Very convenient to the shopping mall , movie theater and restaurants everything is 5 mins away .. love the fire pit at night time to sit down and relax for the night on the couch outside and the free soft chocolate chip cookies they offer !! Pool is a little small but other than that the room is nice and comfy. And no hold fee which is a plus !

Nice hotel in good location. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was road noise on my side of the hotel but easily drowned out using the fan. I was disappointed in the quality of the breakfast I received; the eggs were overcooked, I didn’t get bacon when it was part of the price, and got one piece of toast for an expensive breakfast. Not worth the convenience. Being able to get a good latte was a definite benefit. Fortunately there are many great diners nearby. The kids loved the pool which is small but clean and nice. Overall a good stay in a nice hotel.

This hotel was welcoming from first contact at the desk to check out and all steps in between. I had read reviews and only comment was outlet didn't work- BUT The outlets worked on a switch! So I think that guest was mistaken- Really clean, comfortable bed and the pillows are to die for ! I wanted to buy two but they didn't know how to sell them to me ! Really nice people and the bistro had limited but really tasty menu. No need to challenge traffic- stay in and eat well, have a cocktail, and relax.

Wonderful hidden gem! Lobby, staff, large room size (two queens) and amenities are awesome. It’s hidden behind what looks like vacant office buildings. It was a little intimidating to drive past/through the large parking lot at night but once in the MC lot lots of light and parking. Definitely worth the money

It was very disappointing to be in a room when the bathroom was not cared for. It showed signs in the shower area of neglect and hair was found in both the shower and in the sheets on the bed. This was not the Courtyard I previously stayed in the past.

I had a truly unacceptable experience at this hotel, which forced me to cancel my stay and leave early. The overall conditions were deplorable. The bed was infested with bed bugs, mold was present, and the air filters were extremely dirty. The towels provided were so rough they felt more like sandpaper than linens. The bathrooms were in horrible condition, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the rooms and hallways, making the environment unbearable. Because of these issues, I could not continue my stay and had no choice but to check out immediately.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very nice. However, the room had a very musty smell. The air conditioning unit made a loud vibrating noise all night long. It was quite annoying. We stuffed the toilet three times. Nothing special was being flushed. This is something that should just work. One of the days housekeeping didn’t come to our room to make up the beds and clean the toilet.

Took off one star only because the walls are too thin, and the occupants next to me were very noisy (granted there were two wedding parties around on the weekend I was there). Other than that, the stay was great! Very clean room, nice amenities, high quality toiletries, comfortable shower and beds. If you can navigate the possible noise aspect, I would very much recommend anyone to stay here!

Room was VERY loud. All throughout the night you could hear this humming noise from some machine that kept you awake. Also. there's no breakfast, which given the price of the place, is not great. The Wi-Fi only worked half the time and you had to log in multiple times to use it at all.

The hotel was very clean and I love the 12pm checkout time. The only problem I encountered was the noise of the person on the third floor. You would’ve thought the person above my room was 600lbs walking across the floor. Very annoying but I was able to change my room. The 2nd room wasn’t as spacious as the first room. I was able to get much needed rest.

The elevators smelt as well my room like stale smoke, the staff seemed to be having disagreements daily, and they over charged me. It was a pricey stay for a poor experience. Not the Marriot standard I’m used to. Stay somewhere else.

The front desk staff were nice, and helpful, my problem is cleaning crew, they don’t do their jobs as required, I asked them to clean my bathroom and remove the trash, they didn’t do it, I went downstairs to get a few towels and coffee for my room.

Property, staff and room were fine. 1. Hard to locate. This property is well hidden behind the parking lots of office buildings. Very out of the way placement. Staff confirms guests often have difficulty locating. 2. In 50 years of travel I have never been in a noisier room. Located next to a highway the noise from motorcycles and trucks jake braking for an off ramp was incredible. Thank goodness for ear plugs and white noise machines. We won't be returning to this location.

Every thing was good except the fact that I ordered Door Dash and the driver was not allowed to deliver it to my door. Instead I had to get dressed and walk to the lobby. Kind of defeated the purpose of getting a delivery. What a stupid rule.

My family and I were looking to get away from the city to just relax and change our scenery. This was perfect for just that. My daughter had a blast at the pool, we were tucked away in a very comfortable king size room with a pull out sofa bed for my little one. Things to do are pretty close by and tons of food options around. There is also a quick snack market in the establishment. Staff was super friendly. On the day we arrived we found a towel that was stained with something that looked like blood i went to guest services about it and they rectified the matter quickly and offered free breakfast the following morning. The food was delicious and portions were great too.
