Great location for relaxation ( very quiet 6 minutes taxi ride from main streets and train station). Bus stop is right next to hotel with free pass for hotel guests. Lobby is more modernized than guest rooms. Staffs are polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet is standard. Dinner foods are good. Get a lake view room

A great hotel for the money. Very helpful staff who are there for you. For food, breakfast buffet is very tasty with lots of options. The restaurant makes fantastic meals for dinner (make a reservation an hour or two before; Shout out to Julien who took very good care of us) There’s also the outside bar and food across the street with top quality smash burgers, pizza, Mediterranean food, and fantastic drinks. A local hang out. Then there’s the view. You’re right across the street from Lake Lucerne and have an amazing view of Pilatus mountain and Lucerne. When the clouds clear you can see the Alps, too. Worth the price. Transportation is easy as there’s a bus stop for the hotel that takes you right to city center. Only caveat: no air conditioning, but the other amenities far outweigh that. We’ll be back.

Good breakfast. Lovely room overlooking the lake. Staff friendly and accommodating. Parking available at the property for €15 per night, which is a lot since you’ve already paid for the room.

Be sure to book a room in the newer addition as they have better rooms and balconies. Negatives are road noise and the park across the street (owned by the hotel) is very busy at night and has a DJ that plays music until 10pm. Please note this hotel does NOT have air conditioning.

Room was great, view of the lake which was nice. Staff were helpful and there was parking. The bus stop is right out the front and an easy bus trip into the main part of town. Lovely view of the mountains

Little or no a/c. Short staffed. Extremely rude Manager!!! Rest of staff OK, but the Manager was rude, awful and unapologetic. Upon our arrival, approximately 18:00PM, the manager closed the only restaurant and bar, due to a private event across the street. Therefore, don't stay here if you want to be treated as a hotel guest!!!

This is not near the city center, but about 5 bus stops from the terminal. The view of the lake is magnificent, but our view was of a roof top in the back of the hotel and we heard all the noise of the kitchen. We were awakened by people arguing at midnight and went on and on. There is only one restaurant and it is not cheap. You must have a reservation in advance. Otherwise, you have to go back to the city center. The shower was the size of a phone booth and a very small room. The front desk staff was very helpful with questions.

Zimmergröße ok, zweckmäßig ausgestattet, leider keine Klimatisierung. Duschvorhang im Badezimmer. Weiblicher Service, hervorragend ! Männlicher Service am Abend sehr unaufmerksam, hat die Getränkekarte gebracht und wart nicht mehr gesehen, die junge Kollegin hat die Situation sehr freundlich und aufmerksam gerettet. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Bezahlter Parkplatz am Haus, ich frage mich allerdings, warum die Gäste der Sunset Bar den Hotelgästen den Parkplatz wegnehmen und nichts dafür bezahlen müssen ?!?

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service. Super Lage etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum. Bus genau vor der Tür zur zum Zentrum. Sunsetbar vom Hotel super für einen Tagesausklang am See. Einziger Nachteil, keine Klimaanlage. Es war unerträglich warm. Ein Ventilator war im Zimmer, aber er war laut sodass man entweder vom Lärm des Ventilators oder von der Wärme nicht schlafen konnte. Sonst war alles top

Poussière, saleté et chaleur dans les chambres de cet hôtel 4 * situé dans l’une des plus belles villes de Suisse!!! Pire encore était l’attitude méchante et agressive de Selin la chargée de la réception!!! La climatisation était installée mais ne fonctionnait dans aucune chambre de l’hôtel, il fallait que nous utilisions des ventilateurs sales et poussiéreux qui diffusaient des odeurs et des morceaux de saleté s’envolaient pour se mettre sur nos lits et même sur nos visages. Ils y avaient des araignées, des moucherons et des moustiques dans toutes nos chambres! Nous n’avons pas supporté est après une nuit blanche, nous avons vite quitté cet endroit! Les prix de cet hôtel sont élevés et même leur parking est payant.

