Only one elevator was working during our stay which meant crowded and waits. The television access is limited to general stations offered by the hotel.and the rolling on screen guide is hard to follow, cannot look ahead or see how far along the episodes are as they play. There is no way to access Netflix, Hulu or Prime so you are stuck with the limited, mostly dated TV showed and low rated selections offered on the hotel TV. There is no way to select or buy a movie.

Has potential, however l, as soon as reliance on a person took place, so did complacency. The room was weathered; the center bed stand between the beds was pulling out of the wall and droopy, the bathroom was empty of all soaps, shampoo, and cleaning. I requested shampoo, only the shampoo was filled. The paint was peeling from the walls, the cleanliness was great. The room lacked basic maintenance for sustainability. After the room was booked through Expedia the pool became not available and zero refund was issued to transfer to another location for children wanting the pool; one of the main reasons for this selection. No laundry services as identified on the primary page, very inconvenient to be forced to a laundry may 15 miles away. Could have been much better, easy fixes but failed to correct issues

After making the reservation, we found that the pool was out of service and our childrend were so sad. The I asked for any laundry machine and they do not have any. The first nigth we had pretty noise neighbors. Overall the stay was ok.

The entire property is under construction and smells like cigarette smoke. We came here so my kids could use the pool and it is closed and under construction. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have made other arrangements.

No laundry machines on site, pool was not working, have to be out of the room by 7 am to get room service, water is very chlorinated (had to get bottled water for drinking), mini fridge did not work (neither did the replacement), no vent in the bathroom causing the whole room to become very humid and full of bathroom smell, one could get stuck in the bathroom when the bathroom door was closed all the way as it came off rails and would not open, hair conditioner was not refilled, coffee and hot water dispensers in the lobby were cold by noon (thankfully a Dunkin shop is within walking distance).A frequent Hampton Inn guest, will find this location to be well below an average Hampton Inn level of service

Good size room but they "DID NOT CLEAN" it when we were away All Day and came back at night to No Towels or Face Clothes, unmade bed and trash containers full and "NOT EMPTIED"!. This is very concerning to me.

I called the front desk to report it and I was told , “ let me see if they’re still here to look at it.” No response after that. Had to ask about breakfast because I wasn’t told when checking in. I had to leave a $50 deposit for “incidentals” ??

It was awesome, loved the front desk chuck was very hospitable and a wonderful man to be checked in by! Made it quick and easy, room was clean and bed was nice only downside was there was a stain on the sheets that was there when we went to get in bed, other then that was amazing .

The hotel itself is fine. Rooms nice and clean. Problem is it is located right on a major interstate highway (I-80). The road noise was terrible. The hotel runs perpendicular to the highway, so there is no "backside" that is away from the noise. We tried moving to a room on the far end of the hotel, but it didn\'t help enough. The hotel staff couldn\'t have been nicer or more accommodating. Did allow us to get out of remaining days on reservation without penalty.

The rooms aren’t cleaned properly. They do not use bleach and have a serious mold issue in the bathrooms. The faucets/water pressure is awful and the beds are old with pillows that might as well not be there they are so flat.

The sliding door for the bathroom/closet in our room did not slide easily. It got stuck as one moved it to try to close the bathroom portion. We needed to use much more brute strength/force to get the door to close for privacy. It was more than was reasonable. One of the people in the room could not shut it independently.

The room was in need of some maintenance, particularly the shower which leaked, the shower head would not fully turn off and made loud dripping noises all night. And there is a lot of water damage in the bathroom. The bed was too stiff for me but that’s more of a preference issue. I would stay again but not sure I would recommend very highly. All staff was friendly.

We were here for business and on a schedule. The first day there was no hot water for showers. It came on later when we had to leave. Then when we returned later at night, our room was not cleaned. My husband had to go down to the lobby to get clean towels. There was no sign on the door either, as they asked when we complained. We were told nothing could be done for us because we booked through Expedia. Very disappointing, especially for Hampton Inn.

Place was clean but out dated I am assuming since it was a dog room. Staff was friendly only interacted with them when I asked for a banana anither time for some cups. Location was close to highway liquor store not to far and next to a Dunkin.

It’s a lovely quiet place and I can usually see trees out of the window which is nice. I know the area well and even tho it’s very close to route 80, you don’t notice it when you are there. It’s a clean and well maintained property. My only slight complaint is in the bathrooms! Those dispensers for shampoo, etc. are too high up on the wall for shorter people lol - and they hadn't been checked lately as the conditioner was bone dry. Other than that tho - it’s a great place to stay!

Pool and gym were closed although we knew that. Food for breakfast was spoiled. To go boxes with a sandwich with rotten eggs and cereal with spoiled milk. Also packed muffins. Those were ok No shampoo or conditioner in the room. Just empty bottles. Had to call down to front desk to bring up. Not a great hotel

We had low expectations, but were pleasantly surprised. It was hard to find a budget-friendly reservation anywhere in the area on a fall Saturday night. We took a chance here and everything was a-okay, no regrets. The dining area was under construction when we checked in on Saturday - and was brand new on Sunday morning, as if by magic. Recommended as a safe no-frills stop.

Expedia did not have info on the pool fitness center And kitchen being closed for renovation. I specifically chose this hotel for the pool. Toilet in guest room was very small and too low to the ground. Limited toilet paper supplied Shower hot water would go back and forth from hot to cold unexpectedly. The breakfast area did not havre coffee or tea. You had to walk down the hall to a conference room to get coffee, don’t know why but very inconvenient. There was a Fairfield Inn very close so next time I’m going there.
