were out of service. After a 10 hour drive and then a 6 hour job, climbing 4 flights of stairs was a bit rough for the three of us. Fortunately they were able to bring down our baggage and coolers down the service elevator at 6:30 am.

We had a very nice stay.Room was clean.Outside and inside was very clean.I just wish you could have hotel parking section only.We had to walk quite a distance with our luggage.Yes we could of dropped it off at the hotel but we prefer to keep our luggage with us.We noticed many people parking as Close to hotel as possible which were not spending the night.

Casino and hotel are clean and smoke free. Good area for antique stores but not a lot to do otherwise in area.

I want to start by saying the security and staff were amazing, gherywas an issue happening out of their control wiythe internet, and they were all still so nice. The room however, was awful. If they weren't having an issue with everything, I would have begged to switch Rooms. It was DIRTY. We actually found the bed was never changed, the floor was not vaccinated... The shower had old hair in it... The was little to almost no toilet paper.. we switched beds, but I couldn't sleep because I was wondering if it too was never changed. The soap bottle in the shower was empty...I had to clean the shower before I got in...the elevator was not working to get to our room on the second floor, and I have a disability, which made it even more difficult to enjoy myself, because walking the stairs left me in pain...I REALLY wanted to love it...but, I REALLY didn't. I feel bad because the staff were all so great. I couldn't get into the gambling spirit, I felt like I lost from the moment I got to the room. Too sad. :(

The room was very clean, EXCEPT that the floor tile grout in the shower had black mold!

Upon arrival, there was no designated parking for hotel guests. We had to park wayyyyy down on the end. It was freezing and windy. As much as we paid, there should be closer parking or valet. When we entered the hallway there was an awful smell. Like burnt crayons. It was so strong, our clothes smelled like it the whole way home. When we entered the room, we noticed the bed was messy. Blankets looked like someone sat on the bed and the pillows were just thrown against the headboard all messed up and one folded. Not very interested in sleeping there. In the bathroom there was no place to put dirty towels. Anytime we ran the sink, it made a loud awful noise from the shower drain. The room did not appear to be cleaned the way it shouldve been. Restaurant was great! We decided to stay in casino as long as possible, to not have to be in the room. The gaming area was really dirty. Machines were gross and sticky. The cups the drinks came in were sticky 2 out of the 3 times. We waited quite awhile to get a drink. We had to hit our call button and request someone to come over finally. When we wanted to check out, there were ladies standing in the back room talking, not watching the front desk. I had dropped my cards in the express box and wanted to make sure we were doing the correct thing for checkout. But we ended up leaving after waiting for someone to help us. We paid almost 200.00 for one night!! There was nothing special about the hotel and will not be staying there again.

Clean rooms

Very professional staff and easy, plentiful free parking. Room was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed.

The breakfast /lobby area was nice, however the hallways and room had a moldy smell, likely from the old dingy carpet.

The Oxford Casino Hotel was a great place to stay! The hotel seems like no-frills when you walk in to check in, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room. It looks recently updated, the furniture and artwork looked very new and trendy. The bathroom did not have a tub, but it had a large glass-enclosed shower. The room was very clean with no signs of previous occupants. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were super soft. There are places to eat in the hotel, but also several tempting restaurants in the area (check out the pizza just down the road at the beer garden!) The only complaint was that I could easily hear the hallway noise, which could be a problem if you are a light sleeper, since it’s a casino hotel and there were a lot of people coming and going from their rooms at late hours. Otherwise, it was a pleasant surprise for a last minute solo getaway!

We expected it to be noisy with a lot of commotion around the hotel area considering it shares the space with a casino that is open 24 hours. We were astonished at how quiet it was in our room even when the casino was full

Showing some age with paint scuff marks in several aresa in the room we stayed in, HVAC was slow to cool then heat later in the evening. Towels and wash cloths are cheap paper tnin crap. Wouldn't qualify for disposable. Too bad had higher expectations for a place that costs so much. Checkin staff needs help as well.

The room was far from being worth the price. The door stuck, very few towels, pillows were horrendous, room was cold, no micro-wave, soap dispenser basically empty.

The shower was awesome

Convenient when taking advantage of the casino. Noise overnight was difficult for sleeping. Doors closing and toilets flushing are quite loud. Could be excellent with soundproofing the rooms.

When taking a shower we either froze or were blistering hot. It felt like boiling water.

The room was large, comfortable, modern and clean. Bathroom was spacious and the shower was top-notch! Noise level was quiet for a casino! Friendly staff and well-tended. A great stay overall!

The room was GORGEOUS! Extremely clean and so comfortable. The staff was amazing and helped us with early check in as we were there for a wedding. Only thing we found surprising in such a gorgeous hotel room was there was no microwave to be found.

Why they wont let you check in a few minutes early without charging an extra fee and when 400 gets there this is a huge line? You know the rooms are ready.

Racial profiling checking in staff and also was the supervisor on shift. that made it even worse.

Stayed her 3 times now, biggest drawback is the forever check in line at 4 pm..they need to figure something out to make it quicker, I have never had check in take so long for each person..love the bathrooms! Rooms need a good dusting..will be back

I think it’s ridiculous Oxford Casino Hotel charged me 30.00 to check in 40 mins before 4 and our friends checked in 30 mins before 4 and didn’t have to pay! Not impressed. You can’t tell me there wasn’t rooms available.

Very pleased with room. Very disappointed with lack of daily or even every other day housekeeping. Had to request EVERYTHING. Very poor policy. However the housekeepers were very pleasant and helpful.

Tv remote did not work but the service person came to fix it immediately.

Everything was great hotel is nice and clean with good price. Casino is good but insanely expensive weak drinks. All staff were awesome bartenders, dealers, front desk. Will definitely return but will not buy mixed drinks there again . Dining there or in the area is very limited

The hotel is pretty nice in the rooms are clean and fresh. The gambling is right outside the elevator door so it’s convenient however they don’t have any breakfast options and the only place has premade sandwiches watch wasn’t really the best in the coffee is terrible. Not sure how you mix coffee it was the worst. I usually stay across the street and the amenities much better and they have a free breakfast. Don’t think I’d be staying at this hotel again

One of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Dining at the casino was of great quality. More wait staff is needed for how busy the restaurant gets. The casino does plenty of business and should consider adding more tables for table games.

The property is ideal if you are just visiting the casino. There is only one restaurant on site that doesn't allow take out and a snack counter. If you want anything else you will have to drive a fair distance to get to anything else.

Nice hotel, very comfortable! The restaurant was good but the service was terrible. There was a bit of construction going on, but I wouldn’t ding them on that. I would stay there again. Friendly hotel staff, very comfortable beds.

Being the first time going to Oxford Casino/hotel it was a really nice surprise! It was a small casino but had a really nice bar with games to play and TV’s, so that was great! My only issue was that you had to pay for drinks. I feel like if you’re gambling and playing there machines when ordering the drinks they should be comped. If you walk up to the bar to order then you pay for them. The drinks were a bit on the expensive side- so, I only had one. That really was my only negative thing. But the hotel was clean and convenient to the casino.

Staff is friendly and the room was well appointed. However, to get into the restaurant and pub, you have to stand in line and go though security. No ID, no entrance. That was okay because I was happy to just do room service, but there is no room service!

Food at the pub was great!
