The curtains were broken. The hot tub was broken. The elevator was broken.

I was traveling with my elderly mother and the elevators did not work and we were on the 3rd floor. We were moved to the 2nd floor but it was still a challenge. Train can at entrance door were over flowing.

The hotel stay was terrible from the previous stay we had. The room wasn’t cleaned nor was it kept up properly and the elevators were down. Staying in the hotel with senior citizens and the elevator not working was a terrible horrible experience and nor did they accommodate.

Staff was nice, rooms were not very clean. We carry a black light when traveling, the couch looked to have blood stains under black light and urine stains. The mattress wrap had a lot of nasty stains but the linen was clean. Bathroom looked dingy and dirty. The elevator was broken and the place had a weird smell. I hate leaving bad reviews but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Got this room for the hot tub which didn't work well. The jets barely shot out any pressure. Very disappointing

Staff was amazing however the rooms are dated and in disrepair, and over priced. The carpet is ripped and frayed throughout the building and the elevator doesn’t work. The room smelled of carpet deodorizer and there were bugs in the bathroom every single time I went in there, the flooring in the entry way was loose and moves as you walk on it. Honestly had I had other options I would have left and gone somewhere else. However I have to admit the staff was kind and friendly.

The couch in our room was blue and had a big white stain on a cushion. There were other dirty areas in the room. The tv remote did not work along with the elevator. We were told the elevator would be working the next day, however it was not.

Fix your fitness equipment.

Overall good. Hot tub jets didn't work. Shower stall in poor condition. Great bed

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Upon arriving we noticed a sticky mess that went down the entire hallway to the elevator. The elevator floor was also covered in it, to the point that our shoes stuck and left a residue on the sole. In our room the toilet wouldn’t flush. Maintenance had left for the day, but did return to fix it in about 45 minutes. The fridge hadn’t been cleaned and the shelves were covered with curdled milk and had grown mold. In one area of the room the walls were splattered with what looked to be vomit spray. It was a yellow and brown substance. Everything was coated with a surprisingly thick layer of dust, especially in the corners. The pool was so cloudy that you couldn’t see past the first step. We stayed for 2 nights and on the second day I did ask that the fridge be cleaned. It was wiped down. The desk staff was friendly, but the cleaning staff definitely ruined this stay for us. Overall, I would look somewhere else rather than try this location again.

The staff was great. The room was very clean and spacious. Excellent experience.

Beautiful hotel and overall nice with the exception of the curtains in my room. The had what like like chocolate or old blood on it. Grossed me out either way. Also found trash under the love seat. Clean could have been friendlier. She was kind of rude. She didn't give me any type of info not even about my room until I asked.

This hotel is a little dated. Rooms could use new linens and curtains and a thorough deep cleaning. The drain was plugged on the shower along with hair from previous guests. There was also a stain on one of the comforters. The breakfast was ok, very simple. The kids did enjoy the pool and the front desk staff was friendly and attentive. Its a decent place for 1 night.

We stayed on both ends of our Thanksgiving trip. Both rooms were ok. AC unit was dirty in both rooms. The bed closest to the AC the second sleeper has zero room and had to climb over their bed mate. The bathrooms had not been cleaned well and there were some dirty spots on the desks. On the Saturday before TGiving, the chocolate milk in the dispenser was bad and the selection of food had gone down. This will be our last stay here. Used to be our go to in Roswell. Disappointing.

Everything seemed clean and the air smelled fresh. The bed was very comfortable, nice and soft covers and sheets

The room was not clean on immediately visual surfaces so it was definitely not clean in corners, window sills, & underneath items that were movable (under sofa bed & rolling chair)

The curtain in the room were filthy and had burn holes in them. The bathroom had hair smeared on the shower wall. A lot of hard water build up on the shower heads. Pillows smelled like sweat. The kitchen attendant was very sick she was coughing all over the kitchen tables were filthy. Just overall dirty.

Overall the room was comfortable and the bed was excellent. Negatives included a little dusty and mold on the shower ceiling.

Room was clean, staff was wonderful, WiFi was not the best! good stay over all!

Tv was small & wasn't plugged in the box. Still wouldn't work& had to be turned off manually. Phene didn't work & shower had 2 valves and 1 didn't work.

The air conditioner in my room was very noisy but I can sleep through almost anything. I would suggest adding some Tesla destination chargers for costumers with electric cars due to the lack of charging in Roswell.

The staff, and the room being clean was great. Breakfast was good not the best but can’t be picky when it’s hotel. As for air conditioning I don’t know if it’s the area from the heat or whatever. But the AC is one issue this also happen at a different hotel same location on a different trip, anyways the AC rarely kept the rooms cool enough or the thermostat did not work. Which was frustrating but I wasn’t gonna let it ruin my day.

I picked Comfort because they had a room available that was big enough for our family. It was even bigger than the pictures! We just needed a place to rest while driving across the country, I was able to get rest while the wife and kids spent time at the inside pool and hit the gym afterwards. Breakfast was decent and everything is close by.

