The staff provided excellent service during my stay. However, I noticed that the water flow was inconsistent in terms of temperature, alternating between hot and cold. Additionally, there was a mild odor in the room that could be improved. Overall, it was a good experience, but addressing these issues would enhance future stays.

Great hotel just down the road from the mall. Plenty of free secure parking below the hotel and great staff.

Staff were just beyond helpful and nice. Ive never been to a hotel where there were just a more helpful group of people. Tons of amenities, like access to a free gym, use of a free laundry room, (they even offer free laundry soap). One of the machines broke down and they did our laundry for us while they fixed the broken dryer. They have a printer on site you're welcome to use also if needed, and a bar / restaurant downstairs. The daily breakfast cannot be beaten. With a partial menu that is standard, and another part that changes daily, and then you also have the option of certain items to order to your personal liking, (like egg varieties, waffles, pancakes, ect...). The rooms are amazing, beds beyond comfortable, cleaning staff are also great and accommodating, (we stayed for 9 days). I can't praise this place enough. It's located in a really easy to access location, next to just about everything important in Juarez, (especially the consulate area for those coming for that). This place, and its staff are in a word, Amazing!
