Had a lovely stay. Great staff and the hotel is clean with very spacious rooms and is very welcoming. I'd happily stay here again. Wi-Fi in the room we stayed in was poor (top floor so may have been a range issue to the router), although the TV did have Netflix if you just want a night in to chill. On the practical side, there are 2 restaurants very close by and the hotel itself is a 15 minute walk from the beach. For the nearest supermarkets and the bus stop straight into Chania town then it's about a 5-10 minute stroll. Alternatively it is possible to walk straight into Chania old town along the beach side paths which takes about 50 mins and is really worthwhile doing.

We had the room with a private hot tub and it took 12 hours to heat up to a hot tub, so it’s really a lukewarm tub. Breakfast options were also very limited.

This resort is amazing!!! The property was beautiful and the food was exquisite. All the staff are kind and helpful. We booked an excursion with them and it was also wonderful. I can't wait to go back.
