Everything was just fine and if there was the slightest clinch, the staff did all they could to make it right. The manager was especially lovely; I believe her name was Ms. Mary.

Checked into a room with a door that did not lock. Staff gave us a new room, however the bathroom smelled horrendous. We had moved all of our stuff once so we chose to suck it up after driving 6 hours. Staff were great. Breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful. Pool - the room key didn’t open it so you had to go to the front desk. The water was very murky to the point we almost didn’t use the pool but my kids ended up using and enjoying it. Water was warm and pool area warm. Some of hotel had a bad sewer smell that was questionable including our room. Hotel was really quiet and bed super comfortable.

Yes & yes. Thank you to all the staff. I recommend this Hotel. We will be back.

Great hotel service

Very minor snafu after checking in but was immediately fixed thanks to our awesome front desk associated (I believe her name was Ava). The breakfast was decent...littled bummed the pancake maker was not working. The only issue we truly saw was the state of the cloth furniture in the dining area. All of the chairs had unsightly stains all over them caused by previous guests making a mess all over them. Not a good look. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.
