It's good to have a pantry equipped with microwave / oven, so we can prepare simple meals and need not dine-out everyday. Nice to have croissants provided by the hotel at the lobby every morning. Also a machine to provide chocolate / latte / cappuccino all day.

A lousy nights sleep. The air conditioning was the noisiest that I have ever experienced meaning the room had to be either stuffy and hot or too loud to sleep. I told reception staff in the morning, but it was obvious rhat they made no note of it, so it would be unlikeky to be addressed. Since my last visit, breakfast has also been cut back to the bone with just plain croissants and tea/coffee. Gone are the pain ou chocolate and gone are the yogurts. It is now massively overpriced for what you actually get. I had once been a loyal customer, but no longer. The unsafe comment is about the area after dark rather than the property itself.

Very nice stay! Everything was clean and functional and the staff was nice. They even put out the to-go breakfast half an our earlier in order for us to bring it on the go on our last day of visit. The to-go breakfast worked fine for us: croissants, yoghurt, juice, coffee and fruit. So it is a very simple breakfast, but it worked perfect for a 4 nights stay. The only disadvantage might be the distance to the train stations - around a 15 minutes walking distance from Roomzzz. But overall, a great place to stay in London with the Stratford park just outside and nice big rooms

We were upgraded and the suite was lovely. Great view from balcony over London. Air conditioning was great but during night was too noisy kept you awake. If you turned it off it was too hot. I liked the kitchen in the room. It was very useful. The room was clean, lots of light. The bathroom was in good condition. I had a very good sleep. The staff were good and helpful. All in alll a good hotel. I would stay here again.

Really spacious room/apartment with all the bits I needed in the kitchen. Super clean, and although i was worried about noise as it's on a main road - that turned out to not be a problem. Friendly staff at the front desk and easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again!

Roomzz is a great place to stay when in London. The hotel has secure off street parking ( for a surcharge) and you need to swipe your card in order to enter the hotel. We had a double room with a spacious lounge. The offered a simple, continental breakfast. The hotel is close to downtown Stratford and convenient for transportation. My only criticism is in regards to the hotels.com. On my app, they listed the property as having been paid for already. However, at the hotel they were asking for payment. This involved then having to go back through credit card statements as the trip had been booked in December. This caused a delay when checking in.

This is an amazing place to stay although we had a bumpy start with the delay in the room being available, I can not fault the accommodating staff one bit. We will definitely recommend and return, fabulous tentative, friendly staff. Accommodation clean, comfortable and just what we needed.

We were staying close by for the British Masters at the Aquatic Centre. The accommodation was only 20 min walk to the centre. They were very good in allowing us to leave our cases with them when we arrived early. They also managed to let us into our room slightly earlier and upgraded our accommodation. We had a comfortable weekend and were pleased with all of the facilities.

It's good to have a pantry equipped with microwave / oven, so we can prepare simple meals and need not dine-out everyday. Nice to have croissants provided by the hotel at the lobby every morning. Also a machine to provide chocolate / latte / cappuccino all day.

A lousy nights sleep. The air conditioning was the noisiest that I have ever experienced meaning the room had to be either stuffy and hot or too loud to sleep. I told reception staff in the morning, but it was obvious rhat they made no note of it, so it would be unlikeky to be addressed. Since my last visit, breakfast has also been cut back to the bone with just plain croissants and tea/coffee. Gone are the pain ou chocolate and gone are the yogurts. It is now massively overpriced for what you actually get. I had once been a loyal customer, but no longer. The unsafe comment is about the area after dark rather than the property itself.

Very nice stay! Everything was clean and functional and the staff was nice. They even put out the to-go breakfast half an our earlier in order for us to bring it on the go on our last day of visit. The to-go breakfast worked fine for us: croissants, yoghurt, juice, coffee and fruit. So it is a very simple breakfast, but it worked perfect for a 4 nights stay. The only disadvantage might be the distance to the train stations - around a 15 minutes walking distance from Roomzzz. But overall, a great place to stay in London with the Stratford park just outside and nice big rooms

Stayed for three nights to go to a nearby event. Very good location, 15 mins walk from the huge Westfield centre and 25 mins walk to the 2012 Olympic village. Hotel was clean and very well run, we loved the complimentary coffee and croissants in the mornings. The hotel is on a major bus route and short ride from underground, overground and DLR transport routes. The staff were discreet and extremely helpful.

We were upgraded and the suite was lovely. Great view from balcony over London. Air conditioning was great but during night was too noisy kept you awake. If you turned it off it was too hot. Could have done with jam or marmalade for croissants. The breakfast was lovely otherwise. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Roomzz is a great place to stay when in London. The hotel has secure off street parking ( for a surcharge) and you need to swipe your card in order to enter the hotel. We had a double room with a spacious lounge. The offered a simple, continental breakfast. The hotel is close to downtown Stratford and convenient for transportation. My only criticism is in regards to the hotels.com. On my app, they listed the property as having been paid for already. However, at the hotel they were asking for payment. This involved then having to go back through credit card statements as the trip had been booked in December. This caused a delay when checking in.

We had a fantastic stay in the 2-bedroom Liberty Apartment in Stratford. The apartment was exceptionally clean and much larger than we expected, providing plenty of space for our family to relax comfortably. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept really well during our stay. Although the apartment is located on a very busy road, the windows were excellent at blocking out the traffic noise, making the apartment surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Having parking available was a huge bonus and made everything so much easier. The reception team were also excellent, always friendly, welcoming and happy to help with any questions we had. The location is great, with plenty of shops, restaurants and local amenities within easy walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Overall, a wonderful stay in a spacious, well-maintained apartment with excellent customer service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
