No elevator and for someone with limited mobility it was not good. A staff member helped carry the luggage upstairs but it was still very difficult. Asked for a downstairs room and was told they are all bigger than we booked so would not move us. Most places would not even take us back to the B&B. They did arrange for a pickup to take us to the port for 8 euros each. Not many places to eat and the one recommended was a long walk for me. Food was not good at the restaurant recommended and after walking that far and then walking back I was exhausted. No taxi would come. Was loud from street noise and not located in a very good location. Will never return there and do not recommend.

Perfect hotel if you are in transit to or from cruise ships. Rooms are comfortable,clean, friendly staff. Wifi is not the best in your room, you have to go downstairs to get a good connection. Excellent buffet style breakfast. Selfe serve laundromat located across the street. Restaurants nearby. Shuttle bus or private taxi provided for a fee by the hotel to the cruise terminal.

We liked the charm and character of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the wonderful staff. We enjoyed breakfast on the property each day of our stay. There is very limited parking, but the hotel can arrange shuttle services, and it is about a 15 minute walk to the train station.

Need to have a taxi seat for 10 euro to get to the cruise port. It’s a B&B not a hotel so don’t have high expectations. Breakfast is also very basic. Staff is great!

We came to stay prior to our embarkation on a Cruise. They worked out transfer to the port for us as well had a great breakfast option for our journey. Across the street is a great laundry mat which was very convenient. We arrived on Easter Sunday and they helped with all our question. Our stay included two families, each had 2 kids (4 kids and 4 adults). Very accommodating.

Very comfortable, only stayed one night before our cruise. It is an older hotel very simple bed-and-breakfast. It felt safe in that it has a heavy iron door that locks with an electronic key. You cannot enter the building without going through that door. Staff helped to arrange group transportation to appear the very next morning. No complaints.

Irina and Maria were perfect hostesses. We had pre-purchased a transfer from the airport and they were the ones who picked us up from the airport in Rome, and they also arranged a taxi for us to the port the next morning. At all times they were cheerful, helpful, attentive, courteous and positively wonderful. Our room was impeccably clean and comfortable for a one night stay before a cruise. Breakfast was very good, although very carb-heavy. A little more than a continental breakfast, but not really a full breakfast selection. The location is convenient to the cruise terminal and there appears to be plenty to do in the area. We wish we had been able to spend more time exploring the town. A very pleasant experience.

Super clean hotel. Nice staff! Is an 18 min walk from the train station and mostly uphill. We stayed just 1 night, pre cruise. Front desk arranged for a taxi to drop us at the port. Breakfast was convenient. Pastries, coffe, yogurt, and juices. The only negative is that the air condition turns off every few minutes and is programed to do just that.

No one at front desk, had to use intercom to get in. Rained very hard and ceiling was leaking into bathroom, making floor very slippery. Rooms big and clean, nice shower. Staff helped with transfer to port.

The room is not sound proof so you can hear the cars out in the road making it hard for you to fall asleep. Other than that, the place is excellent. We even went barefoot inside the room. The floor was so clean. They had the best shower ever!

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Ten minute walk to waterfront area and restaurants. Room was on the small side with one wooden chair and table. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was on the lighter side with a small amount of meat and cheese and cakes. Coffee was good but not self serving.

We had a fantastic stay, the owner could not have been more helpful if he tried, offered to walk with us to nearest pizza place so we didn’t get lost, managed to find us a taxi to the cruise port when they were all taken, spent an hour on the phone till he got us one. The room was spotless, fab rainfall shower, a fantastic place at a very mini price

This is very nice property. Rooms were very clean and simply. You need a converter for the plugs, since there are no US outlets. Breakfast was simple and coffee was made for you cup by cup. I would stay there again. Anna and Brenda were very friendly and helpful. The location was close to everything.

Nous avons passé une nuit au Bel sol et tout s'est très bien passé. Rien à redire sur la chambre et la salle de bain tout était très propre et confortable. Le personnel très accueillant et agréable et le petit déjeuner simple mais bon. Le seul bémol serait sur la rue assez bruyante mais tout le reste était vraiment très bien.

Gianni greeted us as we walked in and gave us all the necessary info regarding our stay and he set up the transfer to the port. The entire place is spotless, staff helpful. Would have given a 5 star rating except for the (3) power outages, spotty / non existent wifi and bad TV reception.

The manager who is also the owner is the best person I have met in Italy, kind considerate and meets your every need as far as it concerning your stay I would 100% recommend this Airbnb for a night or a week whatever you need she is very accommodating as well as her staff. We had a excellent night there and bought a ship the next day, kudos to her and her staff

The lady who I talked to through what’s app is AMAZING! I think she runs the place. She offered to pick us up from the ship and help us find a way to the train station. From being out of town, we aren’t sure how things work here and she was very helpful. Checking in was super easy.

A disappointing stay. No one at front desk to check in, intercom not working. Had to leave and come back later. Room adjacent to noisy street with basic interior. Location is too far from railway station. Most of the Taxi will not drop off at the area. It was over 2 miles with the luggages it was not an easy walk due length and road are uneven. Called taxi to Port they cancelled 4 times refused to pick us up. Hotel should provide Shuttle which we are willing to pay.

Super clean hotel. Nice staff! Is an 18 min walk from the train station and mostly uphill. We stayed just 1 night, pre cruise. Front desk arranged for a taxi to drop us at the port. Breakfast was convenient. Pastries, coffe, yogurt, and juices. The only negative is that the air condition turns off every few minutes and is programed to do just that.

We liked the charm and character of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the wonderful staff. We enjoyed breakfast on the property each day of our stay. There is very limited parking, but the hotel can arrange shuttle services, and it is about a 15 minute walk to the train station.

Breakfast was ample, great coffee, and helpful staff who was able to secure us transportation when no taxis were available to the cruise port. The room was nice and clean. Majority of staff was pleasant. The buffet breakfast, was more of a continental breakfast. Nothing but pastries and coffee/tea/juice. Not what was expected. Finally upon leaving, a older woman with short brown hair from housekeeping said I owed her 3 euro for city tax. I had San option to pay. Quite fishy for me

Irina and Maria were perfect hostesses. We had pre-purchased a transfer from the airport and they were the ones who picked us up from the airport in Rome, and they also arranged a taxi for us to the port the next morning. At all times they were cheerful, helpful, attentive, courteous and positively wonderful. Our room was impeccably clean and comfortable for a one night stay before a cruise. Breakfast was very good, although very carb-heavy. A little more than a continental breakfast, but not really a full breakfast selection. The location is convenient to the cruise terminal and there appears to be plenty to do in the area. We wish we had been able to spend more time exploring the town. A very pleasant experience.

We left right after we arrived. The room was on the first floor of a fenced in courtyard and the room had no windows. There was no one there to greet us and when I buzzed the lady to ask about the air conditioning she was quite rude. When we told her we were leaving she said she was sorry to hear that. We had already paid for the room, so she didn’t care. We were happy to pay for another hotel rather than stay there.

I highly recommend staying at Bel Sole. The proprietor/manager was the the best, she was so kind and helpful. We made arrangements with her to be picked up at the train and again to be dropped off at the cruise port, she was very punctual and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was far superior to your basic hotel breakfast and the pastries were quite delicious. We would definitely stay again.