Pour notre sejour "En amoureux" nous avons trouvés Lucerne et la region du Lac des 4 cantons superbe. Par contre, la chambre no 306 à l'hotel SEEBURG était deplorable et décevante. En arrivant, la réception de l'hôtel etait bien fraiche contrairement à la chambre qui était inondée de soleil et surchauffee en fin d'après-midi. À refroidir uniquement par un ventilateur à hélice très simple et pratiquement inefficace. L'hôtel ne possedant, contrairement à ce que pensions, pas de climatisation. Toute la partie de l'hôtel, intérieure comme extérieure, avec accès aux clients, se présente très moderne et tout nouvellement rénovée. Le personnel nous disait, par contre, que la partie des chambres était vieux et n'a jamais ete rénovée. La chambre ne possedant pas de salle de bain avec baignoire mais, juste une minidouche où il est difficile de se retourner. La douche comporte uniquement un lavabo, fendu et en dessus duquel se trouve le seul petit miroir de la chambre. À noter, que par défaut de prises électriques ailleurs nous avons dû mettre p.ex. un chargeur pour un appareil auditif en dessus du lavabo. Aux toilettes, en cas de besoin la nuit, la lumière clignotte et s'eteint. Le siège de la cuvette est mal fixé. En chambre les prises élect.sont SOUS les tables de nuit et, très difficilement accessible pour des pers.âgées qui ne peuvent pas forcément se mettre à genoux. L'une d'elles est mal fixée. En chambre et douche il n'y qu'une mini-poub.d'un litre. Impossible de joindre photos.

I’d give this a 7/10, based on the value relative to neighboring hotels.

Hotel lindo e confortável, uma ótima opção para ficar perto do centro da cidade, mas afastado o suficiente para ter uma noite de descanso. A vista do lago em frente é espetacular. Usamos o transporte público, que pagando a taxa na acomodação dá direito a usar. Umas 4 ou 5 paradas de ônibus já chegava no centro. O quarto é muito confortável, e o atendimento ótimo. A única observação é que deixei uma sacola com roupas sujas no chão do banheiro (meias e roupas íntimas) e a equipe de limpeza jogou fora junto com o lixo do banheiro, mas em contrapartida não recolheram o lixo do quarto. Ao questionarmos sobre as roupas, disseram que a equipe de limpeza não teria retirado nada do banheiro. Não criamos caso porque não era nada de muito valor, mas não gostei do descaso com a situação.

Disgusting place! Dirty!! Had to ask for pillows. Sheets were spotted with pee stains and so was the mattress. Gave us a different room with the same issues! The morning could not come fast enough to get out of there. Do not recommend. !!!!

It was very hot in Lucerne - about 90 degrees F. The hotel had no AC and no screens on the windows. We were very uncomfortable and got attacked by swarms of mosquitoes.

For this price this hotel is expensive I know is high season time but it was old and light in room not work and pipe of toilet is leak

Beautiful hotel at a beautiful location. The only downside was our view. They have rooms with balconies, be sure to ask for a room with a balcony facing the water.

beautiful view and access to lake. easy to get there by bus. No AC so sleeping with windows open meant everyone smoking on the balcony floats into the room

We stayed for one day and the hotel was located in a lovely place. The pillows were very very soft and this led to a difficult night sleep

Nice hotel not in the center of town, but the bus leaves right outside the hotel door for centrum every 10 minutes and the bus is included with the hotel stay. Nice room, calm, but major drawback is that it has no AC - this will be an issue in hot days. There was a fan in the room though. Very expensive breakfast (28 CHF per person).

Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer, tolle Lage, aber im Sommer leider zu heiss und hat keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, das Deluxe-Zimmer direkt unter dem Dach. Wenn man das Fenster dann für etwas frischere Nachluft öffnet, hat es laute Musik vom ‚Beachclub‘ gegenüber plus viel Lärm von der Strasse. Ohne Ohropax und tiefen Schlaf ist ein Schlafen unmöglich.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The accommodation and amenities are below average and the hotel staff. especially the restaurant staff is super rude and incompetent. The hotel looks fancy from outside and the main lobby is modern with a good view. But my disappointment began the moment I opened the room door. The room I stayed has a view of an abandoned storage ( which according to them is forest view) is super creepy to look at and it has a persistent foul smell. This hotel ruined my Switzerland vacation to the extent that I am writing this review while staying in the hotel. Every small request I made was turned down by the hotel staff. I requested to use the microwave to warm up some food for my little one but the restaurant guy refused to allow it. In short this hotel gives you the vibe of the poorest hotel in the most beautiful country. Everything is below average and super basic Positives: Bus stop close to the hotel Negatives: Some rooms do not have direct access to elevator. Be ready to lift your luggage and climb the stairs to go to the rooms. No common microwave. Families with small kids and seniors avoid Plug points are not easy for using converters for charging. No phone to call reception, no safety box. This hotel is just better than youth hostels. Avoid booking as much as possible

Amazing service by the staff and I could kot have dream of a better location! Quiet with an easy access to Luzerne by bus. And on top of that, the view of Lake Luzerne is amazing!

First of all I was not informed that there was no A/C and we ordered Uber and there was no responsibility even though food was delivered, but we never got it. staff really didn’t care about it.

We loved our stay here. The view was wonderful and the walk along the lake was beautiful. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food and service by Kevin was excellent.
