Our stay was great, thankyou! Just 2 things to note: The management office to pick up the keys is quite far, if there is an alternate place to pick up and drop off that would be better. I don't think the dishwasher works. After doing a couple of loads, food remained on the dishes so that's probably why people in other reviews complained about food still on dishes. Otherwise, great rental, we had a very nice time.

Fun and relaxing week with the family! Fully stocked with every kitchen need. More than sufficient toiletries. Beach towels, umbrellas, and more available for use. Beautiful wrap around balcony view, where we enjoyed fireworks from both Madeira and St Pete. Only perceived con was laundry was inside one of the smaller bedrooms. Beach area was very clean and not overly crowded. Only other con not specific to the rental itself was that the elevator was down several times, which was not in their control; however, required us to carry all luggage down 5 flights of stairs for check-out. The contractor did respond onsite immediately to address.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Family friendly, Great view, and liked the fact that building was secured. Very Quiet bldg. Convenient to Busch Gardens & Zoo Tampa. A couple of suggestions, do away with tv in master replacing it with tv from family room. Bigger tv in family room. Blinds in family room & master needs to be replaced (slats kept falling). The condo was clean but there was some broken glass in master shower.

Everything was really nice about the condo. The beds were comfortable and everything looked just like the pictures online. Beach view is beautiful. One thing that wasn’t working was the fan on the deck. My one complaint is that you have to use keys to get in everywhere and I heard many others complaining about the same thing. Would have liked key codes to get in. Other than that I really liked the condo.

The space was perfect for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. However, the unit lacked maintenance. Paint chipping on kitchen cabinets, oven door handle fell off, laundry door fell off, dust everywhere, and mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable. Inconvenient to have to pick up/ drop off a key off site and carry the key everywhere you go to get back into the lobby, elevator was extremely slow and would get stuck on the third floor. Access to the beach would be better if you didn’t have to walk through the parking garage. Screens in balcony and balcony bar prevents a decent view especially since the chairs on the balcony were short and placed a balcony rail in the line of sight of the beach. Has evo you would need, also the extended wrap around deck with views amazing, pool was heated, furniture very comfortable and space, the views were amazing, the screened in porch was also great , no bugs, listening to the waves every night was awesome, the beach is clean and wasn’t crowded like some, bring your fishing poles so you can fish, Great owner, got back with us quickly, would stay again

This is by far one of the best locations if you’re looking for an uncrowded beach vacation. The beach was fantastic! The condo itself is very nice but needs a deep cleaning and a few repairs. Beach towels and chairs were not provided, but we didn’t mind renting the chairs on the beach for $165 for the week. It saved us having to lug stuff around. Biggest downfall was the keys. You had to have a key to get in the elevator, in the condo, to the beach (in and out), the pool (in and out) and the pool bathroom. This was the biggest complaint we heard from everyone staying there. Not convenient. Especially when you have more than 4 in your party. We were told only 24 hrs in advance of our arrival that the roof was being replaced during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool much. It stayed dirty from the debris coming from the roof. Another inconvenience but the beach was amazing! Again, if you’re looking to spend your days with your toes in the sand it’s great!

The condo is very nice and well-maintained. Communicating with Gid is very easy, and he is quick to respond. The overall facility is kept pretty well. This section of the beach is quiet, which suits us just fine. There is plenty to do in the area so that no one will be bored. We had a great time.

We have been vacationing in the Clearwater/St. Pete area for over 20 years. We have dealt with many different management companies and this was by far the best one yet. The rental was very clean and up to date. The owner of this property cares about his investment.

Having vacationed on the Gulf for over 30 years, we encountered a condo that was less than expected in terms of cleanliness, dust was on walls, fans and other noticeable surfaces. The king bed's mattress could use a replacement, light bulbs missing, some fixtures not working, one cable box not functional, sliding glass doors could use an upgrade, and pots pans silverware scarce, garbage track broken/cabinet could use some repainting. This didn't stop us from enjoying the unusually rough surf on the beach. However, the wifi, smart-tv's in master, front bedroom and dining were great for entertainment on the rainy days.

We arrived at the property the night before Tropical Storm Deby. Simultaneously the AC went out. The owner got someone out as soon as possible and the problem was quickly resolved. It is a beautiful corner condo with more than enough comfy furniture on the wrap around balcony. Oh, and a closet full of beach supplies. We left 2 new boogy boards to contribute. We will be back.

This was our first time to Madeira and I have to say we will be back. The condo was amazing. It had everything we needed for the beach- towels, chairs, toys and much more. It also had plenty of kitchen items to use. Loved that it had games for the kids and a few kid items. The balcony was also very spacious and had great views of the sunset and beach. We would definitely stay at this unit again.

It also had plenty of kitchen items to use. Loved that it had games for the kids and a few kid items. The balcony was also very spacious and had great views of the sunset and beach. Check in staff was amazing. Location was great. Condo was clean on check in. My biggest concern is that the smallest of the bedrooms does not have an egress window, it\'s just a room with a door inside the condo. I\'m not familiar with Florida building codes, but if there is a fire, that person is trapped. I didn\'t realize this prior to booking. The patio doors did not properly close / lock. There was a gap at the very bottom of the doors and the screened in balcony was missing a screen. Their kitchen "hot water", was less than room temp, but the bathrooms were fine. The cabinet door was missing a portion of the veneer (?) facing, and I purchased some utensils and left them there (not an issue). Closet door to laundry facility needs fixing. The beds were super comfy.