Front desk charged me after i paid expedia and was rude

Staff was rude when we checked in. They couldn’t even provide basic instructions on how to find the room. When we asked if they had side doors we could entered through, the staff at the front desk was rude in her response.

The check in process was super fast and easy, super friendly front desk. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good, lots of options for us and the kids!

The stay at the hotel overall was good, however i was charged over 1800 on my credit card that has tied up usage due to refunds not being given right away. The initial payment was made and then 7 other charges incurred after. My card was being charged every day over the course of my 3 day stay. A major inconvenience. Ended up having to dispute charges with my bank.

No greeting from the staff at check in. They seemed more bothered than friendly. I reserved three rooms for my group of 10. One of the room’s keys didn’t work, so my husband went back down to let them know. They gave him new keys which still did not work. The third time they gave us a new room, at the other end of the hall from our group, with one king sized bed instead of two beds. Two of my people had to sleep on the sofa beds, which was what I was trying to avoid by booking three rooms. No offer from the staff to make up for it, just this is what you get. Not even an apology. The light fixtures by the elevator were filled with dead bugs that you could obviously see. The pool looked like an active crime scene. There was a broken window, and a white tent with yellow caution tape around it, hence the crime scene feel. And last but not least, the breakfast! I appreciate a hotel that offers a hot breakfast, not just pastries and fruit. That was one of the selling points that made me book this place. The breakfast was just bad. The waffles were good but the eggs were green. Maybe it was still okay to eat but nobody in my group wanted to chance it. The gravy was just white water. The sausage links were all anybody would eat besides the three of us that had waffles. We ended up just checking out and going to eat somewhere else. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Easy check in, clean, comfortable, safe, staff was professional and friendly, especially Aleece. Breakfast was hot and good, coffee was great.

I booked this hotel for a 2 night stay through hotels.com. I received an itemized receipt for my stay, detailing the various charges (room cost, taxes, etc) that made up my total cost roughly $150-$160. I cannot quite remember the total. However, upon arrival to the hotel, a very unkempt front desk agent informed me that this hotel was going to charge me a $100 deposit in addition to the total cost from my itemized printout, to "cover the cost of any theft or damages". A $100 deposit on a $150-$160 booking.. in Roswell, NM of all places. Not only was I insulted, but when I questioned this, the unkempt employee attempted to convince me that every hotel in town is charging a deposit and that most are closer to $250. Which was a bold faced lie. I have stayed at no less than 5 hotels in Roswell over the course of the last year and have never been charged a deposit. I immediately cancelled my reservation, after this employee had charged nearly $40 into my debit card which I was told would not be returned until 3-5 business days had passed, and left the hotel. I called the next hotel on my list who informed me that they charge no deposit whatsoever at their location and was shocked at what the front desk agent here had told me. It appears this location is engaging in shady business practices. At the very least, they have substantial hidden fees you won't find at other hotels in Roswell, or realistically most anywhere else. I would encourage you to seek lodging anywhere else.

Our stay was great! The room was clean, the breakfast was bomb, and the hotel manager even gave me free water bottles. Great location in Roswell, and late checkout was not a problem. Will be staying again!

Awesome room, comfy king bed, free breakfast, clean, friendly staff, indoor pool and spa. Overall great experience. There is a bit of a homeless problem so at night the area feels a little sketchy, though not necessarily unsafe.

We were very happy to find this nice hotel in Roswell. It's in a nice area that feels safe, and to top it off there's a Texas Roadhouse right across the street. :) They are doing some remodel which is great, and it did not bother us at all.

The room was extra clean and cool. We really enjoyed it. Easy parking. Lots of dining choices close by.

Everything was great. The person who checked us in was very professional and attentive. She even baked fresh chocolate chip cookies which were delicious. The fruit and bagels were very fresh and the eggs and sausauge were very good. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Hot tub could use more pressure. Room and shower were excellent. This will be my hotel from now on when in Roswell.

Very clean, breakfast was great consist of real scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, fruit juice, yogurt, waffles, coffee, and cereal; room was clean, nice shower, shower water was good (be careful with little ones as it may become too hot), staff answered questions asked, bathroom was of good size, refrigerator was clean, air condition was adequate, had good room for suite cases, and was in a good location for sites to see; 😕 down side the shower head needed to be cleaned

Would highly recommend overall. Only drawback was poor quality breakfast options for me. Fruit was brown and wrinkled both days. Oso (maintenance) was great! Had a tv question and was very helpful. For affordable and accommodations, I was happy.

This location was not up to the standards I expect from Comfort Suites. The breakfast was at a bare minimum. The towels were old and mismatched. You could not adjust the temperature in the room. It was just OK. Not your typical Comfort Suites.

It was a last minute booking and we were pleased with the place. Breakfast was great.

Front desk staff, friendly and efficient! Drains in room, sink and tub were slow. The breakfast didn’t provide many options but there were real eggs and that is amazing!
