Great location on a quiet dead end street but within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Staff was friendly and very accommodating, especially Claudia and Scarlet. Breakfast was excellent.

the place was clean and very cute! we got to use the bikes to get to folly beach just a couple blocks down. the hot tub was the best part!!

It is a nice place to stay. Within 5 min walk of folly beach restaurants. The only issue I had was the A/c was centrally controlled, and you cannot adjust. The temperature in the room stood around 75°. It is quite unbearable at night trying to sleep with that.

Room was very clean, large, and well-appointed. Only nine rooms in this adult-only hotel that's with walking distance to many good casual restaurants. Bathroom ceiling light/fan was broken and no individual control of temperature. But great otherwise.
