This was a quick stop before our flight the next morning and I loved it more than any other spot we stayed in on this trip. Outstanding cocktails. The spa was such a treat. The staff were so kind and helpful. We had an incredible dinner at a nearby restaurant. I’ve been to Rome several times so we weren’t focused on seeing Rome but Leon’s was so great that I will definitely be back to Rome just to get the entire Leon’s experience because we didn’t have enough time to properly enjoy it. Can’t wait to be back!

Leon’s Place is a stylish boutique hotel thats elegant, comfortable and welcoming with standard rooms, a fantastic private spa, and an excellent breakfast. The staff are warm and attentive, and the location is convenient yet peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing stay in toward our last days in Rome.

The wife and myself decided to have a 5 day break for new years in Rome and this was a perfect Hotel for it, all staff were beyond amazing, hotel well appointed, private access to Gym and Spa and good location.

We were not able to use the steam sunna or the jakozi because it was very uncomfortable due to cold water . We informed the hotel but they first said we will take a look at it fix it but later they said steam doesn’t work and the temperature of jackizi is not going to be more. At the end a nice lady at least accommodate our concern and had acceptance and honestly to admit we were right about the facility. Jordan was very nice and polit too.

Sehr schönes Ambiente mit einigen technischen Mängeln. Jacuzzi hatte einige Tage kühles Wasser. Saunatür verzogen und schliesst dadurch schlecht. Maximale Temperatur ca. 70 Grad. Liegeflächen / Sitzflächen klein und renovierungsbedürftig. Dampfsauna nicht benutzbar. Zimmer schön und stilvoll eingerichtet, jedoch fehlen Abstellmöglichkeiten im Zimmer und Bad. Ebenso keinen Schminkspigel und dunkle Beleuchtung. Frühstück sehr gut und umfangreich. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Täglich konnte der Wellnessbereich für eine Stunde privat genutzt werden.

Was an excellent base for our break in Rome - we mostly walked to and from the hotel; the hotel itself is in a quiet area away from the crowds but not difficult to get wherever you liked. Other than the included breakfast, we don’t eat or drink at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Rooms were clean and well appointed, staff friendly and helpful. Used the bookable gym and spa whilst staying. Would recommend this hotel

If you get an opportunity in the Rome city centre you will love this hotel. It was my first time in Roma and this hotel made it even more special. The staff were so friendly and warm. Shout out to Giampaolo. They have a gym and wellness centre and I love a steam room and sauna. When I come back to Rome, I'll be staying here again.

Spent 3 nights here, and when we asked them to clean our room, they just folded up the same dirty towels and put them back in our bathroom even though we put them in the sink as we were told. We also asked for new sheets and that also didn’t happen. Upon checkout we mentioned that we got 2 drinks at the bar downstairs that should’ve been included as the VIP perk, but they told us we had to use our drink vouchers that we didn’t even receive at check-in, so the drinks were charged to our card. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, it looks very pretty but you will not receive good service/cleanliness here.

Lovely hotel. Exceptionally attentive staff, reception desk extremely helpful and welcoming. Breakfast choice was good, including for coeliacs. Room spacious and clean. Air con very good. Beds comfortable. Only 20 minute walk to most places, 15 to main Termini station. Quiet area felt very safe. Would stay there again.

The aesthetics of the hotel is beautiful but the guest rooms can def use a painting as there are scuffs on the painted wall areas. Doesnt look like an upgrade has been retouched since opening. The bathroom floors can use a deep scrub also. Otherwise, pretty hotel

Air conditioning did not work and the rooms are very small. The bed was horrible and broken. It’s a long walk towards everything too. However the staff was very nice and did what they could. I would booked somewhere else in a heart beat if I could go back in time.

Beautiful hotel, superb decor. Room lovely, comfortable big beds and smells amazing. Breakfast very good with excellent choice. Its about a 20/25 minute walk to the Trevi fountain. We stayed 3 nights and walked to all ghe main attractions

The hotel itself is to a high standard. We loved our stay there and felt the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful & the spa access made it even better. The only few issues we had was that the air conditioning did not work very well. Although it was turned on, it didn’t really give out much cool air at all. Our room also looked smaller than the images provided on the website. We only had a small window on the roof, when it rained it was very loud that I found it very hard to sleep, even with the windows closed. Aside from this, everything was perfect and definitely would recommend.

Notre vol a été annulé à la dernière minute, l’hôtel a refusé de nous rembourser ou de nous faire un avoir afin que nous puissions décaler notre séjour. La personne que j’ai eu au téléphone était désagréable et incompétente. Elle n’était pas capable de me renseigner sur les conditions de remboursement car «\xa0elle ne s’occupait que du checkin\xa0» en revanche pour demander à plusieurs reprises si on comptait venir ou pas pour donner la chambre à d’autres clients, là elle savait faire. Zéro sens commercial, pour un hôtel de cette catégorie c’est honteux.

Upon entering the lobby looked absolutely fantastic and you can see that thought and money went into the design. The basic rooms, not so much. But the rooms with the balcony are absolutely lovely. Staff is a bit of a hit and miss. Most were friendly but others were standoffish and even borderline rude when asking about the amenities on property and booking them. Like being told "Wait until the morning". Also, when arriving, no one helped with luggage, but I realized that it was possible to be helped with luggage when I saw this happen for others. The location of this place, however, can\'t be beat. It\'s really close walking distance to lovely shops, quick takeaways and nice restaurants.

