Lovely older property with beautiful grounds and very welcoming hospitality. Rooms are roomy and clad with eclectric antique furniture. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens. Richard was very accommodating to each guests needs, and served a delicious breakfast every morning. Easy, free parking. The 5 local peacocks made for an entertaining show!

Room views out to the tree canopy. A fab continental breakfast including local sourdough and fig loaf, and barista made coffee by charming and knowledgeable host Richard. A beautiful 30 min bush walk to views over the surf breaks of Gracetown, and another 10 min down the hill to the beach.

Wow- what a hidden gem, central to all the bucket list Margaret River attractions, wineries, breweries, cheese and chocolate. Outstanding customer service and quality ammenities. Richard and Helen and his team are professional, friendly, enthusiastic in delivering a great experience - in the famous words of Manu Feildel from My Kitchen Rules “ I give you a Ten” - Great work delivering us a fantastic weekend away in Margaret River.

Lovely setting, close to nature. Attractive seating areas in the lounges, plenty of interesting books around. A great property to really relax..just needs a good coffee machine for guests to access anytime. Maybe a biscuit! It’s the little touches that really make a property special. Most Evenings require self catering so you need to bring your own provisions. It would be helpful if plates, cutlery were provided. It is a bit isolated to find a dinner close by. Adequate continental breakfast provided.

Fantastic lodge with rustic overtones adding to its delightful ambiance, very spacious, comfortable and spotless. Richard, his wife and staff could not do enough for us which added to the pleasure of our stay and sorry we only had five days stay there. Been travelling along the west coast and this is by far the best place we have stayed at. The location is great with beaches, town and wonderful bush walks close by. We Strongly recommend Karriview Lodge

Had three nights as a family at this hidden gem. Tucked away from the main road you can enjoy the balcony overlooking the woods, listening to nature doing it thing. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were welcoming and friendly. It was a joy to stay here and will be doing so in the future.

Richard was a wonderful host….very attentive and thoughtful. Resort is in a fabulous location surrounded by Karri and peppermint trees, just a short drive from stunning Gracefarm beach. Rooms are enormous and comfortable but it is due for a Reno…especially the bathrooms. They were spotless but showing their age. Breakfast was a highlight every day… superb fruit, breads, cereals and coffee. We would certainly return and look forward to seeing the ongoing transformation.

We loved our stay at Karriview. The room was lovely and comfortable, the breakfast was perfect. Helen and Richard are wonderful hosts. They were friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and provided great tips on wineries. The dinner service was excellent. This isn't the most coherent review, I know, but suffice it to say that we had a lovely time at Karriview, and we would totally recommend the place to anyone. We fully expect to return and stay there again.

We had a lovely time at Karriview. We had just come from Perth and appreciated the quiet atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the sounds of nature (frogs and birds). The staff that we met were amazing and accommodating. They had many suggestions for places (wineries, beaches, hikes) to visit. We stayed for 6 days, which was perfect for seeing a variety of places. We recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing location in the heart of the wine region.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here of two nights. An easy drive to Margaret River township of about 10minutes. If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is the place to head for. A charming resort set in beautiful grounds with quiet woodland roundabout and home for a ‘family’ of peacocks in all their splendour. The staff were warm and very welcoming after a long drive there. We were relieved to be offered a welcome evening meal though the restaurant was not open as such. Our cabin was very comfortable and spacious. A great shower with hot water and balcony looking out on to woodland and wider grounds. Very calming and peaceful. Breakfast was continental style, sufficient but a little on the light side I thought. Maybe some boiled eggs or cheeses could be offered also. All in all a very pleasant stay. I would certainly return.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here of two nights. An easy drive to Margaret River township of about 10minutes. If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is the place to head for. A charming resort set in beautiful grounds with quiet woodland roundabout and home for a ‘family’ of peacocks in all their splendour. The staff were warm and very welcoming after a long drive there. We were relieved to be offered a welcome evening meal though the restaurant was not open as such. Our cabin was very comfortable and spacious. A great shower with hot water and balcony looking out on to woodland and wider grounds. Very calming and peaceful. Breakfast was continental style, sufficient but a little on the light side I thought. Maybe some boiled eggs or cheeses could be offered also. All in all a very pleasant stay. I would certainly return.

Perfect stay in Karriview. The whole place is so peaceful, amazing scenery and the staff are so friendly. Breakfast included is fantastic. Location wise, very close to some lovely wineries Would 100% recommend.

My family (2 adults and 3 months baby) spent an amazing 2 nights at Karriview recently. The location is perfect to explore the Margaret River attractions and the setting is amazing. Panoramic sweeping view of the tree tops baked in sunshine while having breakfast is just the perfect start to the day. There're plenty of kangaroos to be seen while walking around the place. Our baby loved the scenery and we had so many priceless family photos together here. The host Richard gave us a free upgrade to a larger room to make our stay more comfortable with a baby. We didn't ask nor did we expect it so it was a lovely gesture. Breakfast had delicious local bread and fresh produce. Service was exceptional. My wife is allergic to kiwi fruit (which was already mixed into the fruit salad) so Richard offered to make a separate fruit bowl just for her. On the night that the restaurant closed, Richard offered us cutlery and use of microwave so we can heat up food if we decide to buy from supermarket instead of eating out. We cannot wait to come back next time with our extended family. Thank you Richard!

A great property to really relax..just needs a good coffee machine for guests to access anytime. Maybe a biscuit! It’s the little touches that really make a property special. Most Evenings require self catering so you need to bring your own provisions. It would be helpful if plates, cutlery were provided. It is a bit isolated to find a dinner close by. Adequate continental breakfast provided.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here of two nights. An easy drive to Margaret River township of about 10minutes. If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is the place to head for. A true find in the south west of Western Australia. Large & clean rooms with comfortable beds. The hosts, Richard & Helen were very welcoming & friendly. Good breakfast & barista coffee! We enjoyed the dinner so much we had it both evenings of our stay. Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the quiet of Karriview and the peaceful surroundings. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was a lovely array of local produce (definitely loved the sour dough and freshly made coffee) The property managers are lovely and helpful Thanks for a relaxing weekend
