Parking was Great…breakfast was good…. Please make better coffee it’s kinda watered down..Had to go to the Gas station next door to get better coffee..also all pet owners that stayed there didn’t pick up their pets poop that was laid out all over the grass near the parking area..smelled real bad of dog poop. overall the stay was good..Thank you very much..

Was marked pet friendly but added an additional $20 per night charge and a $50 deposit. Staff was friendly and service oriented. However, the area for pets had dead birds, trash, exposed electrical wiring, broken glass, and rusty construction materials. The fridge froze everything inside solid so I needed to defrost the dog food but the microwave did not work. Not so much pet friendly.

The pictures on the website make this place look way better than what it is. It’s ok for one night but wouldn’t do it for multiple nights. It is noisy bc the doors are on the outside and right next to the truck stop, however, it wasn’t that bad. The pool was kind of gross bc so many kids were there swimming. It was smaller than it looked in the pictures and you have to walk outside back to the room soaking wet and it was cold!!! This was not something I realized when booking. Bed was ok. Not the best but not the worst.

Pros, price, nice staff, great location, good food options nearby, comfortable bed, and good ice machine. Cons, it wasn’t really clean, the bathroom door was dirty all the way down with hair stuck to it, hair and dirt on the end tables and dressers. The exterior doors did not latch every time. We actually had to pull them closed so not very secure. Our room door was the same, it was very hard to open and close. The sink had water spraying everywhere rather than a stream. Couldn’t even wet a toothbrush without chasing water around the sink. The air conditioners were cooling but extremely loud at times. We stayed two nights and were woken up by the awful noise 7 or 8 times each night.

We booked a night here noy expecting much but still dissapointed. the first room we were given had dirty linen, dirty shower, cigarette burns in blankets. we spoke to reception who apologised and offered a different room, however not only were the same issues present but a clearly unwashed towel left for us to use. We left and the owner hasnt bothered to respond to my email. Should be shut down, complete dump

We ended up leaving due to the smell, the mold, the flies and the other bugs. When I went to wash my hands I noticed a mold smell. Gross, and I figured it was coming from the pipes. Then I saw the mold on the wall by the ironing board. We killed two beetles, countless flies and saw more that were already dead. The flies would not leave us alone while we were awake so we couldn’t even begin to imagine trying to sleep in there. The room smelled like it was cleaned with plain water. I don’t know how else to describe it other than It had a dirty water smell to it. I will say the sheets and blankets had to have been fresh, since they were all covered in wrinkles like they sat in a laundry basket for a week or two first. No smell at all from them, either. I’m thankful they didn’t over use smell good stuff but at the same time I want it to at least smell clean. We honestly tried to make the best of it but the flies were just too much.

The rooom appears clean but had the worst mold smell. Came in the afternoon late then went to eat and was worse. Called later evening and they said they did not have other rooms. Sprayed some scent that helped a little something we could sleep. Breakfast was very good and a nice safe area. Staff was nice. We are not allergic to mold so hopefully will have no problems.

The best thing about this property was the suite we were able to get. After a long day of traveling with family we were able to get one room with a king bed, 2 queen beds and a fold out sofa. Everyone was able to get their own bed which was much appreciated. Room was huge. Pet friendly which was also a plus. Down side is property is in a bad location. Gas station behind property and semis parked on property with truckers working on trucks in parking lot and this was at 10 pm. When there was a truck stop just a few feet away. Bathroom had full size bottles of hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. However, all bottles were empty besides lotion and body wash.

It was okay. Check-in was quick. The room was large, with a king bed toward the back of the room, a pony wall and an area in front large enough for a sofa and chair. It was a little weird that there was only a small chair in that space. I guess you need to bring your own sofa. The upholstered chair was soiled. There was what appeared to be a pair of men's underwear and socks in the drawer. I wasn't planning to use the drawer anyway, but certainly not then. Everything else was clean. The breakfast was okay. The hot items were biscuits and gravy (not my thing) and waffles (great, but too heavy when I'm traveling). So I didn't find a lot to eat, but enough. Overall it was okay.

