Pros: Good location if you’re in downtown Great transportation options right out the front door. Free waterfront shuttle that takes you to space needle, aquarium another hotspot. Always taxis out front, and tons of lime, scooters, and bicycles out front. The test restaurant is good for no travel dining Cons: During peak, check-in and checkout hours, don’t even think you’re using the elevator anytime soon. 8 to 12 minute waits None of the phones in our room worked, which is a safety concern. A technician had to come up late on evening with my family sleeping to reset them and that only worked for a few hours. I should not have to use my cell phone to get a hold of the front desk Conditioner, shower door were empty and never got refilled even upon request after having a room serviced

Breakfast was kind of flavorless and basic, stale potatoes. Parking is an extra $60 a NIGHT so be prepared to spend an extra $300 if your staying for a week. Pool was smelly. Pillows were so flat. Don’t recommend this stay

Breakfast included made-to-order omelets, while the rest of the offerings were the usual continental choices. One of the features I appreciated most was the self-service laundry on the 8th floor, which cost only $2.75 for both washing and drying—a very practical perk for longer stays. Although the hotel is a bit dated, it’s well maintained and kept very clean. Our corner junior suite offered beautiful views of the Seattle Great Wheel and the downtown skyline, which made our stay especially enjoyable.

Property is pretty. Parking can be a huge inconvenience since it’s less than 100 feet away from Lumen Stadium. If you’re there when there’s a game, the street where the only entrance to their parking garage is blocked. So you will not have any access to the hotels parking garage from before the game starts till when all the cars leave.

The check-in process was convenient and easy. The gym, indoor pool, hot tub, and laundry facility were far better than expected. The breakfast was worth every $1 spent on it. My only issue was the cost of parking not being advertised or mentioned in the booking. $140 for two days is a big unexpected hit.

The one criteria we had was a hotel near downtown that had a hot tub. And it was closed for maintenance for the entire trip. Pretty disappointing, but, the rooms were clean.

Beautiful hotel, clean and great staff. They offer an evening reception with snacks and drinks, and breakfast included…really good breakfast. Stores near by and a few dining options in the hotel and near by. Hotel located right next to Lumen field and a few minutes from T-Mobile arena. It’s a pretty safe walk to a from too. Will def stay again, it’s definitely worth paying more to stay here. Oh, one downside, $65 bucks for parking but it’s near, well-lit and gated (connected to the hotel). I guess the free breakfast and evening reception snacks make up for it though.

We stayed one night and got in fairly late. Didn't check the bed before getting in it. Found out the next morning there were stains that looked to be blood or worse on top sheet and bottom sheet.

Everything is great EXCEPT whole paper thin windows! We were on the 19th floor and hear every loud car/siren/etc like we were right next to it. I mean it’s the city and it’s loud so maybe some better windows so the people who pay to sleep there get some…sleep? Otherwise great place

Everything was good here at the Embassy Suites, except the room was very small and was not a suite type room as advertised. Also my view was the view of the building next door. The complementary breakfast in the morning was very good.

Overall I was really impressed with the offerings: the evening reception was nice, the breakfasts were excellent (the team making the omelets were both friendly and skilled). My only real disappointment was the television offerings. I've stayed at other hotels that had more options for accessing streaming services and easier ways of connecting to them. Though I wasn't in town just to watch television, it would have been nice to have better access to streaming options when I was in for the night.

Great location for public transit, good breakfast and happy hour included, room was nice because there was a living area and seperate bedroom. The bathroom doors were the sliding farm door type which was great for space saving, but there's a small gap between the wall and the doors so people have a view even when the doors are closed. There's also no way to lock the bathroom doors. This would be okay, except it's shared between the living area and bedroom so you might not know if someones in there and knocking bangs the door into the wall. For the price and amenities it's a good hotel.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The room was smaller than any other Embassy or major brand hotel Ive visited. The TV system lagged and some channels were un watchable. The TV turned on, by itself, at various times throughout the night waking us up. This was an OK stay.

