Under construction removed spa very small pool and old gym equipment covered in drywall dust. Staff was nonexistent and nothing else to offer

Facility was under construction, probably due to outdated rooms. Plumbing backed up while trying to dress for wedding shower. Instead of fixing, provided us with a working bathroom down the hall. Very disappointing.

We began disappointed that the advertised pool was closed - this trip being a special get-away with our grandchildren. Then we experienced our room which is extremely run down. We definitely over-paid. The hotel is under much-needed updating and our room was bad- carpet stained, duct taped chair, fridge loud and broken, temp control fan not working, weird vibration noice under TV that only lessoned when we tipped it up off the dresser and against the wall. Also very dirty under the bathroom sink cabinet- obviously the floor there not being cleaned, which I discovered after dropping a brush that went there. Yuck.

Fire alarm went off 4 times. Water damage to ceiling in two areas was sloppily patched over. Beds were uncomfortable. Sofa caved in when sat on.

Under construction/remodel. Manager failed to return my call. Would not give me points for my extended stay. At check in given slip that said breakfast charge was $8.
