Great place to stay! The only issue was that a previous occupant of the kitchenette apartment had fried sardines or other fish and the smell was absorbed by the curtains. We would laugh and say how much it wreaked in that room. But we still liked it.

The room was remodeled and satisfactory. The bed was a little lumpy and the pillows were very hard. We did not sleep well a single night there. The carpeting on the stairwells and hallways were of wrinkled and of poor quality. Overall, however, the stay was ok for the price and location. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

J’ai passé un séjour à l’Hôtel Métropole à Luxeuil-les-Bains. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai été assez satisfait, même si quelques points m’ont déçu. Pendant mon séjour, l’ascenseur était en panne, ce qui est vraiment gênant, surtout pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Ma chambre était également un peu poussiéreuse et les chambres auraient besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement. J’ai aussi trouvé qu’il manquait un peu de lumière dans le coin repas. Mobilier un peu vieillot a revoir Heureusement, la climatisation fonctionne très bien, ce qui était vraiment appréciable. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique, et l’environnement autour de l’hôtel est vraiment agréable. C’est donc un hôtel qui a des qualités, mais quelques améliorations seraient nécessaires pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable
