I chose this hotel because it advertised a spa and had a pool. The pool costs $50 dollars per person as it's part of the spa that closed so I never got to use. Also could not schedule me a female masseuse (I'm a woman) kept pressuring to use a man. No pool, no spa, no massage. Would have chose a different hotel 100 percent had I known any of this as it was expensive

Ótimo café da manhã! Ótimo quarto, ótima localização. Elevador não existe- é uma plataforma de 70 cm de largura. isso mesmo!. Se entrar de frente só sai de costas. ( E não é exagero!)

Great all around. Friendly staff at check in, quiet room, perfect location in walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The metro and several bus stops are also in walking distance. The restaurant is great, we visited daily for breakfast and happy hour. Breakfast included a variety of coffee and croissants, along with choice of eggs and bacon. A buffet of meats, cheeses, cereal, and other things are included. The restaurant staff was very friendly, and remembered us in the mornings. The front desk staff was very helpful with questions about public transportation and such. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again. The ONLY con I would say, is the lift is very small. If you have a large family or more than a couple of suitcases, you may have to make more than one trip when checking in and out.

Be prepared that the elevator is extremely small - we couldn’t fit our luggage and two of us in the elevator. There is a spiral staircase you can walk up and depending which floor you are on, you need to be prepared. There is no spa - they are over two months delayed as of November 2023. The staff’s friendliness was mixed. There were some very helpful & friendly staff and there were others that were not helpful at all. The room was very nice and eco friendly which we loved. The location of the hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain which was great! There are many shops & restaurants en route to the Trevi Fountain - all walkable from the hotel.

Location was superb. Cleaned every day. Room was big as was en-suite. Breakfast was limited and hard with kids. The pool is for users of the day spa and not the hotel. It is not accessible without payment.

Great hotel in a great location. Elevator was very small and could fit only 1-2 people (only 1 with luggage). Staff was very attentive. Breakfast was convenient. Didn’t like that you had to exit the hotel in order to get to the lobby and breakfast area though.

Location is good, but to get to your room you need to use the stairs because the elevator takes a long time to get to you and takes a lot of time getting in and out of it. Security is not top notch because the door going into the hallway to access the rooms was always open. There seems to be not only a hotel but apartments at the same time, the people above us make a lot of noise. We try the buffet but did not like it. We tried the bar at night, but the bartender was rude, so we spent our money next to the hotel, a pub (the albert).

This property was beautiful and we felt very safe. They have a wonderful breakfast and a bar out front on the street with the most resonably priced drinks in town. The staff was wonderful in the hotel, cafe and bar. Centrally located, all major attractions are within a 30 min walk. We would recommend One Boutique to anyone!

This was a perfect location with tons of shopping and restaurants, very close to Trevi fountain, on a main bus route (although be VERY careful on busses in Rome - my phone was stolen). The room was amazing, breakfast was great. Current construction made it noisy during daytime. Only downside was 6 steps to get to a lift for your room.

This was an unexpected treasure. The hotel was centrally located just 3 minutes to the Trevi and 5 minutes from the Pantheon. There was so much to do. The room was spotless and cleaned every day! The restaurant offered an included breakfast as well as other options. They served the best cappuccinos in town!!! Great service all around! Would definitely stay here again!

The room was quite small, but that wasn't the issue. For one, there was a quite bad smell in the room. The mattress had other people's hair under it and under the pillow. The noise-insulation was non-existent - we can hear absolutely everything happening in the other rooms. The AC would turn itself on during the night and blast cold air at us, even when we had turned it off. The staff would start cleaning the hallway at about 8am, so if you want to sleep in, good luck with that. Overall, not super rude staff, but not friendly at all. The breakfast buffet is a joke - the food was terrible and some things, like orange fresh, cost extra money. We did it one morning and never went back for the rest of our trip.

Hotel was in a great area, with great staff and service. The room was well equipped, but could use some extra cleaning on the floors, otherwise in good condition with a comfortable bed. Overall great value considering the location.

We had high hopes for this hotel after reading reviews that specifically commented on its cleanliness. However, we did not feel that the hotel was particularly clean. While it is not overly "dirty" it does not feel very clean. There were some hairs in the bedding and stains on the walls for example. The shower drained very slowly causing a large water buildup on the shower floor while showering. Grout and caulking in the shower were falling off or missing in some spots. The whole room also had a faint smell of bleach. We also found the room did not block out much noise and we were woken up several times in the night with the sounds of people moving around in the hallways. The hotel has invested in highly modern features (like automated controls, coloured lighting, and décor) but everything has a very cheap feel to it. We were only here one night before catching a flight home, but I would not recommend for a longer stay. The hotel staff was nice enough, but I can’t say anyone really went above and beyond. I would rate this hotel as a 6/10 – definitely not worth the nightly cost.

Staff is excellent They took care of us. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable The only thing is that I think hotels in Italy don't offer hair condition and lotion. I recommend this hotel to everyone as it is walkable to Trevi and Spanish Steps, lots of shops and restaurants.

Fantastic location, very close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. Microscopically tiny rooms, early check out time and high prices mean I can’t give 5 star review, but worth considering as an option for central Rome.

Perfect location. Clean modern rooms. That’s about it. Shower is terribly small. Don’t expect to ever turn around Brekky below average Tasteless eggs. Terrible croissant. Watery coffee.

