Friendly, efficient staff. Shuttle to plaza is a nice amenity. The hotel was built with in the past 5 years so still in good condition. Heated pool but didn’t use it.

We love this property - but be prepared for the fact that they add on a $12 charge for parking and an $18 fee for other amenities. We were not told about this by email until we were ready to leave so it left us without the opportunity to make use of the other amenities - shuttle - free wine - bikes.

The shuttle to the plaza was amazing. Rose the robot was a hit with the kids as was the heated pool. Free breakfast was delish too. Definitely staying here next time we're in town.

We love the room and the entire property and the hotel transportation downtown Healdsburg but we didn't really think the parking fees and transportation fees were appropriate as an additional charge on the bill since we are already paying for the room.

The hotel had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, fire table, fitness room, breakfast, bikes, shuttle and wine bar. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was super friendly and offered assistance whenever asked. The hotel is clean and has lots of places for family and friends to gather. The courtyard had bocce ball, fire pits and a wine bar. Wonderful experience!

The majority of your staff were pleasant. The room was nice, breakfast was good and the gym was okay. Equipment needs some attention. The issue we had was with your shuttle. We were told the shuttle runs every half hour. So, instead of dealing with parking downtown, we took the shuttle to dinner. When we exited, the driver said “Just call the desk when you need a ride back”. We called when we got our bill & were told he was there. My husband ran out and missed him. I called back and they said he was going on break for an hour. There were 2 other couples waiting too, one elderly and one with a baby. It was very cold outside. Restaurants and bars were full and stores were closed. We had to wait outside for an hour. This needs to be addressed. Either cover the break or tell the truth.

this place is a gem. wasn't expecting the room to be as spacious and the layout to be so efficient, including a pretty nice kitchenette. service was fantastic, pool was great, and the fitness room was new with a couple of peloton machines and a rower. great diner next door too, was impressed.

The property is nice, continental breakfast was good/decent, and staff is always friendly. My only complaint is I feel like the shower could’ve been cleaner, other than that, I enjoy this location and would stay at this hotel again, and again.

The pictures look more luxurious than reality. It was ok, but I was livid that they have cut housekeeping service to every other day. We needed to get ready for a wedding, but I had to call the front desk to collect breakfast plates, bring towels, empty trash. And the garbage disposal smelled of rotting food when we arrived. Just pay a staff and clean the damn rooms, please. >$800 for 2 nights - nowhere near the value.

It's a newer property and well maintained. The staff is very professional and courteous. The room is spacious and very well appointed. The gym and breakfast room are of high quality. The surrounding area has convenient amenities and a great gourmet marked. I think there is value in this property for the quality of the accommodations. I do recommend this hotel.

Already spoke with Brooke-ant infestation, really poor breakfast offerings many things missing for days at a time; poor cleaning of the room-lack of vacumming of obvious things on the floor, garbage not emptied; wine bar- one glass of wine for 6 days for two people-really!!

The area itself is wonderful! But over $300 for a room here was quite pricey. Also important note, the rooms are suites, but they are open concept, there is no divider or privacy if you have multiple people staying.

Great property. Room was large with kitchen, sitting area and sizeable bathroom. Breakfast offering was generous with a lot of variety. Lobby and pool area were spacious. Really liked the free shuttle to downtown Healdsburg, was great surprise. Driver was friendly and timely in picking us up.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a lovely location. However, the staff was the unfriendliest I have ever encountered. We stayed for an entire weekend and experienced a handful of gentlemen behind the desk that seemed very annoyed to help us. From checking in to simple requests as the water being refilled, they seemed very bothered to help us and made our entire party feel unwelcome. The breakfast buffet was delicious if you have a family, but we won’t stay there again due to the poor hospitality.

I booked this place same day, which I stay at often, and had an emergency an hour after booking it and couldn’t make it. I called the hotel to let them know I had an emergency and would not be checking in and the front desk attendant said he could cancel for me with no charge since it was less than 24 hours after booking, I just needed to call hotels.com and arrange it and they would let it go through. So,I contacted them and the person there said yes, no problem, happy to do this, they just needed to confirm it with a manager at the hotel. After several attempts and days of trying to contact the manager, they never received a response from the hotel, so they could not help me and I am out $300. All they needed to do was answer back and it would have helped me out. They were the ones who told me do so it in the first place. There have been too many issues here with things like this- double charges at the front desk- mis charging- things of this nature and this was the last straw for me.

We were in Healdsburg for a medical procedure and intended a two day stay. The staff was so helpful when our stay was extended for two more days. We were moved to a handicap accessible room with consideration for our new needs after surgery. Professional, thoughtful and kind staff made our trip much more pleasant. We'll always stay at Trio when we find ourselves in Sonoma County.

Hotel Trio is located just steps away from Dry Creek Valley. Plank Coffee is right across the street. The hotel has a nice pool and lounge area. The rooms are spacious with kitchenette

Location! This spot is just a quick 20 minute walk to almost everything in town or a 5 minute drive. 40 minutes from the Redwoods and 40 minutes from the coast. And wineries and restaurants all around. The hotel has great service and breakfast available daily.

It’s on the edge of healdsburg not in the town center but the hotel has a convenient transport service. Rooms have microwaves, cooktops, desks for work if you are not here on vacation.

Property was over a mile from Healdsburg Plaza, requiring car or shuttle to get to shops and restaurant at night. Beds were comfortable, gym was nice, breakfast standard but could stay open later. Bathrooms nice but rooms were small—did not use kitchen facilities but those would be very convenient if traveling with family or for longer stay. Worked well for day trips into wine country.

When I come back next year, I’m spending a week there. Fantastic modern hotel, right near Highway 101, and a 30 min walk to downtown. They offer a shuttle service (if you don’t want to walk), breakfast every morning, heated pool, and some great wine as well.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. To far to walk to downtown Healdsburg. We would not stay again for the breakfast, we couldn't find anything that taste good, we ended up with English muffins. The refrigerator in our room was obnoxiously loud, which made it difficult to sleep.
