I liked the location - very convenient to the activities we participated in. We were able to check in early which was really nice and the staff was really great and accommodating. The fitness equipment especially the peloton bike needs servicing - loose handlebars and sticky wheel which did not work properly.

The room itself was more than expected and relatively clean. The disappointing issue about this booking, was that we specifically chose this hotel to have the pool for the kids. We were in town for a soccer tournament and wanted to keep the kids entertained. Their pool was broke and they directed us to go across the street to the Marriot for a pool. We did this for the boys, but that pool wasn’t very heated, so the entertainment value didn’t last but 30min. Very very disappointing stay. I would have rather had the option to go stay at the Marriot. Will not stay here again.

I scored it an overall poor because my room was never cleaned, and I had to ask several times to the front desk for the maid to come and clean it and give me fresh towels and never did. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but it was frustrating not to have my room cleaned with fresh towels when needed

First two days - TV did not work. On the second day was informed that it was messed up due to Hilton programming issues. Hated the fact that cleaning was every other day and towels provided on request. Found a few tiny little red ants on the bathroom floor and some on the dresser. Decided it was time to leave even though I had paid for four days.

Everyone is different, so our opinion may differ from others. We like a firm pillow. There’s are so thin that when we laid on them the side wrapped around our head. I tried folding them in half but it just didn’t work well. So for our two nights, we did not sleep well.

We stayed on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the riverwalk. We only stayed one night but could have stayed a week! Full kitchen with full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher, lots of dishes and glassware, a king sized bed and a huge shower was the icing on the cake. The only downside was that our tv didn't work on live tv. Netflix worked fine. Pillows were worthless. I will bring my own next time! But that didnt keep me from sleeping! Coffee downstairs 24/7 was a bonus since my husband and I wake up long before breakfast is served. All in all, a wonderful experience.

The double queen room was spacious which made it comfortable for 3 adults to have space. Nice and clean room. One negative was the sliding door between the room/kitchenette and bathroom. Did not feel private enough as there was a gap between door and wall. Nice large bathroom.

You’re showering system was the pits. For women who like to not get their hair wet, the stupid shower head was extremely high. The other thing that we did not like is my 90 year old mother could not even open your sorry barn door going into the bathroom. If you have a mother, a daughter and a son-in-law it was not appropriate to have to leave the Dang door open. The linens on the bed that were by the window smelled horribly. They needed to be clean. I will never come back to your hotel.

This would have been a five-star stay except for one very important thing. The pillows were the most ridiculously uncomfortable pillows I have ever experienced, and I have stayed in all levels of hotel. This was the first time I literally had to go down the street to the nearest Target to buy my own pillows in order to sleep well two nights without waking up with a bad neck. Even doubled up, the pillows basically flattened and then the sides made a taco around your head, like a badly inflated air mattress. You could literally feel the air coming out of the cheap filling when you pressed down or lay your head on it. Pretty miserable for a place that is built for extended stay. Walls were also a little thin. Otherwise, I would have really recommended this place as an nice and affordable hotel, but wow.

We loved our suite. It felt like we had rented a small apartment. The kitchen was well supplied. The bathroom was very spacious as was the bedroom. The bed and bed sheets were comfy. Sadly the pillows were horrible, much too soft. I was thrilled to hear, from several of the front desk staff, that new pillows are on order. I look forward to our next stay. While we didn’t eat breakfast, the breakfast buffet looked nice.

When we first arrived there hotel had double booked our room and literally had someone else in the room at the time we arrived for check in. That was resolved and we were put in another room. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No WiFi, door doesn’t lock from inside, tv didn’t work. Waited 10 minutes for a staff member to check me in. Very unprofessional to not have a staff member at the front desk at all times. Will be transitioning to the Courtyard by Marriott next door for my stays.

Second time staying at this hotel. Love it! Quick check in, room was clean and spacious. Bed, sheets and pillows are comfortable. Hot water, in our shower, every morning. Fridge is big for a hotel. It’s not a mini fridge. The breakfast buffet is very good. Changes a bit each day. In addition to the basic food offerings they also had bacon, sausage, chicken tenders, feta and spinach pastry, fruit turnovers, waffles, sliced cheese, etc.