Staying at ONE Boutique Hotel was a great choice. The location is ideal, walkable to the metro station, many restaurants and the Trevi fountain. Our room was quiet and comfortable with a spacious, modern bathroom. There was no noise from the street below or other rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The breakfast was a great start to the day with chocolate croissants, cappuccinos, eggs, meat, fruit, juices and yogurt. This is an ideal place to stay when in Rome and I will definitely return. Thank you for taking good care of us.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and modern, (a few cracked tiles in the bathroom) although I had some difficulty figuring out the lights. Definitely smaller rooms. No real room to unpack clothes. The bed was set up sort of diagonally in the room which left little space to get in and out. The view wasn’t the best. Absolutely loved the location. We were able to walk 5 minutes to the Trevi fountain, 10 minutes to Spanish steps, etc. So nice to have a grocery store across the street and a wash and fold laundry around the corner. We enjoyed sitting outside in the covered patio. The buffet breakfast was 1/2 buffet and 1/2 served which was nice to have eggs made to order, fresh pastries and tea and coffee served.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and modern, (a few cracked tiles in the bathroom) although I had some difficulty figuring out the lights. Definitely smaller rooms. No real room to unpack clothes. The bed was set up sort of diagonally in the room which left little space to get in and out. The view wasn’t the best. Absolutely loved the location. The One Boutique is in a great location if spending time in Rome. The staff is extremely helpful from the front desk to the restaurant. The only issue we incurred was lack of storage for extended stays and the elevator was even smaller than we anticipated. Close to the Trevi Fountain.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the hotel. We arrived before noon but were allowed to check in early. Service was excellent in all respects. The room was clean, chic and quiet despite having a nice street front view. We appreciated the complementary breakfast and fantastic location.

Stayed here for one week and loved this hotel. Breakfast was good and staff was great and friendly. It’s in a busy area but was quiet at night and only a handful of rooms around you. If a quiet is important to you this is the place to stay ! Front desk staff were so helpful as well.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve endured. A non smoking hotel apparently, but in reality, this place smells of smoke. Of course this is down to the residents but it gives you an indication of the type of people this place attracts when the hotel stinks of smoke. When brought to the sole staff member on duty, I was originally questioned as to whether I could ‘really’ smell anything, before he eventually conceded there was a problem. A problem that neither he was uninterested in trying to address. I’ve left the property with a suitcase of clothes that now smell of smoke, and the after effects of having not managed to sleep properly for the duration of the three night stay.

Great all around. Friendly staff at check in, quiet room, perfect location in walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The metro and several bus stops are also in walking distance. The restaurant is great, we visited daily for breakfast and happy hour. Breakfast included a variety of coffee and croissants, along with choice of eggs and bacon. A buffet of meats, cheeses, cereal, and other things are included. The restaurant staff was very friendly, and remembered us in the mornings. The front desk staff was very helpful with questions about public transportation and such. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again. The ONLY con I would say, is the lift is very small. If you have a large family or more than a couple of suitcases, you may have to make more than one trip when checking in and out.

Staff at Breakfast restaurant were fast, great chef, staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They all had smiles, great to see them performing their jobs with enthusiasm. Front check in desk staff was also very helpful welcoming and friendly. My room was cleaned spotless on a daily basis, very nice housekeeping ladies , hard working with a smiles and friendly. Overall a great experience. Loved the energetic good vibes from all staff encountered. The hotel is walking distance for most attractions, in a safe place with a lot of police presence because is near their government house. I will definitely recommend to friends and family and I will return.

This property was beautiful and we felt very safe. They have a wonderful breakfast and a bar out front on the street with the most resonably priced drinks in town. The staff was wonderful in the hotel, cafe and bar. Centrally located, all major attractions are within a 30 min walk. We would recommend One Boutique to anyone!

It was hard finding a hotel that could accommodate a family in one room, but THE ONE offered a room with a king and two twin beds (or the option for four twins) and it was perfect! Not only that, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We chose to have breakfast included, which was great, and there is also an outdoor area perfect for enjoying a prosecco while people watching. The best part is the location. The Trevi fountain is steps away and we walked the mile to the Colosseum. Not to be forgotten though is incredible underground pool and spa! There was one day the kids were fried from travel and we were able to rent the entire area out for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this property for adult and or family travel!

Property was in a desired location for this trip to Rome. It was directly across the street from the narrow laneway (with numerous bars, restaurants, shops, etc ) that leads 2 blocks away to the Trevi fountain and 5 blocks to the Patheon. Also very close to the Spanish Steps. Hotel check-in was fast and efficient and the room was modern and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was for one night prior to our cruise. Hotel is also relatively close to the Termini, where we caught a train to the Port.

This was an unexpected treasure. The hotel was centrally located just 3 minutes to the Trevi and 5 minutes from the Pantheon. There was so much to do. The room was spotless and cleaned every day! The elevator was so tiny that only one person with their suitcase can fit. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! The workers there are all very good. The coffee choices were so great! I am not a fan of the 6 euros city tax per person. I don’t know why Rome does this but it’s an extra bill you have to pay when you checkout 😒

Location of this hotel is EVERYTHING!! So central with many landmarks and shops around. The room was very bright and clean. It was perfect for us. The lift is terrible! If someone doesn’t close it properly you can’t call it. So end up walking up lots of stairs. Breakfast was minimal and not a lot of options. Eggs with few meats and cheeses to choose from. Nothing special. It was included in our room price so I won’t complain about it. But not worth paying extra for. Would we stay here again? Absolutely.

The staff made my stay and experience in the city that more enjoyable. They provided me with great recommendations, and provided me with instructions on how best to maneuver the city. They worked to ensure I had a fun experience. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The amenities were helpful and the breakfast provided the essentials to be energized for a day of sightseeing. At night you do hear the crowd at a nearby bar but it was not to the point of distraction, I simply closed the curtains.