Very relaxing! Fabulous views. Best feature…L shaped lanai..perfect to watch sunrise and sunset., sand powdery white. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels ..close to St. John pass, several restaurants close. Best grocery store Publix as usual. Saw many dolphins ..we had a wonderful family vacation (other family members stayed in the same complex) I’m sure we’ll be back !!

This is our 2nd time staying here. Celebrating our 45th Anniversary. The condo has a great roomy wraparound balcony with comfy chairs. Master Bed was wonderful as well as the master bathroom shower with multiple heads. The electric couch in living room was also a plus. Watching dolphins and the ocean from the balcony was very relaxing!!!! Many great restaurants to eat nearby!!!

The views from the corner condo were breathtaking. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. Comfy couches and beds. Coffee sunrises in the morning on the screened porch and walks on the shore at sunset were amazing. We enjoyed swimming out to the sand bar and watching dolphins play and finding all kinds of shells. Johns Pass has everything for food, fishing and souvenirs. Found treasures at the “Chicken Church” (Church by the Sea) thrift store. It was a fantastic family vacation!

The king bed's mattress could use a replacement, light bulbs missing, some fixtures not working, one cable box not functional, sliding glass doors could use an upgrade, and pots pans silverware scarce, garbage track broken/cabinet could use some repainting. Our stay was great, thankyou! Just 2 things to note: The management office to pick up the keys is quite far, if there is an alternate place to pick up and drop off that would be better. I don't think the dishwasher works. After doing a couple of loads, food remained on the dishes so that's probably why people in other reviews complained about food still on dishes. Otherwise, great rental, we had a very nice time.

Fun and relaxing week with the family! Fully stocked with every kitchen need. More than sufficient toiletries. Beach towels, umbrellas, and more available for use. Beautiful wrap around balcony view, where we enjoyed fireworks from both Madeira and St Pete. Only perceived con was laundry was inside one of the smaller bedrooms. Beach area was very clean and not overly crowded. Only other con not specific to the rental itself was that the elevator was down several times, which was not in their control; however, required us to carry all luggage down 5 flights of stairs for check-out. The contractor did respond onsite immediately to address.

We arrived at the property the night before Tropical Storm Deby. Simultaneously the AC went out. The owner got someone out as soon as possible and the problem was quickly resolved. It is a beautiful corner condo with more than enough comfy furniture on the wrap around balcony. Oh, and a closet full of beach supplies. We left 2 new boogy boards to contribute. We will be back.

Amazing property and even better host. The property was just as described and location is perfect. Host was very helpful with any accommodations you could need or to answer any questions you may have even checked in mid way through the week.

The condo is very nice and well-maintained. Communicating with Gid is very easy, and he is quick to respond. The overall facility is kept pretty well. This section of the beach is quiet, which suits us just fine. There is plenty to do in the area so that no one will be bored. We had a great time.

The property was exactly as described and very clean upon arrival…only needed assistance with the multiple tv’s, but resolution with staff was immediate. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice quiet condo with a great view. The beach was clean and the building was in a not too busy area. Madeira beach is a great town. Owner called us on the first then we met his brother and sister in law - they own a unit on the third floor- nice people and they always were genuinely interested in making sure we were enjoying our stay. Absolutely would rent this unit again.

We have been vacationing in the Clearwater/St. Pete area for over 20 years. We have dealt with many different management companies and this was by far the best one yet. The rental was very clean and up to date. The owner of this property cares about his investment.

Check in staff was amazing. Location was great. Condo was clean on check in. My biggest concern is that the smallest of the bedrooms does not have an egress window, it\'s just a room with a door inside the condo. I\'m not familiar with Florida building codes, but if there is a fire, that person is trapped. I didn\'t realize this prior to booking. The patio doors did not properly close / lock. There was a gap at the very bottom of the doors and the screened in balcony was missing a screen. Their kitchen "hot water", was less than room temp, but the bathrooms were fine. The cabinet door was missing a portion of the veneer (?) facing, and I purchased some utensils and left them there (not an issue). Closet door to laundry facility needs fixing. The beds were super comfy.

We loved this condo and the amenities were perfect. There were lots of supplies, beach toys, beach equipment, and kitchen utensils. Probably the best I've ever had in a rental. The owners are excellent communicators and very responsive. The location was perfect and we didn't have to drive after arrival. The two restaurants closest are Caddy's (on the beach) and Dockside Dave's. Both had SUPERB grouper sandwiches. The other dishes family ordered were also excellent. You will not regret choosing this condo!

Very relaxing! Fabulous views. Best feature…L shaped lanai..perfect to watch sunrise and sunset., sand powdery white. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels ..close to St. John pass, several restaurants close. Best grocery store Publix as usual. Saw many dolphins ..we had a wonderful family vacation (other family members stayed in the same complex) I’m sure we’ll be back !!

This is by far one of the best locations if you’re looking for an uncrowded beach vacation. The beach was fantastic! The condo itself is very nice but needs a deep cleaning and a few repairs. Beach towels and chairs were not provided, but we didn’t mind renting the chairs on the beach for $165 for the week. It saved us having to lug stuff around. Biggest downfall was the keys. You had to have a key to get in the elevator, in the condo, to the beach (in and out), the pool (in and out) and the pool bathroom. This was the biggest complaint we heard from everyone staying there. Not convenient. Especially when you have more than 4 in your party. We were told only 24 hrs in advance of our arrival that the roof was being replaced during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool much. It stayed dirty from the debris coming from the roof. Another inconvenience but the beach was amazing! Again, if you’re looking to spend your days with your toes in the sand it’s great!