Just stayed 3 nights at Leon’s Place. Was an excellent base for our break in Rome - we mostly walked to and from the hotel; the hotel itself is in a quiet area away from the crowds but not difficult to get wherever you liked. Other than the included breakfast, we don’t eat or drink at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Rooms were clean and well appointed, staff friendly and helpful. Used the bookable gym and spa whilst staying. Would recommend this hotel

The best staff and attention. Very welcoming and thoughtful. Mathilde, Allesandra, Jordan and each member was outstanding in their own right. My family felt a true kinship with Mathilde and hope she knows what a treasure she is. Thank you for setting such a great tone for our journey.

Leon\'s Place was a good stay -- shout out to Martin who took good care of me whenever I dined. The staff at the reception point were also very helpful. A few notes -- the provision of a mobile wifi, charging bank and a concierge number too utilize whilst you\'re out on the road is because and quite useful. I rnjoyed the take lobby area\'s design. I stayed in a "double room" category and the size was fine for my single use .-- i know there is usually a question about room size in Europe. The hotel doesn\'t sit in the centre of the historical district as it were, but you can walk -- bring your comfy walking shoes and see the sughts -- per google maps 26 mins to Trevi, 35 to Pantheon, 39 to Piazza Navona, 39 to the Colloseum, or you could do a Taxi to Trevi, and then walk to the other sites...i got my walking in :) the road that the hotel.is on close to its vicinity wasn\'t very busy once night fell, so as a female i tended to use uber or taxi once it got dark to get back to the hotel. Oh, try the Gelato just down feom thenhotel, i hear its really good. Overall a good stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel for a duration of 4 days and 3 nights, the interior design of the hotel is very modern and pretty. We really loved the breakfast options and we had the opportunity to checkin early. I totally recommend this place, even though it’s kind of far from the historic city center but there are plenty of buses that took us there. The neighborhood is calm and secure as well.

Love this place and staff so much! One it’s jaw dropping beautiful!! The staff is also the sweetest people around! Not far from everything but not the closest..which to me was the best because it was secluded enough to get away from the people!! 100% will be back

The hotel is a charming boutique hotel with very friendly staff and perfectly located for seeing the main attractions all within 30 mins walk. They even surprised us with a bottle of Prosseco on my wifes birthday.

This was a quick stop before our flight the next morning and I loved it more than any other spot we stayed in on this trip. Outstanding cocktails. The spa was such a treat. The staff were so kind and helpful. We had an incredible dinner at a nearby restaurant. I’ve been to Rome several times so we weren’t focused on seeing Rome but Leon’s was so great that I will definitely be back to Rome just to get the entire Leon’s experience because we didn’t have enough time to properly enjoy it. Can’t wait to be back!

Leon’s Place is a stylish boutique hotel thats elegant, comfortable and welcoming with standard rooms, a fantastic private spa, and an excellent breakfast. The staff are warm and attentive, and the location is convenient yet peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing stay in toward our last days in Rome.

We stayed here for our first trip to Rome. Positives: clean, good service, location, good sized room, brilliant air con. When asking for a late check out they were able to accommodate to 4pm due to our late flight, this was great as due to the temperatures it meant we could go back get changed and showered before heading to the airport. This was done free of charge! Negative: breakfast - we were disappointed with this and on the third day ended up eating out. Good food choice, but hot food was cold and tasteless.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Leon’s Place. It had been recommended to us by relations who had stayed there in November last year and they were spot on. The location was good for us, as we didn’t mind walking to all of the attractions within the city. Those who don’t like walking quite so much might be better choosing something a little more central. On a return trip to Rome, we’d look no further.

The hotel is fantastic and had a lovely stay! However, my only criticism would be as a vegetarian, there were no options on the menu for lunch or dinner especially. I think for a four stay hotel there should be more food options for those who are gluten free and vegetarian. But the rooms are lovely and the hotel is also very quiet at night despite being on a busy road.

Lovely hotel all staff very friendly and helpful a special mention to Pablo who worked behind the bar and in the restaurant. Excellent service every night and very helpful with recommendations for wines which we enjoyed. A genuine person and a credit to the hotel.

Excellent hotel in a nice location. Room was excellent, very big and really comfortable bed. Even though our room was on front with a semi busy road, we couldnt hear anything through the sound proofing.

Only issue we had was we had been told on check in breakfast was included which was a lovely surprise as it wasn’t included in the rate when we booked, when we arrived at the restaurant the next day we were told it actually was not complementary and we would need to pay if we wanted to stay. Not too much of a problem we just went out for a croissant and a coffee instead as we didn’t want to pay hotel breakfast prices but was a little embarrassing at the time.

We had a really nice comfortable stay here, staff were really helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was fairly good for a 4 star, somethings needed a little updating but comfortable, pleasant, clean and always fresh towels. The one disappointment was the restaurant, we had dinner 1 evening, but it was not great, the bar was excellent but the food not so much. The only other thing to point out is that it’s approx. a minimum of 30 mins walk to any of the main sites, so be prepared to walk.
