We arrived at Pulzion Hotel after 1:00 AM with three small children, exhausted from driving. The room we were given was appaling: it smelled strongly of urine, had visible urine stains on the floor and mattress, and was infested with insects — ants, spiders, and beetles crawling across the walls, floors, and beds. We considered sleeping in our car, but stayed only because of the kids — fully dressed, with shoes on. We left first thing in the morning. Shortly after, both my daughter and I contracted lice (we slept in the same bed). While I can’t prove it beyond doubt, the condition of the room makes it very likely this is where it came from. I never expected luxury, but I did expect basic hygiene and safety — this hotel offered neither. To make matters worse, the hotel ignored all my attempts to contact them. Hotels.com claimed they couldn’t reach the property either, despite promising me a refund. I was later offered only a gift voucher. I provided detailed reports and photos, but no one took responsibility. This hotel should not be listed on any booking platform. I strongly warn others to stay away.