Check in was a breeze and the gal was very friendly. Some of the other staff seemed it troubled them to assist you. We had 4 people in our room and when we asked for more towels, we got one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. Had several issues with the Key cards not working. Had to go to the front desk and was given 2 more cards. Out of 4 cards, only one worked half of the time. If you are wanting rest, this is not the place for it. At night it is very noisy and can hear people walking down the steps and housekeeping carts rolling past your door in the early morning. Wi-fi was very slow and unreliable, but can’t complain too much when it’s free. Not something you can use if you were on a business trip. The breakfast was ok. The same choices were available everyday. There was nothing different on certain days. They stop serving breakfast at 9am and are prompt about this time. Found it considerably rude that they turned off machines and removed the food when visitors were still sitting in the seating area eating. Visitors were not asked if they wished to get anything else prior to things being removed or turned off.

I loved the property is next to Wafgle House, even though it was filled. The room are very clean. I did not liked the connecting door that made it very easy to hear loud TV and a squalling infant around 3 am. The tub didn't hold the water foa a bath. Easy check in and out.

Room was ok. Noisy people in next room who checked in real late and kept us awake til way pay midnight hour. They also woke us up early in morning with loud talking, so we left earlier in the morning than we planned. Location of motel was good and there was a good restaurant next door to motel.

What is up with the box springs under the mattress? I'm pretty sure it was a hollow empty aluminum box. Any movement on the bed sounded like tin thundering after being struck by a gong mallet.

The room itself was nice. Everything else was not what was expected. Most noisy property i have ever stayed at. All night long. The doors are super loud. The walls are super thin. We could hear people on all sides. People standing around everywhere. The location was next to a gas station and a couple permanently closed businesses. Heavy truck traffic. We could hear people on all sides. People standing around everywhere. The location was next to a gas station and a couple permanently closed businesses. Heavy truck traffic. I was very disappointed at check-in due to the fact I did online check-in but still had to go through the normal protocol with a standard check-in I was asked for ID asked for debit card and signature after doing all of that online and was charged twice for incidentals.. and as of December 8th have not been refunded my money for incidentals

I checked in on a Thursday. 2 rooms. Staff was rude and short with words. Friday morning I had to have both my keys reset before I could get back into my rooms after leaving for breakfast. They said they had to change the key readers. Saturday I checked out. Upon checking out I was told a blow dryer was missing from one of my rooms. One of my rooms did have a dryer the other did not when we checked in. I tell them this then They first told me it was located by the vanity ( no blow dryer just coffee and hygiene products) they say they will speak to housekeeping, then on Monday when I called to see what the status of the blow dryer situation was I was told the blow dryer was supposed to have been located in a black bag by the door to my room there was no dryer or black bag in this room there was in the other room. I go over the layout of my room when I had arrived and the amenities provided when I set foot in the room and we eventually resolve the issue by lunch on Monday. Was a very upsetting couple of days but eventually it did resolve.

Check in was a breeze and the gal was very friendly. Some of the other staff seemed it troubled them to assist you. We had 4 people in our room and when we asked for more towels, we got one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. Had several issues with the Key cards not working. Had to go to the front desk and was given 2 more cards. Out of 4 cards, only one worked half of the time. If you are wanting rest, this is not the place for it. At night it is very noisy and can hear people walking down the steps and housekeeping carts rolling past your door in the early morning. Wi-fi was very slow and unreliable, but can’t complain too much when it’s free. Not something you can use if you were on a business trip. The breakfast was ok. The same choices were available everyday. There was nothing different on certain days. They stop serving breakfast at 9am and are prompt about this time. Found it considerably rude that they turned off machines and removed the food when visitors were still sitting in the seating area eating. Visitors were not asked if they wished to get anything else prior to things being removed or turned off.

