Owner was great. He was helpful and honest. I did not think I had paid yet and he absolutely could have charged me again but did not. As a note though, he speaks predominantly Spanish so this may not be the place to stay if you don't. My only complaint is that the hot water was inconsistent and when it worked it took almost 10 minutes to heat up. There was also no AC, but that is typical for the region.

Very close to all good places in Coyoacán, all restaurants, artisan market and Frieda Kahlo's museum. Staff super cordial!

Communication with the host was flawless and prompt. Cleaning staff was exceptional and the room and space was very clean. I appreciated the access to filtered water and fruit! There was some construction occurring to the outside of the building one afternoon and letting the guests know beforehand would have been helpful as the noise was dreadful and we would have planned our day differently

Good room in a nice shared apartment. It's in a bohemian, laid back neighbourhood that is well worth exploring. It is not that well connected to the public transport though, we normally ended up getting Uber during our stay.
