Front desk staff was very helpful, the little shop had all the essentials, like bottled beer and wine, snacks and even swim goggles for kids at the pool. Room was very clean, quiet, there was no noise. Bed was comfortable. We also loved the heated pool.

Loved this hotel! Pool was great. Room was spacious. Washroom was also roomy. Bed was comfortable. Linens were very nice. Staff was excellent. Food was good. Well maintained. Very clean. Loved the towel service by the pool. Nice outdoor area as well. Close to Milennia mall and outlets, Super Target. Just a beautiful part of Orlando! No negatives to report.

Loved everything about the hotel! I wasn’t expecting to pay for parking, so that was a surprise, but the hotel was beautiful.

The beds was comfortable the pool was warm my kids was in the pool till 10:30 pm only thing paying $20 for parking a night is a bit much only complaint i have the workers was super welcoming and professional

Hotel was great! Kids loved the pool, the outside patio was a perfect spot to enjoy a drink from the bar at night.

Very clean and remodeled property. All of the staff was nice and friendly. The hotel had a great ambiance and very convenient amenities like a restaurant, outdoor BBQ area, & lounge area. Would definitely stay again 11/10

Our family loves staying here. It conveniently located to everything. We love the amenities are great, my daughter loves the heated pool. The rooms need a little more attention to detail, dusting, windows, headboards, showers, scoff marks.

I have been a client of this Hotel for several months and I travel every two weeks. I have never had a complaint, but this time I arrived and there was hair in the bathroom, that is, hair in the sink and hair in the intimate area in the shower, I found a lock plastic like from a bag under the counter chairs and lastly the day I was leaving in the morning when I was preparing my coffee, a cockroach walking through the counter, I have photos because I don't have to invent something that hasn't been real. I ended up killing the cockroach with a flip-flop. Room 369

Very clean and comfortable hotel close to the mall with restaurants.

The front desk and main lobby is very clean and well maintained. However the carpet inside the room 368 has a strong smell like smelly gym socks. I advised the housekeeping lady however all she did was spray over the carpet, but that did not fix the problem.

It was ok. Room could’ve been cleaner. There we stains on the walls and for the price I would expect a little better. Amenities were good and bed was comfortable.

Great location right across from Mall at Millenia. Got my room upgraded to a suite which was huge and quiet. Nice free breakfast but if you are not in the mood for that there are a lot of restaurants in the area including Keke's. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

This hotel is right across the Mall of Millenia. Everything is clean when you walk in, rooms are bright with huge windows and equipped with kitchen. The drawbacks for me~the restroom has no exhaust, or did I miss it? Also didn’t like that I have to be careful Not to splash in the shower because the other half of the glass door is missing by design. The staff and free breakfast definitely made up for the modern design bathroom flaws! I reserved two rooms and stayed Jan 3rd, Thanks Michael at the front desk! He made us feel welcome!

Great staff, but the room conditions were not so good. The sheets and pillows did not smell very nice and the bathroom made a constant noise even with the lights off. The mattress on the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The location is excellent. Good hotel for a short stay.

Very nice property overall. Rooms are fills size with kitchen amenities. This is a great location, if you’re traveling with family.

The beds were horrible so hard to to get comfortable on and who ever sleeps next to windo prepare for very warm bed the air does not hit that area and the ac takes bout 2 to 3 hrs to cool down the room once it get hot in there. When i checked in no one even told me abot hidden deposit fees!!! They took 200 per room total of 400 bucks and kept 100 of it for pet deposit haven't even got it bk yet. And the soada in there so callled store is 5 bucks per 20oz bottle. If u drink the water in ur room on counter its 6bucks too added to ir room bill of couse!! Not like they haven't stolen enough money 🙄 from us. And last but not least thre pool there sucks!!! It is only 4ft 6in deep and is very small for what u get here.

There was a counter rep that was rude in exlaining the details on paying for incidentals.he nearly ruined my whole day.

Demetria, the housekeeping manager is literally the best. She is so friendly, accommodating, and helpful! My family and I were trying to bring stuff in through the side door after checking in and didn’t have a cart. I was struggling so bad because my ankle gave out and I could barely walk on it. She was walking down the hall and saw us struggling and jumped into action to assist us immediately. She even helped us get the stuff inside. I have never seen such service at any hotel. Not even at the 6 star hotel I stayed in at Dubai! I travel a lot and have stayed at many hotels and I can say this with great confidence. I hope she is appreciated here! The hotel is modern, cute common areas, super convenient to lots of shops and eateries. The front desk staff and even random staff in the hallway were all pleasant, even the people communicating on the phone and via chat. This is a very solid staff and hotel. I would recommend it and would stay again. My only feedback is concerning housekeeping in the rooms. We are a Black family with locs but found straight hair on various items, including the pillows and in the bathroom. If this is from housekeepers, they need to be wearing hair nets when cleaning rooms!! It’s even more alarming if this was from a previous guest because that means cleaning is lacking. I also think the shower floor looks a bit rough and not cleaned as thoroughly as it could have been. The bathroom looks nice and adds to beauty of the room, PLEASE KEEP IT UP!

Staff were friendly and helpful

Booking online was very easy period once upon arrival. I had the best receptionists or front desk clerks period both of them were extremely sweet, nice, and understanding period I hadn't issue with my credit card because I forgot to inform them. I was traveling period they were very patient and accommodating, and what's the situation? Was rectified, checking was quick. And they gave me a great room. Since it was so close to the Mall, I rested and shopped everyday period if I did not have to come back to work, I would have stayed till the end of the week period The view was awesome! The swimming pool was perfect, and it was easy to get everywhere. I will definitely be back comma but next time for 2 weeks.

It was nice to have the mall right next door. Great dinning options. Hotel was clean. Only thing when I checked in front desk at arrival. No explaination was given about the parking fee to me. All they said was “are you guys parking here” we said yes, he handed us a paper to put in our car. When I get the bill it was $18 dollar a night. He never told me when I checked in. Felt scammed. I would have parked on the outside or paid the 18 it’s just the fact I was not informed at the beginning. Also house cleaning only cleaned my room once during my stay. I stayed for 4 nights and only once was my room cleaned and new towels were brought to be room. Then charge service fee for 4 nights.

Everything about this property was perfect! It’s in a very convenient location, right at the center of everything. It was so easy for us to get to all the major attractions like Disney World, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios and Sea World. Shopping centers and restaurants were also just a short drive away. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and made our trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Orlando.

The hotel was clean and staff pleasant. More variety is needed for breakfast especially for persons staying more than 3 days.

This place was great! Love the parking lot security gate. It was above my expectation. The only thing is that while on vacation you want to enjoy waking up an hour or so late and enjoy breakfast. But unfortunately the breakfast is cut off at 9am Mon - Fri and 9:30 in the wkends. Never actually got a chance to enjoy that aspect

Perfect location that is near everything you may need access to away from home. I was very pleased with the atmosphere as well as the seamless check in and out. The breakfast is okay could be better. Just in case free breakfast is a must for you, Holiday Inn Express in the same vicinity has great breakfast.

The rooms were not cleaned everyday they only change towels and do beds and one day my room was not done at all. The breakfast has poor options, few fruit and everything finished very fast, too small space for all guests and the hours were very reduced they should consider leave breakfast until 10am and leave water and coffee all day.

This was by far one of the best hotel stays we have had in a while. The breakfast was delicious and there was a variety to choose from each morning.

Good breakfast but only issue was paid parking which I don’t know hotels charge these days It’s a good location for visiting universal.

Lovely base for us on down days after universal. Pool was lovely, real fast was ok but a free for all, especially the ever popular waffle machine.