Our room was very quiet and comfortable. About the only thing we didn't like was the barn door on the bathroom. There were long lines to check in, but staff was friendly and helpful when available. Long wait for elevators. The breakfast room is large, and we found a clean table when we needed one even though it was a busy time.

Everything was great especially it being a Seahawk weekend. The only issue I have is it is too dark in the rooms. We had a room with a living space and a bedroom. The living room was impossible to see anything. That is all.

So I typically only write reviews when they are max stars. However, we spent over $400 on what was supposed to be a 3 person suite (not just room) and they really stretched the limits of that definition when designing this hotel. If I had gone alone, I would not have had such expectations and it would be a nicer review buuut. The bathroom door and “bedroom” door don’t close all the way, there is no fan in the bathroom, the closet is an open connection between the “bedroom” and living room. It is in no way separate, not by doors, not by sound. It’s all one room essentially, including the bathroom. So it not meet my suite expectations and I have stayed in a lot of them this year. I don’t have high standards on them but I do like when what’s offered is what’s received and this wasn’t it. On another suite amenity that is typical, we had a problem with the fridge. Our beautiful food/leftovers that were in the fridge overnight rotted by morning. The fridge was not cold/not working properly. And, I wouldn’t normally point this out or care too much because I stay in a lot of hotels of varying quality but, there was dog hair on the carpet, across the living room floor. I guess this mainly bothered me because we wanted to being our dog on the trip but they said no pets allowed. I will say that the redeeming qualities of this stay were: the staff was friendly, helpful, available (we needed help finding the parking because it’s a public garage) etc. Staff 4 stars, hotel suite 2 stars

Hotel was very nice. Room was fairly spacious. Bathroom was large with nice shower but had barn doors which were not great for privacy. The breakfasts were fantastic and we enjoyed them every day. Pool area was also very nice. Great location if you are attending an event at the stadium or ball park otherwise, it was a little far from the sights but there was a free shuttle that picked up right in front of the hotel. There were also quite a few restaurants within walking distance. We had a great view of the city and waterfront from our room. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

I personally felt targeted and felt a bit of racism by one of your kitchen cook staff. When prepared to drop my ticket in front of this particular gentleman, he told me to wait while he finished the orders of the previous guests in front of me. No hello to me at all but demands I show my ticket. I finish my request then moved on. I stood nearby to hear him and see him not treat guest after me the same as I was treated. Had I had a recording, I would make it public. Truly not ok!

Booked this room MONTHS ago … when I went to check in @ 3 I suddenly found myself wondering if I even had a room. After several minutes of searching the manager was finally called. He was able to “find” my room but I had paid for a corner king suite with full windows and a view of the water - that is not the room I got. It was by the elevators, had a few windows and the view of the water was obstructed. Very disappointed and still paid my original price.

This was a pretty terrible stay from the get go. We were in town for a concert and weren't able to check in until after 4:30pm so it put us late. Which it happens and would have been fine but then the gal at the front desk was rude about it to us, the room (a corner King suite) smelled like pee, the mini fridge didnt work and the bathroom was dirty. The elevators dont have enough capacity for the amount of traffic/rooms so we had to wait a long time in lines every time we needed to go up or down. Then when it was time to leave the parking garage arm was broken and we couldn't drive out without calling the help line. This hotel is way too expensive for these kinds of issues. We wont ever stay at Embassy Suites in Seattle Pioneer Square again. Which is a bummer because it is in a great location for Lumen, Pikes Market and T-MOBILE Park.

Upgraded to a Suite, the suite had nothing in it, no wine/ glassware, no ice bucket, no water. Despite repeated attempts to have them brought to room, it took till 7:00 pm to get them. We were in room at 11:00. Lame excuses for the poor service.

