One night cost us $234 with taxes. There was one small lamp in the room or super bright ceiling lights. Limited staff in charge of reception and restaurant. Cost of stay and food were high for low value. No access to drinking water unless from bathroom tap. No pool, no gym. Switched to Marriott Hotel for less.

The property is in a very nice area. With trees and a small lake that is just visible if your tall enough. In the morning, if your window is open, you can hear an assortment of birds chirping, making waking up a lot nicer.

Peaceful area. Easy check in and check out. Nobody needs to welcome you on the front desk coz you can check in online. I somehow still prefer someone greeting us especially at check out. Wondering as well how secure the area is. But overall, it was a nice experience.

Well the room was great...nice beds, but no "easy chair". Bathroom was skimpy on counter space and very narrow Shower. Unfortunately there was construction outside our window and there was no other equal room to move to , altho it was offering to relocate. The yard was very icy to walk on which they had no control over Nature, but could have been better serviced..salt and pepples on stair cases etc... I have a walking problem and had to be driven to the Condo where our son was staying across the yard.. I realize that we have no control over the weather. Now a comment about the "Keys" to the rooms. We had trouble reading the "Code" box"..it was competly black and how do we know were to press the first number? Definitely a poor system.. where are the push in cards? Did not like the procedure! Other than that we enjoyed the "quiet"nights and having a restaurant close by. I don't think we got our money's worth. Sorry, Ruth Dyck

Le site hotels.ca annonce cette auberge comme étant un 3*, mais sur la porte d’entrée de l’auberge c’est un 2*. Notre chambre était semblable aux photos, mais la salle de bain était malpropre et très mal entretenue.

C’est juste du gros n’importe quoi, personne a l’accueil, prend 1h avant d’avoir un rappel car personne sur place, pas d’électricité dans la chambre, revêtement de la salle de bain qui lève surment du a de l’infiltration d’eau, meuble en piètre état (photo trompeuse) , propreté laisse a désirer, ca vaut vraiment pas le prix , jaurais meme pas payé 100$ pour la nuit et j’ai payé plus de 200$, on dirait un appartement pour party d’ado.. aller a l’hôtel val cartier pour la différence de prix

Nous avons eu la chambre 001 au rez-de-chaussé, très petite. Nous n'avons pas pu dormir de la nuit à cause des voisins à l'étage et des gens qui passent dans le corridor. Et tout ça pour 215 $ ??? Il n'ya aucun humain qui vous accueille à la réception et quand j'appelle par téléphone la personne n'est même pas capable de me dire ou se trouve les toilettes. Close proximity to Valcartier village. Shower was really small, you hit walls with the elbow, not able to shower properly. You can hear everything in next room. Cold water for at least 5 min, before you able to shower. We had room on second floor. To get internet connection you need to go to first floor, sign to wifi and go back to your room. My kids were on the run up and down every evening.

Tv was on wall opposite of bed , could use a couch , shower head was at 5ft approx could have been lower , asked to change , said they couldnt . Very noisy throughout night, . Renovation was very nice , some odd things (above) . Bed was very comfortable , easy check in . Would stay again as long as shower was fixed .

Property was clean but no service whatsoever. We saw one man working one time the whole time we were there. When I called the days leading up to our arrival to make an inquiry, no answer. I called multiple times, both hotel and restaurant. When we arrived to check-in, no one was working. Same anytime we passed the front desk, halls, exterior, restaurant, check-out, etc. Not a soul. The AC was broken and the restaurant was closed even though it said open online. Cute little place and right down the road from Village Vacances but some service and accurate posted hours for the restaurant would be nice. There is nothing else in the area for food.

There were no bottled water or coffee in the room even though the website states it does, the restaurant was closed and no food or drinks nearby, even though the booking stated it included breakfast. there was not one single person around. Especially staff. I never once saw them. Reception was closed, and it took us 15 minutes to find the room because it said it was on the first floor instead of ground floor. So we only went up one floor when we were fed up of looking. Not exactly a great experience for a 200$ room. Not impressed at all.

Tout s'est fait sans que je ne vois personne et les échamges étaient très courtois. Les 3 inconvénients: la personne qui tond le gazon était présent à 7h... Sur Trivago, il est indiqué déjeuner inclu, sur Expédia, il est inscrit déjeuner avec frais, mais en les contactant, il n'y en a pas... Nous contions là-dessus pour notre activité du matin Pas simple de se trouver un restos à moins de 20 min. Il faut se déplacer.

Very clean place! Close to Bora parc! A little noisy cuz we could hear other people talking in their rooms. Cafeteria is very slow for delivering food. Food is ok! Great in general!
