This is a seriously big hotel, which is not quite that visible from the pictures. This means there is a lot of walking from lift to room/ lift to exit etc involved, which was not great for my 80 year old Mum. Also, there is no designated drop off area. So if you arrive by car, you need to either park illegally or walk a long way to the hotel, and only once you are checked in will they make parking available to you, and that is a couple of minutes away. The hotel is otherwise clean and the food is fine, the staff were all friendly, but not all of them managed to be helpful all the time. We had two identical rooms but I had a table on the balcony and my Mum didn't, and she had a duvet and I didn't. The location is really great, but you will need a car to get around. Fantastic views and walks nearby.

This hotel is really well situated in camp de mar, because the beach nearby was honestly the best beach amongst all the ones we have visited. The room is nice, we had booked a partial sea view but to us we had the room overlooking the pool and the sea which was amazing. There is a wide diversity of food in the morning (we were only breakfast included). The people working around the hotel (cleaning, reception…) are really nice! The different drawbacks of the hotel we have found is that : the water is really smelly in the bathroom both from the shower and sink, it has a strong smell of chlorine. The rooms are not really well isolated, every night you have animation in the hotel and if the music is loud you can hear it from the room, also you can hear every person crossing behind your door day or night. Lastly, the place to eat is really loud, we only ate there in the mornings, we couldn’t hear each other, besides the very tasty offerings. All in all it was a nice hotel, but the drawbacks is making the grade go down!
