I originally picked this hotel d/t the central location of disney/universal. The main reason why this didn’t get a 4 or 5 was because of the shuttle service they partner with for the parks. They showed up every morning >30mins late and you end up not getting to the parks until an hour after it opens. They were also rude to people with strollers/wagons saying they have to have it packed up and they need to sit at the back of the bus. When it was time for pick up in the evening (745pm) one day they left early at 743 and didn’t even wait a full 2 minutes. The hotel is decent, clean, solid continental breakfast, staff is kind but if you don’t have a rental car and depend on the shuttle, you can go somewhere else with the same solid hotel settings and get to the parks much easier. The shuttle service starting and ending the day on a sour note is not the way to go.

The breakfast was great but the issue with the elevator only one working and waiting a long time for the elevator to come and being able to access it took long a very bad experience and having to pay $30 for parking everyday not included with the stay fee was horrible.

The pool was very basic also had live-in ducks. No pool towels, phones doesn’t work in room, had to use cell for everything and one of the elevator was broken majority of our stay.

Very nice hotel. Convenient to shopping and parks. Only thing i didnt like was the charges for parking. Not only this hitel but mist are now charging to park on property. 10 years ago that didnt happen and still doesn't in other cities They found out another way to get money out of people. Not even secure parking.

$31 per night to park your car and I didn’t know anything about it, until I was checking in. That should’ve been on the Expedia website to warn people. Other than that, it was a nice hotel in a great location and the breakfast was pretty good.

The location is great. The rooms need cleaned better. The tile on the floor in the bathrooms the grout needs cleaned so bad. The comforter on top of the sheets had poop on it. The breakfast was good on Thursday but the breakfast on Friday wasn’t. We asked for an extra blanket and it never came even asked couple times.

Our beds were way too firm! The room had a weird smell. I’m unsure if it’s from the linen or carpet. I had to spray my room multiple times. The shower had pubic hair. I had to sanitize and clean it, myself again. Other than that, the lobby was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. I hate that parking was $26 a night! That’s insane! Housekeeping only left one washcloth for us to use, but I requested more. I love the area of the hotel, but I don’t think we will stay here again. I’ve stay at a Holiday Inn Express before and I remember the rooms being better and a lot more comfortable. Also, tv channels are limited.

This is the second time I go to this hotel. The property is in good condition and they have a nice breakfast. But the rooms weren't very clean. The desk had a sticky substance and there was a bit of mold in the tub's caulking. The worst part about the hotel is the parking. They don't tell you how much it costs until after you book the room (and I booked without free cancellation). And then they send you an email telling you the overnight parking costs $26. Which is outrageous for a 3-star hotel in this location in my experience around this area. And then you get there and find out that it's actually $30 and they cannot honor the $26 because it's a third party managing the parking. You actually have to book the parking with a poorly designed website on your phone and manually put all the information in. Which is very inconvenient. So they charge the same for parking as Disney World. I won't be staying in this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel room was extremely clean. Beds were comfy and room had everything we needed. Shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion in the room is Dove which is a huge plus. Breakfast was yummy and all the staff was very polite! As a family of 5, with the price, cleanliness, and breakfast included, there is no need to look elsewhere, we are definitely staying here again!!

Staff was good and the property is in a convenient area close to all the Disney Parks. The place is clean and the rooms are pretty nice. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I didn’t get the king size bed that I reserved. Even a queen would have been acceptable but we ended up with two doubles. They’re just too small for us.

Hotel lobby, and building was completely hot and muggy. Front lobby staff completely unprofessional. Rooms were hot and muggy. Not enough towels in the room, when trying to contact front office you couldn’t reach anyone. Tv only offers 4 channels.

We made sure to ask for our room to be serviced and the dirty towels were picked up, however they didn’t replace with any clean towels or take out trash, or do anything. We tried to call for more towels but the phone did not work. After going back down to the front desk to ask I was told to get them from the cleaning cart when they came by. It was very inconvenient to have to find them and when we did find them they didn’t speak English at all and it was a little uncomfortable just taking the towels off their cart. The next day my friend and I got stuck in the elevator. The emergency call button made a busy signal so we rang the alarm probably 5 times before someone yelled at us that they were “working on it”. It took close to 20 minutes and we had an Uber waiting outside and dining reservations we were late for. While Disney was over the top in their concern about what happened the hotel did nothing. They offered to add points to my account b it they never did. Overall not a good experience at all and I would not stay here again.

I stayed here for a week. My room was never cleaned. They only came emptied the trash can collected all the towels and didnt replace them. I had to go to the desk 2 times to get toilet paper. The front desk always had just 1 man until the day I left who blamed lack of staff. He was not rude but completely unhelpful. I am concerned as an IHG customer that their quality might be going down.

We have stayed in many hotels in the lake Buena Vista area just because it's our preferred location. We grade them as we stay and I have to say this is our highest graded one thus far. In one of our visits to the parks our car broke down and Armando the front desk attendant treated us with so much compassion and was trying to help us in any way possible. Armando is a very kind and caring man. We have decided to make this hotel our home away from home 🙏 because when you're treated like family from the whole staff, you want to come back Thank you 🙏

Our check in was great however the older blonde lady at the front desk for the next 3 days of our stay made us feel very un welcomed and made our stay very inconvenient! We asked for a freshen up on our room for towels and toilet paper and was never give it. She told us we were only there for 4 days so we didn’t qualify for a stay over room service. We had to wait at 12:30 am for fresh towels and toilet paper after being at the parks all day. Because of her we will not stay at this hotel again

My husband and I stayed here for a quick Disney trip, and the view was amazing, the rooms were so clean, and the bathrooms were very pretty. You do have to pay up to $30 to park per night you stay due to being in such a suburban area and prevent others from parking, and they also have shuttle services to the parks. Tons of dining options nearby, and the breakfast was very yummy and lots of options! The only thing was the evelvators, they are quite slow, and sound like they are seconds away from breaking down LOL. We stayed on the 5th floor, and chose to use the stairs after taking it one time. Otherwise overall, amazing place to stay, and will definetely be staying again.
