Great hotel, centrally located within walking distance of good restaurants and pharmacy. The property is nicely furnished, rooms are spacious and clean. Some were surprised with the lobby being on the second floor. Nice bar, good service with tasty bites and good live entertainment. Plan to stay there again.

Pros: Great room, comfortable bed and pillows, blackout curtains and a partial downtown view from our room. Breakfast is $19 but had lots of selections and the food was very good. Cons: Hotel Valet is $48 for overnight, a bit overpriced. They only had one person working the reception desk and people had to wait to be checked in.

Staff were very nice and helpful, and the hotel itself was clean and elegant from the moment I arrived. Everything felt upscale and well-maintained. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it. Just a heads-up — be sure to budget for VIP parking, which is $62 per night. There’s really no way around it, as parking options are very limited in the area.

Valet took @ 50 minutes to retrieve car at 8 ish in the evening. Rectangular toilets awkward and shower floor was slippery while showering. No night light or way to seal bathroom area from sleeping area. Staff at desk friendly enough . Valet staff was friendly but just manned by two staff and they were getting their butt kicked.

Very nice hotel. Had to use valet which is a little expensive but did not have any other options. Would be nice if they had mentioned it prior to booking. Hotel bar has good drinks and food we tasty as well.

Our stay was very pleasant at the hotel owing to a combination of several facts….the front desk staff were very pleasant, the hotel was clean, especially our bedroom. The breakfast was enjoyable and included a good variety of cereals, fruits, drinks and hot food. The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. The parking in the multistory was close by and easy to use. The location was also very good. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Our toilet clogged in the morning, I called downstairs on our way out for the day to let them know. She said she would sent maintenance up to fix it. We came back 11 hours later and no one had been up. I called downstairs and there was only one lady working and said I could get the plunger to do it myself. 4 star hotel for $200 a night where you get to plunge your own toilets.

I’m shocked at how hotel designers think that having open showers and essentially open toilets to the room is a “cool” or “hip” thing to do. There are some things that occur in showers or toilets that don’t need to be shared by the person you are sharing the room with. This “unique design approach” is for the birds!!!!!!!

The issue was the small feature of the room. For two guests, there was no buffer zone for a bathroom, let alone a door that actually closed. That is a design flaw that needs remedied ASAP. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and we slept fine. The issue was the how compact the room was. It was meant for one person, not two people. That is not good.

The room is noisy. Outside street noise. In the 4th floor but could hear cars driving. Bathroom is not sound or light proof. Can’t use the bathroom w/o waking up partner. Light shines through the door - lighting up the bedroom. And bathroom noise, water running, toilet flushing, is loud too. Hard to sleep.

I love this hotel. It's modern and simplistic. When we checked in, the front desk staff asked us if we had a room preference. We asked for a room on the top floor. He gave use a corner room with two floor to ceiling windows. We had gorgeous views of the Fort Worth skyline. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were great. I slept very soundly.

Fantastic location and a great team of friendly people working at front desk (Kayla and Anthony were always smiling and quick to help answer any questions!). Manager Carissa was so helpful and kind. Valet workers were friendly greeting us each time we went in and out of the building. Morning coffee in lobby is excellent perk! Thank you all again!!!

I paid for a two bed deluxe suite and was put in a smaller one bed room, the check-in experience was terrible as the front desk receptionist was extremely rude and the check-in experience took too long despite being the only person there. I would never stay at that hotel again. Upon bringing the incorrect room up to the staff, they proceeded to show me confidential information as to the names of other guests along with how they booked, their special request and their room number. Extremely unprofessional.

We were in Fort Worth to see play at Circle Theater. The location was fantastic. Easy walking to restaurants, galleries, night life, and of course Circle Theater. The only issue was registration was on the second floor and I either missed that or there were no signs on the entry doors. Valet was helpful and they are always out front. Was surprised how walkable downtown Fort Worth was. Much better than Dallas.

The property is really ideally located. I took the train to Fort Worth and it is about a 6 or 7 minutes walk from the station. I went to a show at the Big Laugh Comedy club, which is next door, and I also enjoyed The Archibald Bar, Flying Saucer, as well as a great breakfast at Yolk, all right next to the hotel. There is also a CVS across the street. In the hotel itself, the staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly, the room was quiet and very comfortable. The only thing that surprised me is that the hotel reception is on the second floor. Not a problem at all, just unique.

Wonderful stay. The room and bathroom was clean and comfy bed. 5 min walk to Bass Performance Hall. 5 min walk to Silverleaf Cigar Lounge. Great location! We ate across the street at Wicked Butcher for dinner. We added the option for breakfast for 2 ($17) and it was well worth the price. If you don’t add on your room, then it’s $19 per person. I five this hotel 4⭐️. I’ll be staying here again next time I’m in Fort Worth.

I love the property. The only thing is that I brought a sandwich from your concession (wrap) and I don't think it was any good, as I was sick after eating it. I would suggest that you look at the items to make sure they are fresh. Other than that, I like staying there.

There was a dog in the room beside ours that barked for hours and the breakfast was not worth what I paid no decaf coffee eggs were cold. I would’ve rather one across the street to the bakery, but staff was very friendly.
