This hotel is located next to the Grove at Ole Miss. It is beautiful, perfectly located and fun. Nice people, beautiful pool and very nice bar/restaurant. If you are going to Oxford you ate crazy NOT to stay here.

The location is excellent for the university. The wall paper was coming off the walls and the bathroom was a little outdated, but excellent in every other way. They are doing some renovations in the main lobby, which looked really nice from what I could see. Also the pool was great! Would definitely stay again!

Easy check in & out! Great option to have a shuttle to and from the square for dining & shopping. Very nice lobby area. Rooms are bit small but were fine for our brief stay! Highly recommend.

They are doing some construction, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The staff was super nice. The room was nice and comfortable. We ate a delicious breakfast at the restaurant on property. Parking was great. This is on campus, and school is out; so it was very quiet.

Very small and dated room and bathroom. Smelled like urine. Slow drain and dirty tub. Broken window screen. Employees were pleasant, but when i described these issues to the front desk they basically shrugged.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Front desk service was welcome and friendly. Our room was beautiful, clean, quiet, and had the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. We went to the restaurant and had a delicious breakfast with great service as well.

We love being able to stay on the Ole Miss campus. It is so convenient when doing things on campus. The lobby is beautiful, clean, and smells great. All of the staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Our room was ok for a one-night stay. Here are the issues: the shower curtain smelled sour and needed washing, the mattresses had an odor and need changing or refreshing, the carpet was dirty and wasn't vacuumed well, and the lampshades were broken/dented. When I say the mattresses had an odor, I am not talking about the sheets. The mattress itself needs to be cleaned or replaced. I hope the Inn can attend to these issues and measure up to Ole Miss standards.

We stayed two nights. One night was in a suite, which was awesome. The furniture did need updating. The second night we booked due to storming in the area, and stayed in a king standard room and it was very dated and the furniture definitely needs attention. The bathroom was not clean as there was hair in the tub/showerand on the floor still. We did not report as it was getting late when we got in. The staff was attentive and cautious with tornadoes in the area.

The place looked amazing when I entered the lobby but the room was awful. There was mold in the bathroom, bath towels were dirty and the mattresses felt more like box springs. I was offered another room which was a bit cleaner but the rug in the bedroom was wet and the coaches were stained. Never will stay there again.

The room was spotless. The staff was polite. The room had the feel of a early 1980s grandma‘s house. The bathroom is so tiny that you have to open the door to have room to dry yourself off. You practically have to stick your head in the toilet bowl to flush it and finding outlets to plug in your devices? Just forget about that. The price was incredibly reasonable. The location was incredibly convenient, but I am undecided as to whether I would choose this place again.

The staff was very professional and kind, and I loved being right on campus, however, my room was terrible. The bathroom and main area were extremely dated. There were several hooks on the wall without any sort of art attached. The carpet was damp and stained, and my sheets had a stale smell to them. They need a major renovation!!!

The exterior is not very impressive but serviceable. The lobby was nice, and getting off the levator, the hallway to my rrom was nice. I was encouraged. Until I opened the door to the room. It was very basic and old with no character related to the University or southern style. One piece of furniture had a chinese motif. The bathroom vanity was cultured marble and was very low. Perfect for a child, but bot for an adult. The tile floor was just old and had dirt accumulation in the grout with what looked lke rust on the floor behind the bathroom door. I was surprised the hotel was in this condition and is the face of the University for guests. I didn't eat or even walk into the restaraunt, so I can't comment on that.

Loved our two bed queen suite in the tower. Very spacious! Only negative is the toilet seats are very low. I’m not tall and felt those could be updated. Definitely will stay again!

The room needed a refresh for sure. There was no usb plugs and only electric plug viable were in bathroom. The tub needed a plug too and rush was visable around tub drain plate. The bottom sheet was like sand paper, we slept on top sheet.

They were under construction in the lobby but excited to see the picture of what it will look like when it’s done. We always get a suite because they are upgraded from the regular rooms. Always clean and friendly service

I'm not a sports fan but the decor was kind of cool and the hotel is very nice. Staff was very nice. Ther was a horrific sounding noise beginning early a.m.(6-6:30) and it may have been water pipes ? I would've slept in a little longer but for the noise.

The lobby might be the nicest part of the hotel. The rooms seem very old and outdated. The beds aren’t comfortable. Staying on the first level both times I’ve stayed has left me eye-to-eye with people walking around outside!

Have stayed at this hotel before. Great hotel. My room was more tired than before but my stay was good nonetheless. Easy walk onto campus (5mins to Grove) or into town. Staff were friendly and easy parking. Will stay here again.

Hotel is charming and the location is fantastic. The furniture in the room was a little warn but clean. The only thing that would have been nice was a little area for coffee or small snacks for purchase. Also the restaurant is lovely but if it is closed for an event there is nowhere to grab anything to eat or drink on property.

I understand this was off season, but Mccormicks was closed most of our stay. This was not listed. Still had to door dash food and beverage.. (other party had vehicle at orientation). The vending also only took cash. Other than that great place directly on campus.