Our stay was off to a rough start when we were told we would have to change rooms the next day. When I added the extra night two weeks prior was told several times we would have same room for our entire stay. Staff at front tried to resolve issue giving us a later check out but still pain to pack up and move. We had a member with back issues and requested extra pillows we never received, but it was late so we rolled up some sweatshirts. The fridge in the room froze everything we put in it no matter how much we turned it down and the tv paused then glitched every 5-10 seconds. We were moved to a handicap accessible room and the roll in shower leaked water with a very slick floor when it got wet with soap/conditioner. We had to lay down several towels to control the water running out under the curtain. These are all small things I admit but when you are playing a premium price you expect a premium stay. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Was packed with limited seating so one of our party stood while we quickly ate. We have stayed here several times and typically they are 5/5 stars but this time they missed the mark.

The room was spacious for me and my boyfriend (accidentally booked a suite). The view was to die for. There was a safe included. 10mins walk to the Wamu Theatre. Lots of dining options nearby. Safe neighborhood. Parking garage accessed by room key only and monitored 24/7 so feels safe. The only thing they don’t mention is it’s $60 usd but other than that very safe. Will definitely come back and book again. Recommended.

Had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton. It was in a great location, near T-Mobile Park, just a 10 min walk. We walked to the game and back without needing to deal with parking a car or getting a Lyft. There's also a free Waterfront Shuttle that runs every 30 mins or so. Another plus was the free breakfast every morning, lots of food options available! We will be staying here again for future trips!

Booked two nights had to move rooms the second night . Was told it was an upgrade when turns out it was the total opposite. The view from the window was facing a wall so not much to see . Hotel front desk seems very busy and confused about most things . Besides those things you are in the pike place area so plenty of homeless lingering around the property and parking is very expensive. The inside of the hotel is very nice and rooms themselves and great . Breakfast is included and has a variety of good options . And a free drink between 5-6:30pm . Along with two restaurants in the hotel to choose from .

We were in Seattle for a wedding. Found this location to be convenient since festivities took place in Pioneer Square. Location also convenient for light rail from airport, for free shuttle to tourist sights and restaurants.

Hotel is beautiful however we like to explore the area we are staying in. Unfortunately there were a lot of homeless and mentally ill folks in the road and surrounding areas which made evening walking and driving in the area uncomfortable snd at times unsafe. It is the reality of the world that we live in at times but for the amount it cost to stay we assumed it was in a relatively safe and family friendly area.

Great check in. Reception hour was nice. Bartender had great service. Would be nice if they had 2, so line wouldn't have been so long. Breakfast was delicious. Love the custom made omelets and all of the variety of food.

Very close to Seattle Mariners stadium and very walkable and safe. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was the only disappointment..not serviced and food was not replaced promptly...very busy...overall would stay again in this location

Staff at the hotel were super helpful. We were on the 19th floor with a city view, and the room was great. Plenty of room for a family of three. The sofa bed left a little something to be desired, even as sofa beds go, but the couch was comfortable enough by itself so nights 2-4 we didn't even use the pull out. It was nice that the breakfast was included but three of the four days we were there it was a madhouse. Staff does their best to keep up, but there were still an overwhelming amount of people, which was weird because other than that, the hotel was super quiet. Great spot. Would definitely come back.

Hotel was very nice. Room was fairly spacious. Bathroom was large with nice shower but had barn doors which were not great for privacy. The breakfasts were fantastic and we enjoyed them every day. Pool area was also very nice. Great location if you are attending an event at the stadium or ball park otherwise, it was a little far from the sights but there was a free shuttle that picked up right in front of the hotel. There were also quite a few restaurants within walking distance. We had a great view of the city and waterfront from our room. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Strike going on right outside the building starting at 7am. FOR HOURS. Lots of siren sounds, loud yelling on bullhorns, blaring music (the people on strike even wore headphones to drown themselves out, they were so loud and obnoxious) they were taunting guests by chanting "how'd you sleep" This almost 3 month strike was never disclosed prior to booking and we were put right above them with no way to move. Definitely not a relaxing vacation that I paid thousands for. Not impressed and won't go back.
