Overall hotel stay was good! They had a nice breakfast, beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly. Just don’t plan on swimming in their pool! It is extremely dirty cloudy, white things floating and I don’t feel safe to swim in. I would stay again, just would not use pool!

This entire property was spotless, the lobby, room and common areas are comfortable and very clean. The indoor pool was the highlight of our visit and the breakfast spread was excellent. The staff we spoke with were all friendly and helpful. We will happily stay here again!

The room was clean, modern, and quiet, with plenty of electrical outlets and a device charging station. I counted at least 8 outlets in the room, not including the ones in the bathroom. The bathroom was stocked with full size hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The stand-up shower offered plenty of space and shelves for additional toiletries. The breakfast was typical of a hotel and much appreciated.

The room was fine & it was clean. But in the shower in a couple of the corners there is a black substance that needs addressed. It was on the shelf area & below in the shower. I was in room 209. Other than that everything was good. Staff was great, A/C & Heat were great! Low noise on the fan for the heating & cooling unit.

Hampton is our go to chain but they’re not all created equally. Really enjoyed this one. Room was spacious clean and well appointed. Loved the configuration of the walk in shower. Very friendly and welcoming front desk. The only negative is the new hotel trend where they don’t have dressers in the room. I didn’t mind living out of my suitcase for the one night stay but it would be problematic for me if we were staying longer.

Selected the hotel for its convenient location. The bed was very uncomfortable and therefore sleeping was difficult. The pillows were also poor and offered no support. Woke up with a backache and my wife had a neck ache. The personnel working there were very pleasant however. Based on the condition of the room and bed, will not stay there again.

I was given a key envelope with the incorrect room number. We didn’t really realized it until later that night, a family tried to enter our room. We were shocked and of course very scared at first. I called and spoke to the front desk who finally realized the mistake. It was already 10:30pm and too late to move to our correct room.

From the minute we entered this property we were impressed. It was so lean and welcoming. Asia greeted us and allowed us to drop our luggage off prior to setting off on our adventure. All the staff we encountered went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. I will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great stay. Check-in couldn’t have gone any smoother. I definitely liked the free snacks and bottled water. The room was immaculately clean, as were the corridors and elevators within the hotel. The desk clerk was extremely helpful and accommodating. All in all, an extremely pleasant experience.

The property is good, I don’t like the shower design. The water will splatter outside of shower. The hand soap dispenser was placed in the shower area, then the shower gel in the sink. So, I need to move to another room. The area is not that great, a little bit scary. But, overall we had a great stay.

Under 2 minutes to I95, close to Camden,Fells Point,Oriole Park at Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium. Harbor East shopping & dining, Little Italy where Sabatino's has the best Bookmaker Salad! Complimentary Breakfast is hot, vast selection, daily menu changes, and friendly attendants. We travel from Florida to Baltimore 3-5 times a year and always stay here.

We stayed one night. The room was very clean, the breakfast was fantastic, the staff was super friendly, was in close proximity to Bayview Hospital, and it was so nice that parking was free. Would definitely recommend.

Two extremely helpful employees, Leslie and Kevin, were most accommodating when we needed help. They went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but since we were there for two weeks, I would’ve liked to have seen a little bit of change up occasionally. Making your own waffles is always a treat, but we can’t eat those every day while watching our waistline! The lady fixing breakfast every day was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

I’ve stayed here once a year for the past two years. This by far was my most disappointing stay. My room had no heat. I slept in cold air the first night. I told the maintenance guy, he said he would come check it out after their fire alarm testing, but he never came back. In fact I saw him go to lunch hours after telling him I had no heat. I ultimately had to repack and move to another room. The new room had heat , but the duvet/ comforter had the smell of body odor. I also did not enjoy the undercooked breakfast meat. I love the staff, very nice. I’ll give it one more try because it’s close to my Son. But if it’s the same experience or worse. I will find another hotel.

Shampoo dispenser in shower was completely empty. Fortunately, I keep a small bottle in my toiletry kit, but that meant getting out of shower to access it. Minor, but annoying--and easily avoidable. If you're not going to have shampoo in the bottle, don't mount it in the shower and advertise the duty of the housekeeping staff to refill. Then at breakfast the toaster for bagels did not work until my husband and the young woman who was manning the station performed a complete maintenance service on it. Also minor, but the difference between an excellent stay and a decent one. I'm sure you would want to do better.

This entire property was spotless, the lobby, room and common areas are comfortable and very clean. The indoor pool was the highlight of our visit and the breakfast spread was excellent. The staff we spoke with were all friendly and helpful. We will happily stay here again!

Pristine, pleasant bathroom, white and new! The staff were polite and warm. The breakfast was just what we needed to get an early start, nothing fancy but adequate. Easy parking. Big clean elevator. Large enough room.

My stay was comfortable and safe. Staff was friendly and hospitable. I wish your breakfast had been more desirable. There was no breakfast meat, fruit and the mild coffee left me no choice but to walk to Wawa. Other than this the stay was pleasant.

She was informative, professional, and friendly, and set our stay off to a great start. Congratulations on such a wonderful and welcoming staff member to represent your business.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars, except for one thing. Check-in was easy and fast, the desk staff were courteous and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was reasonable and with good hours. However, there is a ceiling vent in the room that blew very loudly (~80db), apparently unrelated to the room's air conditioning, and much louder. When I asked whether it could be turned down or off, I was told that every room has this, that it is part of the building's ventilation system. That's too bad - As I say, everything else about the place was wonderful, and it's in the perfect location for us near my husband's mother, but we couldn't sleep much with that dang thing blowing so loudly nonstop. I'll have to look for a different hotel on the next trip.
