I saw no indication I would have to pay a fee to park our car in the hotel lot. I was charged $30 per day to park my car there which I found to be nothing more than an add on once they had me in the door. The room was clean and the majority of the staff was friendly and helpful. Lack of luggage carts was an inconvenience also.

Had the breakfast buffet and had a great selection and the coffee was great also. A couple downers were had to go to front desk to get toilet paper and didnt have any kleenex either. Used fitness room and had to get front desk to let us in and no lights while we used the equipment. The room has a great layout and a really nice bathroom and shower.

Clean hotel in safe area. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was less than I'd expect from a Hampton Inn. My biggest issue was the parking fee. In 30+ years of travel, i have never been chatged for parking at a suburban hotel location. I understand parking fees at downtown hotels in heavily concentrated areas, but never at a a suburban hotel. A ridiculous policy and another exmple of corporations nickel and diming their customers. Tourism inVegas is diwna nd a nig reason is all of these small added fees, yet none of these hotel execs seem to figure out that customers do not expect to pay for parking. Stop trying to make this normal. You are in a suburb with more space available than you could ever need. Parking fee for an open parking lot is a joke. When we visit our son in that area, we will be finding somewhere else to stay if this policy remains.

The best place we have stayed in the Minneapolis area. Room was spotless and excellently maintained. Lobby and common areas were the same as the room. The breakfast had to have been the best “hotel” breakfast we’ve had in our travels so far. Son lost his wallet and staff informed us and shipped the wallet saving us from having to replace his drivers license and other things. Please tell them when we travel back to the area that’s where we will stay and will tell others to stay there as well.

The facility was newer and first impression was nice. The first morning when I went for breakfast there were unsupervised children running all over the breakfast area. There was food all over the floor and abandoned food and plates of food left all over the breakfast area by the unsupervised children. The last straw for me was a young girl who started to suck on the nozzle of the whipped cream canister and then she put it back with the other condiments. I refused to do breakfast again during our stay. We stayed 3 days and this seemed to be a regular occurrence during the breakfast hours. The towels/washcloths were very worn and seriously looked like cleaning rags. This was very disappointing because my stays at other Hampton Inns have been a better experience.

The young lady who checked me in Babette was so sweet and kind my only child was murmured and I had to get away for a minute or two and I broke down in tears and she was so kind to me. The only issue there was hair, several pieces of hair in our shower and on the floor in the bathroom. Ran out of food. Well, sausages, I should say.

At this Hampton inn, the toilet paper was affixed directly on the right wall at the back of your elbow. Most inappropriate spot. Needed to take a roll off the holder and set it on the sink. The lighting could be a lot better. Room was not lit enough for my comfort. Possibly another lamp?????

We are impressed with how generous in size the guests rooms and shared hotel areas are (except the pool). However, I and my accompaning party (two rooms) had difficulty charging our phones in some of the USB ports. The error message we received was due to moisture. We were able to charge the phones at a relatives house with the same cords the following morning. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and are planning on staying again.Thank you!

Super spacious room and bathroom! Friendly staff. Facility seems newish. Blackout panel doesn’t completely block out light. I wish they offer a rate without breakfast. Low pressure in shower, water temperature not controllable at times.

Overall stay was pretty good. Hotel stay at the time was a bit noisy due to the fact that they had a huge soccer tournament that week we stayed. So the kids running up and down the hallways in the daytime and night was a no bueno for me. Breakfast was really nice.

In 2023 it is rare to find the staff as friendly and accommodating! Obviously in a 24 hour turnaround there is staff change and each member honestly greeted me with a smile and very friendly tone. As a former business owner I value this and was so impressed!

The property double charged me. When I checked in their systems were down and they advised they would be completing the check-in a different way than usual. Sure enough, double charged two different amounts. One charge included parking and the other did not. I called the hotel 3 times. They promised callbacks and never called back. My third try I get the sales manager Shanice and she wares up and down they only charged me once. She told me because I booked through Expedia which was incorrect, it was orbits, that I would have to call them. Yes, I booked through there but I chose the option to pay at the property. I offered my credit card statement to her. She didn’t care kept telling me I was rude and she wouldn’t work with me unless I treated her with respect. I was very distracted yet showed her no disrespect. She hung up on me. Would NOT recommend. Now I’m left fighting the charge through my credit card company.

Staff is always professional and friendly, willing to do what is needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast is top notch, waffles, a mini-omelet, a slice of ham and fresh fruit, with a glass of orange juice, can't beat it. Great place to stay, we'll continue to stay here when in the area.

I was dissatisfied with the lack of housekeeping services during my stay. The front desk did not communicate if housekeeping would not be provided, and upon our arrival that evening, I called the front desk for assistance. The gentleman who answered the phone was quite rude and dismissive. When I expressed the need for towels and other essentials, he indicated that he was too busy to engage in the conversation, suggesting that I should retrieve the items myself. I found this response to be highly unprofessional. Additionally, when we went down to obtain the towels, I noticed him conversing with a young woman, who appeared to be his girlfriend. Overall, the behavior of the staff was unsatisfactory and did not meet professional standards.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathrooms with walk in showers are very clean and nicely appointed. You will love the rooms, especially at this price point. Staff was very courteous and professional. Amenities are again more than I possibly expected at this price point. What’s not ideal at all is the location and the included breakfast. The hotel is in an industrial park, so don’t expect to come out for a nice stroll around the neighborhood. You’ll be disappointed. And that’s why I was hoping the breakfast would have been a bit better instead of making me drive a few miles before getting to even a fast food joint. I would ask them to charge me a couple of bucks more but please give me a better breakfast option.

I was a little disappointed in the breakfast options. I have a vegan (no dairy, no animal products) in my family and there were not options available other than fruit. When I asked about it I was told "sorry but if you want something then go across the street to the other hotel". The breakfast area was not kept clean and noticed the worker was on her phone most of the time. The person at the front desk was more helpful than the person working the breakfast area.

The Continental breakfast was subpar. No oatmeal offered. No microwave in areato soften butter for toast and waffles. No syrup for waffles. Not a lot of choice for a diabetic meal. There were people playing music very loudly at 12:30am at the fire pit outside my room took three calls to front desk to stop.