Check-in was horrible! Person who checked us in was extremely rude. I’ve never had to pay a deposit fee ON TOP of the fee I paid for the room. I prepaid for the room online and was never told about a deposit. This is not my first time paying for a hotel room on a trip but it will be the only time I ever stay at this hotel. Why prepay for the room if I have to pay even more. HORRIBLE!!!!! Wish I could give this place zero stars.

The property might not look amazing outside, but the room was decently put together and clean. Safety outside/around the property is a bit sketchy. "Continental Breakfast" lacked any meat... biscuits and gravy and eggs were the only thing cooked by staff. If you wanted water with breakfast you had to buy their bottled water which was pretty crappy IMO. The room fridge needed cleaning. Overall it's not bad, especially if you can get a good rate.

For the most part, everything was fine. There was constant noise and movement throughout the morning as they were renovating various rooms throughout the hotel. Our room was supposed to have a couch, based on the information listed on the website, but it had a large open area and 1 chair. We had 3 in our room (2 queen beds) and constantly had to ask for more towels, as they only provided 2 each time they cleaned. They knocked one morning pretty early. I think it was for the cleaning crew, but we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign up. We left for the day, without the sign up, and came back to no housekeeping services rendered for that day. Also, one evening, there were sketchy people loitering throughout the parking lot while we walked to the pool. When we returned to our rooms, we were greeted by stairs from men staring at our 14 year-olds from the second building on the property. Did not make us feel comfortable that night.

It would’ve been nice if the tv had a guide option. Selections to watch were difficult. I ended up turning the set off & reading instead. A homeless person was aloud to sleep under the staircase outside my door. Security should be put in place to prevent this occurrence for safety & comfort of the tenants. The sink had a plumbing issue on the faucet that made it difficult to turn the water off completely, but I’m ingenuitive & figured it out. The bathtub drained very slowly.

Parking was Great…breakfast was good…. Please make better coffee it’s kinda watered down..Had to go to the Gas station next door to get better coffee..also all pet owners that stayed there didn’t pick up their pets poop that was laid out all over the grass near the parking area..smelled real bad of dog poop. overall the stay was good..Thank you very much..

The room was clean enough, but our bathroom lightly smelled of weed. We quickly became nose blind to it, but our clothes had to be washed as soon as we got home to get rid of the smell. Breakfast was lacking, we ended up going to quicktrip for breakfast. It was nice for a one night stay, but a little on the pricey side for what you get.

The room we stayed in was updated. The staff was nice and check in was easy. We did not use the shower while we stayed or the pool that was open. The place was right near the freeway which was convenient. The breakfast had a good variation with cold and hot options. It was surprisingly better than expected from reading previous comments.

Booked this hotel based on the reviews. It was a wreck. After checking in, I had go to the hospital immediately to visit Mom. The room was musky and smelled like a damp cellar. We turned on the A/C and left for the hospital. The smell wasn't any better when we returned late that night. I asked the staff for ozone or air freshener for the room. We went to breakfast. The eggs were cold and the biscuits seemed from the day before. Flies were prominent in the breakfast area. Talked to the staff in the morning and asked about checking out, but their refund policy was "You pay for the night and may get a refund in the morning. We spent all day at the hospital and came back to the room which smelled as bad as the night before. I complained to 3 or 4 employees and no one offered a solution to move to a different room or anything else. Took pictures of the mold in the room and the breakfast area which had a broken smoke alarm with at least 10 people in there. And again, cold eggs and luke-warm biscuits. I overheard other guests talking about how dry the muffins were and had to use syrup or milk to eat them. There were flies everywhere and the response from the hotel receptionist was, "Oh, it's an outside hotel." We bought an air freshener spray and they gave us "Hotel Room Smell" spray but, nothing worked. They said they were going to give a partial refund ($15) but did not!
