Charged for parking $10 per day. Just raise your rate don’t sneak it in upon arrival. Said they had a Togo breakfast they did not. Prob won’t stay again.

If your looking to get carpool to and from the airport this place could use few more drivers. There was a very large amount of people waiting to get shuttle to their hotel it was a mad house that day. Poor driver was doing the best he could people were rushing to get a spot on the van while he was loading luggage’s and then unloading the ones who didn’t get a spot on time. They definitely could use a bigger shuttle or hire more drivers plus more shuttles.

Got stuck in Denver for an overnight when my husband's flight was delayed a day and he had the keys to our vehicle! It was great to get a shuttle to and from the airport, and the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. If I ever need to stay in Denver before an early flight, I would definitely stay at the Sleep Inn again. Got a great last minute price too!!!

Hotel is fine for price but is bare bones…Airport shuttle info was lacking while at airport. No one answers the phone when I called looking for help on shuttle location. Only automated attendant which isn’t helpful.

The shuttle picked up people before getting to door #512 Island 3 so they were full by time they got to door 512. So we waiting outside in rain for 1 1/2 hrs. We were under covered roof but water leaking through roof. 🙃

So the website says self parking available but when you check in they charge you 10 dollars for parking in a half empty lot. Their explanation was they dont want people parking at the hotel and taking the free shuttle. I had my rental which I was taking back to the airport the next morning and the front desk person asks me are you taking the shuttle tomorrow? Makes no sense at all

Room was clean and efficiently laid out. Bed was comfortable but pillows were overstuffed marshmallows. Not bad hotel but furthest down the strip and their was no shuttle as promised and couldn't contact hotel through their reservation only line. They disconnected us for times without helping before we took an Uber

Very convenient hotel near the airport. We left too early to opine on the breakfast. The staff was great and helped us out in a pinch when we ran out of some toiletries. The room was extremely clean, and the shower was excellent. The bed provided the exact firmness for a great sleep. Will happily stay there next time I'm traveling out of Denver.

The hotel looked very nice until I got up to the fourth floor which was disgustingly smelly in the hallway and then I went to my room and it was Smokey and gross so I asked for another one and they gave me another one which was not as bad. It still had a smell but I stayed anyways because it was late and I just needed a nice sleep. The bed was very comfortable and I had everything I needed and the breakfast was good too so overall very good.

We were able to check in an hour early due to missed flight. However when we got to the room, the toilet had not been cleaned as they had done a rush job to let us check in. Other than that the room was great. Very comfortable beds. The shower and shower products were fantastic!

Extremely noisy. Walls are paper thin. Could hear absolutely everything that my neighbours were doing. I stayed overnight because I had an early flight and didn’t sleep anything with how loud everything was.

I’d never stayed in a Sleep Inn before, and I think a major factor in the whole vibe was the lighting. They chose cold lightbulbs that gave a hospital feel. In that light, the whole place looked shabbier. Not a warm, welcoming feel.

Apparently, our room was directly next to an operations room such as furnace. Every 10 minutes for the entire night there would be a huge rumbling bang that shook our wall and woke us up. My son slept through it. I was up all night long. Spoke to the front desk and they did not seem to have much of a concern and said they’ve had no problems with people complaining about that before. I don’t believe that.

Great location and with shuttle to the airport. Beds and pillows are comfy, room is clean and renovated. The only complaint this time was there was a cricket either in our bathroom somewhere or perhaps in the vent in our bathroom- woke us up a few times!

I was caught in a layover situation and I booked this room using my Hotels.com account. I have used it in the past and it makes booking a cinch. This time however, I took an uber to the property and went to check in, exhausted from a long day stuck in an airport. The clerk tells me that because my email address name is the name on the account and not my name on my drivers license that I cannot check in and will lose my money because that is the policy. I showed him the credit card I booked with, my drivers license, the email account opened with my phone. He didn’t care and didn’t want to hear it. He was rude. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, he said no, there is no manager. I asked if he owned the hotel, he denied that he owned it. I found out that the whole whole chain of the hotels there were Choice Hotels and I am also a member of theirs as well as Hilton Honors. I booked this room because it was one of the first that popped up, had a shuttle and breakfast. Never ever again! I need to speak to a supervisor or manager ASAP My number is 870-718-1271

Tyler and Patricia were two of the nicest people i have had the pleasure to meet at a hotel. Very helpful and understanding as i had run into after flight problems. The hotel is spotless and the nicest sleep inn i have stayed in. All in all just a great experience. The entire staff was wonderful but the two mentioned above are just the best

Great value here. I arrived late, 10 PM, on a Monday night. The gentleman at the front desk was positive, helpful, detailed, and friendly. The room was very clean and in good condition. The shuttle service is right on time, and well-organized.

We stayed at this hotel and we’ve stayed here in the past with no issue. However, this time our vehicle was broken into and our suitcases were stolen out of the back. They do not have security cameras at the back of their property so there’s nothing that we can see to try to catch whoever took our items. Staff were helpful in getting contact information to nonemergency, dispatch and assisting in that way. Make certain that you do not leave anything in your vehicle if you stay here.

Great location if you have to spend a night at the airport! Gas station is right there - if u have a rental car. Nice, clean, quiet location, spacious room, comfy bed, food options nearby. Highly recommended! The only con: front desk associates were not readily available (during our stay)

Liked the proximity to the rail to take to downtown and Union Station. It's one stop from the airport also. The breakfast was pretty good. Shuttle to airport was also convenient.

Room was very nice. Bed comfortable. My wife and I slept well. Area is prairie being turned into apartments. Dreary. Breakfast was hot with oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles. BUT, eggs were dried out and clearly poured out of a carton, sausage seemed like it had been microwaved not grilled. A couple of pieces of fruit, but nothing that looked appetizing to me. Best were the waffles but something I normally try to avoid. Breakfast gets 2/5 stars, better than typical "free" motel continental breakfast, but not by much.

Good basic airport hotel. The breakfast is minimal and featured perhaps the worst coffee I have ever had. Somewhere, some manager is happy to have found a super cheap coffee that not only costs them less but lasts longer since no one will have more than one cup.Otherwise our one night stay before a flight was fine.

I arrived late into the airport but the free shuttle service was on time and relatively easy to find. A very helpful staff member was still on the desk, despite the time, and she checked me in quickly and arranged the return shuttle for the morning. The room was basic, but sufficient and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I was disappointed by the breakfast offering. The cooked breakfast was very unappealing and limited, there was no fresh fruit or yoghurt and I was sad that everything was disposable (plates, cutlery, packaging) and not washed to be reused.

This is a good value for a 1 night stay before leaving on early flights from DIA. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast options good including proteins, and the early breakfast hours were great. Note that the free airport shuttle only runs one time an hour and picks up from a couple nearby hotels. This requires thoughtful planning for your departure because it will take longer than expected to get to the airport.

Great overnight before a flight home!! Totally recommend! Close to a cool diner for dinner and breakfast was ready at 4am which was nice before we jumped onto shuttle! Don’t spend more. Great place!

Everything was new--we need a 2am shuttle pickup for the airport and they were their.. They even gave us a bag with an apple, small bottle of water and a Nutri grain bar for breakfast.
