Værelse var kold. Og meget larm om natten. Gardin kunne ikke rulles ned

Rigtig fint sted, dog var det lidt ærgerligt at der ikke var rengøring på noget tidspunkt. Airconditionen var lidt svær at styre så enten var det for varmt eller for koldt, især på toilettet var det meget koldt. Larmen fra togene var lidt træls i starten, men man vænnede sig hurtigt til det.

Check in states you will get the codes sent to you between 12-4pm so we waited around the hotel so we could drop our bags off. Gone 4pm and nothing so called and the codes were sent just after 4pm. Annoying as other correspondence was received before and after our stay and it meant we lost precious time exploring London. The bed was comfy but the blind in our room was broken so the room became very light just after 4:30am. The noise from Waterloo was minimal when the internal door was shut. Overall I think we may have gotten unlucky and I would be willing to try a stay again.

The A/C n heating system was not working. After checking the reviews looked like it wasn’t working since Dec 2025. Bathroom sink and kitchen sink had no hot water. No ventilation system for air. Couldn’t open the window. Not sufficient lighting. Train noise was very loud all day/night long (like ur sleeping in the train cabin). Too expensive, not worth it. Wasn’t very pleased, Should be able to get some refund.
