I was disappointed that the pool was closed due to chemical issues, ALL else was excellent!

I’ve stayed here 3 times. Good things - older lady at the front desk is very kind and welcoming. Room was spacious. (My 2nd time) only complaint was the fridge being on top of the desk. 3rd time plugs didn’t work at the desk, there were two phones in the room and neither one worked. Saw a tiny baby roach on the counter by the sink. And a smashed dead baby roach on the shower wall. There was a hole in the carpet. Younger lady working at the front desk was not very welcoming at all, not a good person to work at a front desk of a hotel. Someone was working outside my window with a loud machine and it was well after 5:00pm. It’s not a bad place to stay for what it costs, but it clearly needs some work and attention.

Air conditioner wasn't working in my room I told front desk she said someone would go up and look at it nobody never came

We went for a night the staff was very friendly but the rooms and the property was not well kept the rooms were dirty the curtains and lamps had what looked like blood stains the one plug was melted the bathroom had mold stains on the ceiling the couch in the room look like it came from goodwill

It was one of dirtiest places I have ever stayed and trying to figure out the thermostat was terrible.
